Jersey girl here, and I'm just going to say this may not be New Jersey, but it is one of the best sub shops in the south. The subs are a little pricey, but big. The meat is fresh shaved when you place your order, and you can top off your sub with whatever you want - I like doing oil and vinegar on the turkey sub. The rolls are really good too, and their hot subs are tasty. Try the chicken cheesesteak with sautéed onions and peppers! They have a nice little seating area or you can do take out. read more

During the pandemic this Jersey Mikes was awesome...I always picked up and always tipped the workers and they did great...until recently...Now when I pick up I have to count the items and the order STILL hets messed up...wrong bread, if you ask for peppers and no tomatoes you get onions and tomato ...its become a real adventure the last 4 or 5 times Ive ordered. Im 1/2 way 2 different shops and I can tell you where Im going for my next sandwiches now...that shop even has some of the people that used to work here when you were good...I think your doing it wrong read more

So disappointing. Got my order wrong chicken cheese steak no onions but wanted peppers. She confirmed. Brought me a sandwich with grillled onions and no peppers. Horrible. Too busy to have it remade. Slow service. Since when have they changed the chicken Philly cheese steak to chopped chicken. A true Philly has shaved chicken. It was horrible. Will never return to this Jersey Mike's. My husband and I have been eating at this JM for about 9 months now. When we first started it was awesome, Best I ever had. We both work so we have a sub night once ( sometimes twice ) a week. I have to say it has slowly gotten really bad. Service is mostly always great, But the food is getting to be the luck of the draw. And when we order on line the last few times they don't ever seem to get it right. No longer the best in town to me. I ordered online because it always takes way too long in the store at lunchtime. When I went to the drive-in window I gave them my name and they handed me my bag. When I was almost home I realize there was another persons name on my bag. When I returned to the window we tried to figure out where my order was they did have it ready and I was able to get it. The person whose food I originally got was at the counter to pick it up in the store and the associate turned around and just handed them the bag that I had just given them. They had no idea if I had opened the food and put my hands on it and now I'm wondering if they had given someone else my food previously. Oh and the associate never said they were sorry for giving me the wrong food and making me drive an extra 20 minutes. read more

I had never been to Jersey Mike's, so Thursday I decided to come in for lunch. The line was backed up to the door, and it was not moving very quickly. Once I did finally get up to the counter, I placed my order and they began making my sandwich. Everyone working was very friendly, and they seemed to be at least trying to work together to move the line along. They have a deli slicer and the slices are very thin, which makes the meat more flavorful. They do not have a toaster, but they do offer cheese steaks and other grilled sandwiches. I got a giant (15 in.) turkey and pepperoni sub with provolone and mayo. The sandwich was absolutely phenomenal; quite possibly better than any sub I've had. Overall, my experience was mixed. That was a good sandwich; I cannot deny that. But the wait was horrible and I didn't even have time to eat my sandwich when I got back to work from an hour lunch break. The prices are higher than Firehouse, but the quality of the meats, cheese and bread is slightly better, and the portions are definitely bigger. I would definitely not recommend coming on a time limit. Order ahead and it should be ready when you arrive. Or, come on a weekend and dine in. I'll definitely be back. Staying at a hotel nearby I thought I would give this a try. In general, the services was fast, staff friendly, and food was good. I got the Philly cheese steak sub and I would say that it was good but not the best I ever had. I think the $13 price range for 8" sub, chips, and drink is not the best value in town for fast average food. Overall it was ok but chances are I won't return in the future with so many other choices in the area. read more

This is my favorite sub place. Nobody can top JM, not even the Italian restaurants. And trust me, I've ate them all! Their bread is great, their topping are fresh (love the thinly sliced white onions) and their meats are tasty. I use to get the veggie sub on the rosemary parm bread, but now I get the "sub in a tub" because I eat low carb. They offer a range of sandwiches, wraps and salads (tubs) from classic turkey and provolone to buffalo chicken philly. From a "mini mike" to a "giant" there's offerings for all appetites. There are a nice selection of chips to choose from, as well as cookies and brownies. They have a regular soda machine, but it does over some more natural varieties from a popular soda brand in vanilla (cream) and root beer. Be sure to sign up for their "shore points" and rack up points for free grub. Tuesdays are ALL REGULAR SUBS $6. You can't beat that, especially if feeding your large family!! Best subs I've had so far in the area. Only negative (and I'm nitpicking) is that they can't heat the subs. They do offer cheese steaks, which are decent, but I like a roast beef sub with melted cheese. The server was nice, offered to microwave it for me, bless her heart. One huge positive is that they offer a hot pepper spread, one of the only places I've seen that outside Boston. The bread is fresh and tasty, the cold cuts are great too. A bit pricey for a sub shop, about $8 for an Italian, no drink or chips. And you do need the medium at least, it's only about 6 inches. read more

I like Jersey Mikes, I really do, but the one in Greer is terrible! The past 5 orders (yes 5 orders) have been wrong. I don't know why I kept going back. If you do not want it Mike's way, then forget it. Call in orders were wrong every single time! I don't know if they just don't take the time to write the orders down, or what. I have been going here for the last four years. I always get the meatball sub. The sub has always had whole meatballs on it . However the last two times the sub had meatballs that were sliced in half. Seems you are getting half the meat for the same price. Better off going to Subway from now on. What a rip. read more

I have had amazing service at this location many times in the past. Tonight was the polar opposite. I placed an order online and waited almost a full hour after I arrived at the restaurant, plus the 20 minutes between when I placed my order, and arrived at the store. All I received was a half-assed "sorry, we're short handed." I don't accept that excuse when only one of the three employees in the building was actually making sandwiches. My son, 8 years old....is sub lover...oil,vinegar, peppers, veggies, he loves it all but she rushed him through assuming he wanted nothing and wrapped his sandwhich only to have to unwrap it to add his request. When I checked out I swiped my card answered the questions and then two clerks stood there looking at me until I finally had to ask them myself "are we done" then she says you'll need to a swipe again.
