Pizza reminded my wife of our favorite New York spot Pizza Suprema across from Madison Square Garden/Penn Station. Legit recipes that aren't just the usual Americanized "fettuccine Alfredo" type Italian Restaurant we usually find in the South. We will definitely be bringing our family and friends here. It initially came with no basil, all the tomatoes were all in the center not scattered around, and the crust was burnt and hard. When I bit into the pizza, it crunched. Flatbreads aren't even cooked that much. We had to call in and get a new pizza. It had more tomatoes and this time it had basil, but the crust was still thin, overcooked and crunchy.
