Had a tuna salad sub.The tuna salad was. Very thin and wet.By the time I finished the bread was soaked.Way too much liquid in the tuna salad also destroyed the flavor. read more

I normally don't review fast food/ fast casual restaurants. I'm making an exception in this case... Beware! This is one of the worst franchises I have ever patronized. Not just the worst Jersey Mike's...the worst overall. Apparently the franchisee doesn't care if the restaurant is clean, if customers get food, or if their employees are competent. I've ordered from this location twice...pre-COVID and recently. Neither experience was good. The restaurant is dirty. The staff is clueless. The bread is stale. The sandwiches are consistently not made correctly. I just placed an online order...when I arrived, the BLT I ordered for my husband had not been made. I was informed they were out of bacon. Perhaps someone could have called to warn me since my number is on the order. The other 2 sandwiches I ordered 'Mike's Way' had no olive oil or vinegar. I guess they were out of that too. This place makes Jersey Mike's look bad...very disappointing. read more

Beware using the app. You pay Jersey Mikes through the app but the delivery is set up through door dash. If your food doesn't arrive you can't call the store to get a refund you must spend an hour on the phone with door dash to only get door dash credit. Overall if you pay Jersey Mikes and something goes wrong they should be willing to help make it right. read more

I am not a sandwich lover,but, I wanted something lite for dinner, spotted Jersey Mike. So happy that I went in because Meaghan and Kaleb were such a delight and helpful. Absolutely worthless location. Owner/management is terrible. Went in on a Sunday for lunch and they are completely out of turkey...mind you, this is a SANDWICH shop. Bathrooms always dirty and management doesn't care to respond to poor reviews or concerns. It won't last long here. read more

I needed to order dinner for my family today after taking care of my sick in-laws and bringing dinner to my in-laws. I went to order a over hundred dollar order and the establishment called me and told me they were totally out of bread for 6 sandwiches 6!. At 430pm so now we are starving after working out in the son for hours. I seem to think they just didn't like making six sandwiches and having to put the 11 bags of chips in the bag. My kids like little bags of chips for snacks. This is ridiculous what establishments take over a hour to make bread or doesn't have bread reserve on backup. read more

The only reason I picked up subs tonight was because my son wanted JM's. Every time we've been to this location, the customer service is horrible. When I arrived this evening around 6pm, the floor was wet with a caution sign in the middle of the floor. What facility mops their dining room floor during dinner hours? I had to walk on the wet area to order. Poor planning on someone's part. Everyone that works there seems unhappy and in a hurry to get you out the door. The employee that got my order messed up was the friendliest one. She apologized several times for making the wrong sandwich. Even offered it to me free. I told her she could have it. It seems like a simple place to work. A few items on the menu and who doesn't like a good sub. I give this venture a 2 star - customer service can make or break the experience. Tonight, Saturday August 28, I went for dinner at 8:30, a solid half an hour before closing to this location only to find the door locked. As we walked to the front of the store from our cars, all three employees inside made eye contact and walked to the back and hid in the kitchen. I waved at one man back there who proceeded to duck further behind the corner. I'm not one who likes coming in right before close, but we had a half hour for cold subs to go. I don't think it's too hard to stay open until the posted time, or at least acknowledge customers who approach instead of hiding. That's not too much I suppose. read more

We always order the Original Italian and in this case the slicer must have been set pretty thin. Also, everyone who sat down to eat had to clean their table of crumbs and debris first, and of course this made the floor messy. This location has done much better than they did today. read more

I decided to surprise my son for lunch and since this Jersey Mikes is on the way to the school I figured I would give them a chance. I used the online order option and placed my order. I was given a time that my order would be ready. I arrived 2 minutes after said time and went to the register as instructed. Guess what! My order was not ready. 3 employees, that I could see, and 2 customers were there. So I'm not sure why my order was not ready. There were a couple of subs at different stages being made by 1 employee. I had requested no tomatoes, onions and no vinegar and oil, when I placed the order but that was ignored as I got all of the above. The sandwich was not cut completely thru. I couldn't finish my sub due to the overwhelming vinegar taste. The only good thing I can say is my son was happy to see me. What a waste of money! I will not be back. read more

The food is usually pretty good here. It's a chain so you know what to expect. Today the service was horrible! Finally got my sub made and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to pay! Apparently there is only one person in the place that can run the cash register. She came over to ring me up and charged me too much. I attempted to call in a pick up order beginning at 8:30, as the website said the restaurant closed at 9:00, but the phone rang and rang. I went ahead to the location to just order in person, but when I arrived at 8:45 the young man behind the counter said that he'd already clean up and they were closed. Despite pointing out to him that the website and the hours of operation on the door said 9:00, he still refused service. I wonder how many other folks this kid turned away because he's too lazy to actually work. read more

This store does not honor their coupons! We bought one of those fund raiser coupon books from our Grandkids. Tonight, I went to this location to get a sub, planning to use a coupon. The coupon stated "free small sub with the purchase of sub of equal or lesser value". We ordered a large sub and a small sub. With the coupon one would think the small was "no charge". Nope. Just a bunch of double talk about "this store's system doesn't let us do that". And "call back tomorrow". So if I'd have bought two small samiches - one would be free. But since I bought a large and a small and presented a coupon that says "free small sub with the purchase of equal or lesser value" no free small sub. Go figure - not going back. read more

Jersey Mikes has always been my favorite chain sandwich spot. They have fresh quality ingredients that create delicious subs. I usually leave 100% completely satisfied, but that's not the case at this location. When I got home and opened the bag, my husband and I both felt like our subs were substantially smaller than they should've been. Also, we asked the employee to heat up the meat on the grill for one of our subs and he said that 'he was not allowed'. We've been to JM a million times and it's never been an issue. Kinda strange. I rate sandwich shops on their Italian subs. I ended up with a free sub here so I figured I'd try it. It was decent. It was a bit heavy on the onions (I tried the online ordering so I didn't see how much was on there until I got home) and the bread was a bit soggy due to the dressing, but it had good flavor. Best sandwich place in Simpsonville! This is my go-to sandwich place, but the Simpsonville location is one of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait very long for my food. And most importantly, my food has always been top-notch! Compared to crap like Subway, Jersey Mike's is actually fresh food and it's actually a pleasant environment. Jersey Mike's has a big selection of hot and cold sandwiches. They slice the meat in front of you and their veggies are always fresh. It's very convenient to say you want your sandwich "Mike's Way," which is onions, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's! It's the best! read more

This was my first time EVER at Jersey Mike's. I obviously didn't know what I was missing out on. When I came in, I was greeted by warm, smiling faces. As I approached the counter, Stephanie asked me what I wanted to order and I told her I was new and ask for her favorite sub. She told me the Philly cheesesteak and so I went for it! I added mushrooms and mayo. While I was paying for my meal, she asked if she could season it and I said of course. She did a phenomenal job! It was so so good! Annie rang me up and she was the sweetest lady! She explained how the rewards system works and signed me up! Emily got everything for me and had the prettiest smile.
