So many great salad options. The portion size is huge and many are around $9, which is amazing these days. Pick two at $9 is a great deal also. I tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago after it had been on my list to try for awhile and I went back for a second time within a week! The sandwiches are huge and so good!! I got a medium the first time and a small the second time! Both were great choices. What sets this restaurant apart is the bread they use on their sandwiches and the quality of their meat! Awesome food, like usual. I like that the food is made to order. It might take a bit longer to get your order but I think it's worth the wait. I sat at a table waiting for my order and an employee came by to wipe it down which I appreciated. I'm so thankful that I just stopped by this restaurant on Saturday morning at 11 AM. Starting off with a young man that took my order from Guadalajara being so friendly and his coworker that did a great job too! I had my sandwich made two different ways which much to my surprise came out perfect made beautifully. I can only imagine the gentleman that made my sandwich. Really, drive through took to car in front of us and then at 9 sharp said they closed at 9PM. They said they close at 9. It Literally was 9 PM sharp. And we were right there. Just as good as I remember, the last time i had been at one of these was in the early 1980's in Louisiana. I had the Roast beef and it was delicious. I think the bun was a little denser back in the day but still had flavor, we got there early and before the crown after church and thank goodness this place was packed by time we left. The reason for the 4 stars was the guy at the register was not very friendly and almost bouncer like, but the young lady to his right what was very welcoming. This place is so good. They always seem steady but their customer service is great! We didn't wait long at all to order. They have a great selection on the menu even for picky eaters. I got the pick two-half of a pizza and a half of a sandwich and my husband got a turkey sandwich size medium. The pizza was a good size and loaded with toppings and it was crispy. I got the fiesta chicken sandwich. I love the peppers and onions that go on it. Very flavorful and pairs well with their hot sauce! My husband loved his turkey sandwich. Food is always good! Everyone is nice and seating choices are good with indoor and outdoor seating.

Had their Pastrami Reuben it was very well fixed and also had one of their Cinnabon's and it was perfect! Dry busy at lunch time!

We are fans of Schlotzsky's and this restaurant did not disappoint. Two registers were open so order taking was fast and efficient. We were a bit disappointed that they no longer offer the "Large" size for their sandwiches. We wanted to split one. Went with 2 Smalls and it was perfect. You can't go wrong with "The Original". It's my all time favorite sandwich. Was looking for the hot sauce and there it was in a LARGE beverage dispenser. That was a great idea. Much easier upkeep than all of those bottles laying around. read more

I went to pick up a quick sandwich meal for a friend #2! I inquired about the gloves the gentleman had on in drive thru. I asked did they change those gloves when preparing food. He said. " l'm not STUPID!! I dont know if he got up wrong or not but then he shuts the freaking drive thru window as I'm still talking. he comes back with my change, then my food. I apologized if he took offense to the question but I just wanted a little answer. I tell you, customer service no days have gone straight to HELL. then you left out my freaking BBQ CHIPS!!! Delicious! I had the bacon brisket sandwich and loved the in house baked bread! Very clean inside, and always enjoy the large touch screen fountain drinks. Great service, great location, and really affordable price! I was definitely full after eating this and needed a nap! Bread: F Roast "beef": F Cinnamon buns: D Would be an F because they were hard as a rock but impossible to give anything with frosting an F. First time customer and last time. This is still my favorite sandwich shop, but I have to " drop em down a star" this time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Trying to eat lunch here at 11:00 is a joke. It's always packed, I made that mistake on my last visit. I had some other shopping to do while I was in Greenville, so I left and came back around 3. Timing was perfect this time around, it was less crowded, but they were out of all of the fruit drinks and lemonade in the drink machine, all they had was soft drinks. Looking at the menu in the store and online, they offer the new mac and cheese pastas, a brisket, shrimp and chicken mac and cheese. To be clear these are separate dishes. They are not serving these new pastas at this location, even though online it says, now serving these at the Greer location. Hopefully on my next visit they will actually have these new items on the menu, at this location. read more

Love Schlotzsky's but when I visited twice recently the first time I was given the wrong sandwich at the drive through and didn't know until I got home with something I couldn't eat and the second time I tried them again I also ordered in the drive through and as I was waiting for my food I saw an employee through the drive through window with gloves on picking up her cellphone and using it and eating from the line while the food was being prepared. I really didn't even want my sandwich at that point but I had already paid and didn't have time to grab something else to go as I had an appointment to be at. Just wanted the company to maybe let their employees know to be mindful of that customers can see the majority of what is going on in the drive through line. read more

I love this location in Greenville South Carolina. I rarely leave disappointed from here. While I've never actually gone inside to order their drive-through is pretty fast. I've gotten lots of their sandwiches which come in multiple sizes but my favorite is veggie. I also gotten a few of their pizzas and all of them are delicious. Their prices are reasonable, not too expensive. They have a private parking lot but as I mentioned they do have a drive-through which is very convenient, if you do order a lot it will take a little longer obviously but for the most part they're pretty fast. I've been to other locations and they have not been my favorite but this one seems to have consistent quality and service. Highly recommended you go here and check this place out. Schlotzsky's is amazing. The Barbeque Chicken Pizza is a family favorite. We can eat at Schlotzsky's with our family of five and every single person orders the Barbeque Chicken Pizza. Admittedly the similarities start to break down as some don't want onions, some don't want jalapeños, some don't want either. Regardless, Schlotzsky's is a fantastic casual dining experience. As if Schlotzsky's weren't good enough, they now have Cinnabon, which is my wife's favorite. Occasionally, the tables need to be cleared because the crowds are large. If you are thinking of eating here for lunch after church on Sunday you better get there before 12:20pm, after that you will be eating outside or getting your order to go. I would also go ahead and order dessert when you order your food, in the past you could walk up and order dessert after your meal. They've changed this so now you order Cinnabon and they don't pull it out at the counter, you have to go into the regular queue for food which means a long wait for dessert on occasion. In and of itself not a problem, but on a Sunday when people are standing around waiting for tables you don't want to be taking up a table just waiting on your dessert. read more

As someone who has been eating here consistently for about 4 years it hurts to leave leave a one star review. After ordering some takeout about a week ago I found that my turkey bacon club was missing it's bacon entirely, and that I was missing a couple food items. After taking a photo, I thought that I might be able to show proof, upon my next return at least get the items that were completely missing. After coming back a little over a week afterwards I was informed I was not eligible to get any refund as I had not called in. Although I recognize this protocol as someone who is also worked in the restaurant business, it pains me to think that's such a small quantity food is not worth a regular customers business and satisfaction. Delicious sandwiches that are available on lettuce (no bread) - and which are actually (almost) just as tasty this way! Lots of delicious combos here, also. Our personal favorite sandwiches are the muffaletta-inspired Deluxe Original (on lettuce or, as an occasional treat, on sourdough bread) and the Chicken Bacon Smoke Cheesy (the highest protein option they have, if you're into that sort of thing, like I am). Each sandwich is made fresh to order, so you wait a few minutes for your order after placing it at the counter. The dining room is large and airy, with lots of windows and surprisingly nice-looking faux plants giving it a cheery, well-kept atmosphere. There's also outdoor dining available, under a pergola providing some shade, and even though it abuts the street, there's not much traffic there, so in milder weather (or with your pup) it looks like a nice place to sit. They also offer an incredible assortment of salads - more at this particular location than are on the standard menu. The amount of meat on the salads seems a little light to me, so you may want to ask for double protein. I also see people getting a soup + 1/2 sandwich combo, which I may try myself in cooler weather. Another plus: they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine here, which I always love.
