The manager here was extremely aggressive and lied several times in our conversation. As an adult woman no child should act like that to a customer. They didn't put one of my burgers in the bag, didn't have what I ordered, didn't put a side order in that I had ordered, and also left out an additional item I had paid extra for. Well I couldn't be more frustrated with how this place is! I visited a few days back and was just disgusted with how the staff was acting with one another in front of other customers including children and elderly. I would like to come in and order food and not have to watch and listen to what I assumed was the manager on shift (young light skin woman) playing around and flirting with her kitchen staff ( young white man bearded and tattoos). So today I pulled into a dark Wendy's parking lot with a delivery truck in the drive-through that the majority of people had to drive around for their order, during business hours. My insurance company really hates these types of things. After 15 minutes of waiting in the dark to get to the main menu, I found it also wasn't lit. I asked if they could turn it on; assuming it was a cost saving strategy implemented by the owners but was then informed that it had been this way for months. I can not see well in the dark, I need glasses and proper lighting to operate effectively. They laughed at my struggles and asked "what do you want me to do" then when I was annoyed and antagonized for my requirements for ability they denied me service and pushed me along. I hope they start their "dynamic" pricing asap. These companies need to die out if they don't adhere to their own founding standards of efficiency and convenience. Otherwise they are just in the way of new growth. Never buying another Wendy's product on the east coast again. Just ew. read more

Went to Wendy's on a Sunday before 6:00pm specifically for the peppermint frosty. Because they've been known to be out or the machine broken, whatever, I went to their online order site to see if it would let me order one before hopping in the car as a family to go over. Looked like it was available so off we went. The dining room was clearly open but both doors were locked. There was no sign saying why. A kind little boy let us in. We went in, and I ordered the peppermint frosty only to be told they were no longer serving it. They'd switched it back to vanilla. Now this is a national promotion going on for the next 3 weeks. Used Wendy's app for the first time. Called when I arrived because I didn't see where to park for pickup. The guy on the phone told me where to park and then mentioned that they he saw my order and was working on it right then. After waiting 30 minutes in my car, I went in to ask about my order. First off, no one even addressed me at the counter. When I asked about my order, the manager looked at the bag on the counter and said "Oh, it's right here, let me get your drinks". Got the drinks and slid the order to me and walked away. No offer of any type of compensation or even a simple "sorry about that" Fries were completely cold and nasty, had 4 drinks with 2 straws. This place has the worst service ever. I have tried on 5 separate occa within the last several months to get breakfast here. There is always something that keeps us from getting food. It's just so good if you DO get food that I always say "let's try again".
