    Greek Salad

We were visiting my daughter's in laws in Travelers Rest for Thanksgiving and we met them at a Passion for Pizza. A really bustling restaurant on the night before Thanksgiving. Karly was our server extraordinaire! There were 8 of us including two children. So first we ordered drinks and some salads. There was a little mishap where one of my grandsons knocked over a large drink lol! She helped clean it up and even though he was crying, she told him it was ok! A few of us had salads. I had a small Greek which was delicious and loaded with feta. My daughter had the Caesar which was excellent, and another had the chef. We got two large warm loaves of Italian bread and butter that came with our orders of mussels with white wine and garlic sauce. Really very good and loaded with fresh garlic. The boys had half pizzas and fries which was a great meal for kids. There were two large pizzas with plenty left to take home! The crust was thin and crispy and they were loaded with veggies and cheese. What a wonderful dinner for our family!

We placed a pick up order for a large pepperoni pizza after a day trip to Atlanta for baseball game. We picked up the pizza on our way home, and the restaurant had closed in between us picking up our order and arriving home. When I opened the pizza box, I saw that much of the toppings were severely burned, and the entire bottom of the pizza was black from being overcooked. We have dined at the restaurant a few times over the past year, and have not been disappointed. However, this time we were extremely disappointed, as anyone who looked at this pizza prior to me picking it up should have not allowed it to leave. After a long day of travel, this was a huge disappointment. Lesson learned though - from this point forward, I will always open the box to inspect what is in it.

Absolutely 10000/10. They have quickly jumped to my number 1 spot for pizza. FB tells lies, but definitely not this time! Our service was quick and we were checked on multiple times. It's quiet, and small but not small where you feel crowded. I can only imagine a busy night. We stopped in over the weekend for a late lunch and seated immediately. The food was flavorful and fresh. If you want GOOD pizza, this is the place to go. Just drooling things about the garlic knots, pizza, and baked ziti lol (not pictured is the ziti as we took it home for dinner and was still fresh the next day)

Cheese Sticks. Gooey, greasy, yummy. J had ranch instead of marinara.

This place is incredible! I popped in for a late lunch and sat at the bar. Had cheese sticks, a nice little salad, Alfredo, and tiramisu. Came back a different day for pizza (not pictured). It's definitely my favorite stop for pizza in the Taylors area now. I would pass on The cheese sticks in favor of more room for other things. Don't get me wrong they were good but their pizza/pasta will have you looking for more room in your stomach. The salad was fresh and well dressed, chicken was cooked well, pasta was simple and cozy. Highhh marks.

We ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was good. Would go back just for the wings. Wings are the very best.

Had a calzone to go for dinner. It was a phone order. The calzone was awsome but they left my black olives off.

The staff is so friendly and made me feel like I already belonged. Fun music too and lots of seating available. For sandwiches, I got Mike's Classic and my partner got The Godfather. When we went to pick up our order from the counter, they threw in some extras since it was our first time. Such an unexpected surprise! The potato salad - wow. I'm not even a big potato salad girlie but the dijon mustard in there was *chefs kiss*. I will definitely be getting that again. The macaroni salad was also good. My hoagie was somehow light and filling at the same time. The melted cheese melted my heart. I will be back again for that ooey gooey deliciousness!

But these guys do make a BIG swing and a BIG hit. First off, customer service. Justin waited on me and asked right away if I was a first-timer, which I was, and at the end of a quest to arrive here. And so he gave me the layout in the menu, the NJ flown in Liscio's bread, and the Cooper American cheese and shaved sliced beef. It's the real deal and it does travel well, at least for 3-4 miles back home. It's a 10 inch sub, there are many options. I went classic. But check the pics of menu items (the Mort looks great, Mortadella coma?!) But the classic will fill. And it is tasty. Simple, authentic, tasty. That's why we are here. And the friendly customer guidance, beyond any expectations, when anyone is at the counter, they are recognized if regulars, acknowledged if first timers and the center of the universe for the counter man, (in this case, Justin). And, a couple of Dum-Dum lollipop treats for the wife who abstained for today. The sandwich was a hit. It's a bit expensive, but I understand we just beat a line out the door crowd at 11:15, so plan accordingly. I'll be back. Must try other items too. Beer and soda available. Worth the trip if authenticity is your bag, baby, if not, there's always Jersey Mikes, but support local, man! Get with the Harry's groovy and tasty vibe.

This would really help get the word out about them and their change hours. I thought they would be closed, but I gave it a chance and I saw that they were open and they changed her hours once again. I completely get it and understand, but my advice to them is to have more of an online presence to help people to help themselves. When I come in, I wanna feel good and be welcomed with a friendly face instead of feeling at times like I'm a bother for even coming in... Maybe it's close to their closing time however they continuously change your hours so it's really hard not to do that sometimes. Most recent time I went in I forgot I had a punchcard I wanted to use, however unfortunately, it was in my other purse and unfortunately, the person who took care of me didn't offer to give me a new one or when I come in next time I can get two or anything. this definitely was a missed opportunity and left me feeling like I wasn't appreciated as a customer. For a business that is not getting a lot of business I would think they would go above and beyond anytime and chance that they get whenever faced with a customer or potential customers! There's a lot of opportunities here that I have seen. I just hope that they can do more and get more business , because I really do love this place!
