We ordered pizza over the weekend, hoping for a delicious meal as usual. Unfortunately, we were EXTREMELY frustrated with the amount of green peppers on our pizza. We ordered a large pizza, so the additional charge was $4.20. For that price I was expecting plenty of peppers- see the photo... SO disappointing! I feel like this was NOT worth $4.20. There was even an entire slice that just barely had a piece of tiny pepper on it. While the crust, sauce, and cheese tasted yummy, we were missing that classic green pepper flavor we love on our pizza! Very bummed.

Friendly service and good pizza! I did a takeout order so I didn't get a chance to eat inside. Pizza was still warm and fresh when we got home. Generous toppings on the pizza and their pizza sauce is delicious. I would definitely come back here again.

    Cheese pizza - Very saucy

We gave Merrell's a try because a co-worker was telling me how good their chicken parm sandwich is. He drives about a half an hour to go there so I figured it must be pretty good. My best friend says, "if a place can't make a good cheese pizza, forget it!" I ordered the 18 inch cheese pizza, and an order of the garlic knots. The pizza crust was unlike anything I have ever seen before. It was so thick it looked like a cannoli. The pie was also very saucy which was visible when you opened the box. The cheese didn't go up all the way to where the oversized crust began either, and it lacked in flavor. The garlic knots were okay. They were more Parmesan cheesy than garlicky and a little dry. The girls who helped me were really nice. No complaints about service, but I don't see myself returning.

Thin crust 2 topping and sweet chili wings

First time eating at Merrell's . We had a pizza and wing special and enjoyed both. Cooked well. We opted for the thin crust which was good but maybe a bit too crunchy for us, will try the regular crust next time. Wings were good and sweet chili sauce had just enough kick. The menu looks great with lots of other items we want to try

Pizza and knots are sooooooooooo good and it was delivered to my door in 25 minutes. This is my new pizza joint forever. Best I've had in Greer! The sauce and crust are absolutely perfect! Edit- I ordered again tonight and I just have to rave about customer service also. My pizza arrived with olives which seems like no big deal but I just can't stomach them. Called the restaurant and they IMMEDIATELY refunded me with no questions asked and I ordered a replacement just now. I love a restaurant that takes care of their customers. Mistakes happen but as long as you make it right, that's all that matters. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Tucked away in the outskirts of Wade Hampton lies an unassuming pizza joint called Merrell's. The pepperoni was strategically placed for optimal cheese to topping ratio in each bite. The sauce was a healthy balance between sweet and bold. Tasted homemade. The crust was light and airy with a slight char. You can also tell the pizza box was made with the highest grade cardboard due to the ability of the pizza to stay warm on my 10 minute drive home. The hand tossed crust held up well without being floppy. If you're looking for a new place to fulfill your pie cravings, be sure to give Merrell's a ring.

Their pizza didn't blow me away, but it's good. Great crust, nothing disappointing. If I'm back in the area and want pizza I'll go back.

Disgusting pizza. Simple as that. If you're looking for good "NY style pizza", this is not it. Go around the corner to Carmela's.

Henry gets the mini corn dogs, has for years, though we've now heard whispers that once they're out, they're gone for the rest of time, no substitutions, which has turned his order into something closer to a small bet. I get the same thing every time: the 10 inch personal pizza, pepperoni and onions, and two PBR liters. I've never once considered another combination. This is not indecision. This is a system that works, refined over years of Fridays, and I see no reason to disturb something that's already won. -- UPDATE: Wild Ace responded directly to address Henry's corn dog anxiety, confirming the mini corn dogs are staying and new kids' meal options are coming soon. Henry has not yet been informed of this development, mostly because I want to see how many more Fridays I can get out of him worrying about it.

It initially came with no basil, all the tomatoes were all in the center not scattered around, and the crust was burnt and hard. When I bit into the pizza, it crunched. Flatbreads aren't even cooked that much. We had to call in and get a new pizza. It had more tomatoes and this time it had basil, but the crust was still thin, overcooked and crunchy. Very disappointing. Refer to my video and of past photos. Whatever has changed, should be fixed sooner than later.

We started off with fresh bread which was really good! We got a kids pizza, spaghetti with meat sauce and an added meatball, and the chicken marsala. The service could be better. The pizza came first and then several mins later the chicken and then lastly was the spaghetti. You would of thought the spaghetti would of came out first since it was all prob already made. When we asked for a booth instead of one of the open tables, they happily went and cleaned one off. The server took a while to get to us, but he was very pleasant too. However, he seemed to have a little language trouble understanding us. I ordered some garlic knots with cheese. They were a generous portion for us all to share. Delicious too. After we had placed our entree orders, the two of our group who ordered side salads got theirs quite quickly. Both said they were delicious, but our expectation was that a side salad is delivered with the entree, not as a separate course while the other two had nothing yet. All four entrees came out together. My Chicken Parmigiana was delicious and I would definitely have it again. There was enough to take home. My wife had Chicken Piccata and she liked hers too. Also enough to take home. One of our friends had the Chicken Marsala and he was not real pleased with it. However, he's generally not a big fan of Italian food. He said he'd choose the Eggplant Parmigiana next time. Our other friend had the Vegetable Lasagna. She was also a bit disappointed because there wasn't really any vegetables. Just pasta and sauce. She would not order it again. Will we go back. Probably. The pizza some other folks had looked jnc
