My wife and I normally order from here once a week, we've never been disappointed and we've been doing this over 10 years. The food is always great, made to order and ready on time. We ordered delivery from Tony's and it was close to the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. We had one regular and one thin crust (we each have our preferences) and both were just soggy and limp. The sauces were bland, the toppings were sparse, and for over $50 for two medium (12") pizzas after the tip we were disappointed. We could not even finish two slices, it was just bad. In a shopping center so plenty of parking. Got the bacon cheesy fries to go. Come with a side of ranch. Nothing to brag about but a good portion. Honestly the pizza was pretty okay. I'm not a fan of most chain pizza companies so trying a local one was nice. However, I asked for well done pizzas and neither were. When I picked up my to go order, not one staff member had on a face mask and there was zero attempt at keeping the staff and customers separate. I definitely had second thoughts about eating the food but mostly was disappointed that these small steps aren't being made in order to safely reopen businesses. read more

I'm officially breaking up with Tony's Pizza! I used to love this place, but the quality has really gone down hill. After receiving several bland/wrong orders recently, my husband and I ordered it one more time. This time we got some very bland Strombolis that were missing ingredients we ordered (as usual), and an order of bacon fries, which turned out to be undercooked oven baked fries with a thin layer of cheese on the top. Stopped in on a Friday night and ordered a cheesesteak and fries which I've had here many times. It has always been consistently good and this time was no different. Their pizza is outstanding. Their stromboli is wonderful. Their steak and cheese sub was ok... a little light in the portions. Tons of fries as a side but left too much bread at the end of the sub. One side was way over filled than the other side. I highly recommend their supreme pizzas. Side note... when a customer orders an appetizer... typically said appetizer arrives well before the main meal. We didn't get our appetizer until 5m after we started eating. To me, that's dessert. Not worth it. Avoid! I have tried this place 3 different times hoping for a better experience since moving here a month ago. Each time the service is mediocre (at best!) and the place is empty!!! It seems to me that the girls that work there were more interested in standing around in their tight little clothing and playboy earrings and gossip with each other or play on their phones and just wait for a cute guy to walk in, rather than take care of the very few customers in the restaurant. I gave up on going in after my terrible experiences so then I tried delivery hoping it would be better if I wasn't in that terrible environment. I live a mile away and they said it would be 45-1 hr wait time. I told them "nevermind, I'll come pick up instead" and was there 5 minutes later. For this order, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a Hawaiian pizza, and a soda and I still had to wait....they still got the order wrong (how do you mess up pepperoni?!) .....and they forgot my drink. I might also add that they gave me the incorrect receipt and wanted me to sign for a $50 order when mine only cost $15! I've tried to give this place a fair shot several times but I think I have tried this place for the last time!! read more

The last 5 times that I have ordered from Tony's, they have screwed my order up. I always order a ham and cheese sub with Greek dressing and no mayo. And EVERY time, they leave off the dressing. Even after giving specific instructions. Today I ordered my usual ham and cheese sub and was VERY specific about the dressing. I also ordered 12 mild buffalo wings. They show up 30 minutes later with my sandwich JUST AS I ORDERED.....and a cheese pizza. A CHEESE PIZZA! Not wings! A CHEESE PIZZA I called the store to complain and the owner was very non chalant "yeah we forgot your wings." I was not happy! After complaining SO many times! And I admit, I probably was not very nice. But I told him I would just start buying from Frank's House of Pizza and he LAUGHED AT ME. Then he denied laughing. I heard you Tony. Money is all that matters to you and to hell with customer service. Anyway.. it gets better. The delivery driver shows up again with some "fresh, hot wings". This Tony's location has pretty good food but seem to only get your call in order correct about half of the time. More than once they've sent us home with too few or too many items. Pizza is greasy, but in a good way. Sandwiches never disappoint. read more

Horrible service. Ok pizza. They would make so much more money if they would just act like they care a little bit about their customers and perhaps refilled a drink. The staff is either so poorly trained or they are high school drop outs. So over priced. They are the only pizza place that delivers in our area so we order out when we get lazy. I will never go inside again. Additionally they either lost their liqueur license or they just run out of beer a lot. If they had any competition I am sure they would be forced to close. read more

I tried this place once when i first moved down here. Pizza was average at best, but with the cost i was expecting a lot more. By the time the got it to my house the pizza was luke warm. I tried them again and there service was extremely poor. I asked if they took american express, and they said that they did, 10 minutes later they called back saying they didn't take american express. I gave them another credit card. 10 minutes later i get another call saying they missed heard my number. At this point i gave up on Tony's pizza. read more

I would give no stars but the bagged chips were good. The absolute worst cheesesteak I have ever had and I am 60! It was ordered with mushrooms and onions. I could not find many of either and certainly could not taste them. I called and talked to manager Josh and he said if I come in when he is there he will make me one personally. Huh, shouldn't all the cooks make a sandwich with "stuff" actually on it? Should I try to find out when he is there and move my schedule around that to get a good sub? BS!!!! Glad to see that others had a good experience. Ordered food today in early afternoon (after lunch) with a receptionist who sounded confused. Made a custom order and showed up 20 minutes later to pick up. Custom order had been picked up 5 minutes earlier by someone else. Told receptionist I would pay for order and it could be delivered; she said it could be ready in 5 minutes. (right- dough takes a little longer to cook). Terrible pizza. I mistakenly went there with my wife looking for Tony's New York Style Pizzeria on Orchard Park Dr. in Greenville. I made an error when using Google for the directions which led us to this sub-par pizza spot. The place was empty - that should have been the first sign. We ordered the "cheesy bread" which was basically a plain pizza and a medium meat lovers pizza. Both the appetizer and the pizza were embarrassing and disgraceful when categorized as Italian food. My wife and I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store - it was that bad. Our waitress was nice - the only ray of hope we had through the dining experience until she made us go up to the counter to pay the check to settle up which was really odd considering we were eating in their dining room and had been serviced by waitstaff through the earlier portion of the meal. Greenville is a great food city, avoid this place at all costs. No doubt, you'll be disappointed. read more

I have ordered from Tonys Pizza in Ft Inn and had no problems. Food wad good and hot. We LOVE their BBQ chicken pizza! The Simpsonville location... we have ordered delivery from the 3 times. the first 2 times it took an hour before it got to us and was not even warm. I called and complained and they said the driver got lost. Then the 3rd time we waited for an hour and no pizza... the driver called and asked us for directions...then 30 minutes later no pizza.. we called Tonys Pizza and they said they would give us a free pizza next time and the driver was lost. Then after waiting a total of 2 hours I called and sent someone to pick up our order in person. The delivery person never showed up. I will not order from them again for delivery. read more
