Ordered on the app. The app messed up and my order didn't go through. They told me nothing helpful. Had to figure it out myself. Then when I actually got my order to go through, they were rude about making my pizzas. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS AGAIN!!! Ordered $100 worth of pizza and my boyfriend bit into his pizza and FOUND A FINGERNAIL!! We called this location. I was put on hold multiple times and hung up on multiple times. My boyfriend spoke to "Taylor" who hung up on him. Finally, after multiple attempts we got ahold of the Manager "Charles". Charles was not helpful at all. He was a aggressive and rude. Charles asked for pictures of the fingernail and we had no problem sending them. After sending the pictures, he still said that he could not give a refund. Charles stated that he could not give a refund because it is not apart of their policy. I have NEVER BEEN to a restaurant/establishment where the manager could not refund money. I can not believe this happened. So we order pizza from Papa John's in greer at 6pm. After ordering we are told it will be 45 minutes before we can pick it up. We arrive 50 minutes later (6:50) to a line around the building, that we sit in another 30 minutes. When we get to the window they tell us they haven't put it in the oven yet...it'll be another 15 minutes. What the crap PJ's...?? So I park my truck and wait again wishing I hadn't paid yet. I waiting in the parking lot another 20 minutes before going inside...but I can't because the door was locked. Another person who had been waiting forever let me in. Inside of being greeted I was told the lobby was closed. Nope! I wasn't leaving. I once again gave them my name and was told it was coming out of the oven...sure. waited another 10 minutes observing the staff. There were about 7 people working. Two cashiers, two actually doing work in the kitchen and the other standing around looking confused. I got the attention of one man who was standing around not doing anything and asked him to look at the boxes with my name and give them to me. He proceeded to look at a screen and complain about why the names weren't in the orders. Who cares?? Once again I encouraged him to look at the darn box. Sure enough they had my name. I said, please give them to me so I can get the heck out of here. Order at 6pm...pizza in my hands a few minutes before 8pm. Totally unacceptable. This place needs new management. read more

We live very close and do eat about once a month from this location for the last ten plus years. To us, the pizza taste and quality has dropped noticeably in the past few years. The pizza is still decent, but it is sad that Pizza Hut now seems more fresh. A few problems here. They screw up our carry out order half the time, which is a hassle. They make good of it, but come on, that adds another 15 minutes plus drive to our dinner. Recently we had to get a refund because they started using frozen cheese, not fresh. It didn't melt right and tasted nasty. Kids wouldn't eat it. I have no idea what they are trying to do here, but if another quality pizza place pops up near here, they are in big trouble. I use to really like their pizza, so it is with regret that I do not recommend this location.. read more

We ordered a delivery special for dinner tonight that included a 2 liter soda with it. Unfortunately, our delivery arrived without our drink. I called the store and was assisted by Ashley who answered the phone, and wow, did we receive exceptional customer service! Not only did she repeatedly apologize for the mistake, she had the drink delivered along with a free large pizza for the trouble. She was beyond pleasant, super understanding and professional, and really went above and beyond for her customer! When i arrived exactly on time to pick up my pizza, the box was room temperature cold that it came in. I then opened the box and my pizza was completely burnt to a crisp (chard) on the bottom and cold. I went to the drive thru window and asked for a remake which the lady was polite about and she told me it would be a 7 minute wait. It then took 15 minutes for them to bring the remake out. All around it was not a great visit and took much longer than carry out should take. read more

The pizza is good but I am still not sure about Customer Service. I'm not sure why the front door has to be locked at dark for "safety reasons". I called my order in and went to the front door, another customer was walking out with his order so I went in. I was told I had to go through the drive through, that was wrapped around the building. As employees are standing at the counter on their phones with the line wrapped around the building. The slow service could improve and I hope it does. read more
