I can't rate on service or the restaurant itself since I didn't stop here myself, but I didn't hear anything bad about it! I had takeout that was purchased an hour prior to when I had lunch, but when I went to open my meal, it was still warm & fresh! It was also wrapped and packaged neatly. I got a veggie burger with cheese, which tasted great! The patty was definitely full of veggies. All the sandwich ingredients were fresh and the whole wheat bun was a nice surprise. The sweet potato fries were also yummy and didn't taste too fried or oily. I would've thought they were baked! For a burger and fries, I didn't feel gross and sluggish afterwards either. First time here (4/5/25) for a Munzee event. I was greeted with a smile and a "welcome" when I came in and the associate very kindly walked me through using the ordering system. Had the chicken club sandwich with fries and a water. I love a good club sandwich and this didn't disappoint! It was very tasty and satisfying and the chicken was cooked to pet and juicy! The bacon was crisp and the fries were golden brown, crispy and sweet. The inside was extremely clean and comfortable. The temperature inside was cool and the aroma made you hungry. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that it was lunchtime on a Saturday on Wade Hampton and thin place was not very busy. This really scares me when the food is this good but the place isn't busy. This is definitely another "will return soon" place. If you're reading this, yes, give it a try. I think I spent maybe $15 for my meal. Not horrible in today's economy. read more

Super average. We went shortly after opening and it was a solid 4.5. We've been three times since then and it is a 2.5 at best. Sad. Tonight, $15 bucks for a #1 meal that was at or below par with what you'd get at burger king. Bottom bun hard, top bun wasn't quite as bad, but nowhere near fresh. This is a fast food, counter service restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink at the drive thru. I got to the window, handed over my card and they have the audacity to prompt customers AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW for a tip. The cashier actually stuck the card reader out of the drive thru window with the screen showing suggested tip amounts. What service am I being asked to leave an extra 20%, after tax, for? Cooking the food? It's a restaurant, it's expected. Putting it in a bag? Handing the bag of cooked food through a window? GTFOutta here with that. I'll leave a tip for at table service restaurant to a waitress that isn't making minimum wage. But the there is no way I'm leaving a tip at a counter service fast food place where I know the workers start at $13 an hour. I won't be back until they stop that nonsense. Girl who took our order at the drive thru was super nice but the sickly looking black guy working the drive thru window around 1:00 pm on 10/9 seemed big mad he was flipping burgers at 40 years old. As soon as we pulled up to the window my boyfriend greeted the guy and asked how his day was, guy ignored him and instead barked the total. My boyfriend handed him his card to pay and the guy (not exaggerating) started yelling at him through the window "you said SWEET TEA??" my boyfriend told him he ordered the strawberry limeade. When dude handed my bf his card back my bf said "thank you I appreciate it" with of course zero acknowledgement from dude again. Finally after we got our food my boyfriend asked (again, POLITELY) if he could have 2 ranches and the guy tried to charge us 60 cents for each ranch. A literal joke. I stopped by today for a visit to this new burger location, I ordered a regular cheeseburger and sweet tea and a double cheeseburger meal. First I was shocked at the price $26. My sandwich arrived without cheese and luke warm at best. Meat was like hockey pucks and our drinks even with ice tasted funny and not very cold. Service was slow and overall experience was just underwhelming, for $26 I was expecting to be wowed at least by the burger since that's the brands name. Sadly we won't be coming back, way overpriced for no flavor and inaccurate orders. read more

Decided to check out this new burger place. Used the drive through. My first impression was that it smelled like Burger King. Maybe it was the sesame seed bun and the grilled burger taste. It was better than Burger King. LOL but there were similarities. The lettuce tasted fresh and seemed to be mixed with the onions which worked for me.I only tried the burger and got a Medium coke. That was 11.60. Not sure it was an 8.00 burger (no cheese and nothing extra)- but a 5.00 burger- yes. Absolutely fabulous! If you want a char-grilled burger, chicken sandwich, ahi tuna filet, or veggie patty this is the place to go! Delightful tempura fried green beans and the onion rings are super crsipy. Oh and they also have delicious milkshakes. Prices are in line with other fast food restaurants like Chic fil a. We placed an order through DoorDash The driver got to the restaurant, he was told that there was no order and that it was already picked up, When the driver called me, I then attempted to call the store but apparently it's a call center. When I got the girl on the phone at the call center she called the restaurant put me on hold for about 10 mins. At first, she tried to tell us that he wasn't there. We were on the phone with him so we knew different she finally came back to the phone and said they would remake it. We placed the order at 5:55 and didn't receive it until 734 When we did get it every single item was wrong. The burger had so much mustard on it that it leaked all over the place in the bag. The bun ended up being inedible. The other sandwiches had cheese on them when we asked for no cheese we paid for extra sauce and did not receive the sauce. It's so frustrating because we used to go to the habit all the time in California and it seems that all restaurants take advantage of those that place DoorDash orders because it doesn't matter because the customer isn't in the store. I'm so happy to see The Habit out here! I thought it was only a West Coast thing, and by far, it's the best place for a burger. The Santa Barbara Char and the onion rings are my absolute favorites, and I was ecstatic to finally get one after all these years! Ive had their burger from when they first opened in California and it was delicious! I tried it last week and my bun was overly toasted almost burnt and the fries were too well done. I know they just opened so I'm hoping they get better. This food is just as good as I remember it from the original Habit when I was growing up in Santa Barbara! These are my favorite burgers. I don't even have to ask for the onions to be grilled. No one else does that! The fries are great, the onion rings are ACTUALLY really good onion rings which seems pretty hard to find from a drive through. They have sweet potato fries! the grilled chicken sandwiches from here are sooo good and I generally always prefer crispy but this is the exception. The bread on it seems to be like ciabatta bread. Crispy edges, soft inside. Juicy chicken, the sauces in the burgers and chicken sandwich are my favorite part probably. IDK what it is but the burgers/sandwiches here are super flavorful. At every Habit establishment I've been to. So excited that one is coming to Lexington where my in-laws live! I'm happy to be switching to the Habit for our go to burger place! So tired of feeling like crap after eating at the drive through. Always feel great after a burger from the Habit except for last night when I had to eat every fried side they have because it had been so long since I'd had the Habit. Hahaha. Tip at the window? Seriously? My food was lukewarm and missing an order of fries. I checked the slip and yup I did order and pay for them. It took too long for fast food. One truck in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my order and it was wrong and only warm. I was handed my soda and 8 minutes later my food. Food was good burger meat was a little small but tasty. I love the fact they had jalapenos and banana peppers at the ketchup station. Service was great maybe even a little too attentive but they were very nice. The onion rings were way overdone though. You got to use Annie's ketchup.
