She responds rudely "uh yeah!" With almost an eye roll. The salad bar was stocked but all the utensils were greasy to the point that I went and washed my hands after. Every booth was dirty with plates, many tables and all that were still clean were tables in the middle and no one out cleaning off tables. Someone finally did come start cleaning tables after we had been seated. It was around 3 pm so not even during a lunch rush.
