She saw me standing there but didn't acknowledge me, ask the caller to hold, or even say, "I'll be with you in a moment." Instead, she continued talking while I stood at the counter for approximately 5-10 minutes. When she finally ended the call, she looked at me and asked, "Can I help you?" I gave her my name, she reached over, handed me the pizza, and took my payment. The entire transaction took about 30 seconds. She could easily have handled it at any point during that lengthy call. Even the employee making pizzas in the back appeared to be watching the situation in disbelief. The food was good, but management seriously needs to address the front-counter service. Ignoring a waiting customer for several minutes while continuing a personal phone call is disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
