My first time dining at this location, the dining area was clean, and so was the restroom(a big plus). The young lady taking our order was friendly. My nephew ordered the King Club, and I ordered the Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad(low carbing time) without onions and the croutons, with ranch dressing. The salad was delicious and very large, with a mixture of greens, grilled chicken breast, tortilla strips, roasted corn, black beans, avocado halves, tomatoes and cheddar Jack cheese, for our beverages I had a Diet Coke, he got sweet tea. The only draw back from the salad the avocado wasn't ripened and was too hard to eat. Our meal was a little pricey at a total of $40.88, it was still an enjoyable time spent with my great nephew.

The staff is so friendly and made me feel like I already belonged. Fun music too and lots of seating available. For sandwiches, I got Mike's Classic and my partner got The Godfather. When we went to pick up our order from the counter, they threw in some extras since it was our first time. Such an unexpected surprise! The potato salad - wow. I'm not even a big potato salad girlie but the dijon mustard in there was *chefs kiss*. I will definitely be getting that again. The macaroni salad was also good. My hoagie was somehow light and filling at the same time. The melted cheese melted my heart. I will be back again for that ooey gooey deliciousness!

The pastrami has sooo much flavor. I crave them like crazy and you can't beat the prices. The workers are kind, quick, and efficient. Coffee cake is good. Cookies are great (wasn't a fan of the black and white one, but it's a cakey cookie and I don't like those --so I'm counting that as a personal problem.) love the local scenes on the walls. Seating is a bit uncomfy, but I reeeaaalllly don't care when I'm eating those bagels or grabbing and going. 10/10

I had the medium Texas Schlotzky which is ham, lettuce, tomato and jalapeño with shredded cheddar on both inside breads with mayo and the signature Schlotzky's b bread but the jalapeño cheddar version. Toasted of course. This is a unique sandwich in that the bread is a light soda bread of sorts, very tasty. Service was quick. This would really help get the word out about them and their change hours. I thought they would be closed, but I gave it a chance and I saw that they were open and they changed her hours once again. I completely get it and understand, but my advice to them is to have more of an online presence to help people to help themselves. When I come in, I wanna feel good and be welcomed with a friendly face instead of feeling at times like I'm a bother for even coming in... Maybe it's close to their closing time however they continuously change your hours so it's really hard not to do that sometimes. Most recent time I went in I forgot I had a punchcard I wanted to use, however unfortunately, it was in my other purse and unfortunately, the person who took care of me didn't offer to give me a new one or when I come in next time I can get two or anything. this definitely was a missed opportunity and left me feeling like I wasn't appreciated as a customer. For a business that is not getting a lot of business I would think they would go above and beyond anytime and chance that they get whenever faced with a customer or potential customers! There's a lot of opportunities here that I have seen. I just hope that they can do more and get more business , because I really do love this place!
