Chickfila Team under performed tremendously tonight. Guy in red jacket typed in the wrong name, completely marked down an entirely different order than what i asked for, gave me a total and told me to pull forward without asking if there was anything else to add, and when i informed him i was still there and was not done ordering, he quickly cancels the original order and comes up with a lousy excuse order as a replacement to attempt to cover his mistakes. Very simple order: 30ct nugget (NOT 8) Large Fry (NOT Med.) Frosted Coffee w/ cookie crumbles (NOT Medium Coke) Large Fry Frosted Coffee Pretty Straightforward order completely disregarded. And then he could not give an updated total, like... okay. At the window: Wrong name Wrong order And after the mistake was realized, the attempt to resolve the issue was hardly shown. I pulled forward to wait for my true order, and after 10 minutes, was given my order. You would think that is the end of it but no.. They forgot the straws for the drinks. Absolutely unacceptable drive thru tonight. I know it is not required, but usually Chickfila will offer free meal cards to make up for the longer wait, or messed up orders. There was no offer, and after i inquired about said cards, the girl at the window scoffed like there was no such thing and made no attempt to satisfy or resolve the mess up. This chickfila has been one of my favorites for years. And now I know if I swing by, and those employees are working, to turn around and go elsewhere. Rarely an issue with the quality of the food we receive. The issue is that we rarely receive all of the items we order. This is primarily an issue with the kids meal. They almost always forget the kids drink. There has also been several occasions where the quantity of fries it ridiculous low. These are simple issues that can be fixed by just paying attention to what you're doing. read more

Since we were running later than normal leaving the house for dinner and church we needed a quick place to get dinner. Chick-fil-A might sound like an odd choice when you are trying to eat healthy, but their Spicy Southwest Salad is fantastic. Everyone in the family really likes the food at Chick-fil-A, the only major complaint is that they don't have a large enough chicken strip option so we always end up ordering extra chicken strips. The sriracha dipping sauce is a favorite with the kids and they even like the waffle fries. Though, they don't have a Coke Freestyle option, they do have Caffeine Free Diet Coke which I greatly appreciate. read more

Just visited this restaurant tonight. They were very busy and I was waiting in line when an employee came to the line and took my order from there. I tried 3 times to give him my order but he could just not get it. Finally, after to telling him the grilled chicken deluxe sandwich 3 times I just said OK to the grilled club sandwich with extra pickles? and no condiments. I also ordered a medium mac and cheese which I had to tell him twice. Then I proceeded to next person standing outside at the line to pay for my order. When she repeated it it was still not correct. I had ordered 2 sandwiches and she only had one on the order! After correcting the order again I proceeded through the drive thru line and got my food. The food was cold! My bread was dry! Chick fil a is always great, this just isn't the best store in the upstate. It's closest to my home so we frequent it often, but the store in Taylors is managed much more efficient in my opinion. Too often I have driven off through the drive thru with something incorrect and the line is way too crazy to sit in it a second time. But CFA is CFA. Still the best of the best. read more

I was t feeling too good and he gave me the most kindest gesture I have ever received from a fast food restaurant. I'm grateful and thankful for him. Always fast and the food is good. Nice staff! Curbside pickup is a blessing. Clean playground area for the kids. Restrooms are clean as well. This is literally the only fast food place on Wade Hampton where you can expect efficient service, receiving your correct order, and friendly employees. The food is always fresh. There is a reason there is often a line wrapped around the building. Amazingly they manage to move everyone through in lightening speed, unlike most of the other places on WH that require a 10 minute wait and "pull forward" for a single burger or lone cup of coffee. They have literally never given me the wrong order, which is nothing short of a true miracle when it comes to "slow food" joints in Greer. Did i mention the employees actually smile here instead of acting like they are being held in shackles while being beaten behind the counter? read more

Pulled in the drive through at 9 pm after a rough day. They close at 10. Had tried Zaxbeys before that but they were taking too long. As I'm pulling in, the two high school kids start complaining loud and audibly about how they wished I stopped at McDonald's because they had to quit their conversation. Then the girl that took my order rushed through my order, forgot to ask me what kind of cheese to go on my sandwich(I used to work for chick Fila, I know how it goes) so I got the wrong cheese because it's 9 pm, I had a bad day and am just thinking about getting home and eating. Then when I get home, I get my sandwich and it's the SMALLEST peace of chicken, with cheese I don't like and pickles that I specifically didn't ask for. No "my pleasure" or hospitality from anyone. This location is always well staffed and efficient at getting the frequently long lines at the drive thru served in a timely manner. The food tastes just like at any other location, good. This location has weekly craft nights, bingo nights and family events. They also have early morning events for M.O.P.s (moms of preschoolers) to bring the kids to weekly. They even occasionally parter with the neighboring Home Depot to do kids workshops. read more

I placed an order for breakfast before it was 10:30 and drove 12 minutes to the closest chic fil a and because I parked my car at 10:31 my entire order was canceled on the app so I called to explain I was literally a minute late and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and im stuck eating lunch at 10:30 am because they dont feel like making some breakfast food that was already ordered. I've been in lots of Chick-fil-As but this one is the first one that I've ever had issues with. Their soup was cold and they didn't realize the heater had gone out. They have no way of heating it up either. Their lemonade machine was broken so they were making that happen n the sink. And finally if I used their free wi-fi their app wouldn't work until I turned it off and used my carrier. All in all not a good experience. read more

We've been going to this chick-fil-a for years. Recently the top of the bench in the play area broke free. My granddaughter jumped off of it and the bench flew back and hit another child's arm causing him serious pain. I'm shy, so I located the contact information on my smart phone and sent a quick email expressing my concern that a more serious injury was possible. Less than 5 minutes later the manager walked into the play area, checked the bench and had his employees remove it. All I can say is how impressed I was by the quick action.
