Another girl yells out "so you ain't gonna take their order!?" The other one " no! I don't even work here for real" like seriously!? If I wasn't waiting on food i already paid for I would've left. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait on what I ordered cool whatever that's why I came inside but then the girl who took my order went to the back at the 15 min mark and I heard her ask why haven't you dropped the chicken yet? I've never ever had an experience like this and it's quite crazy how these girls in here don't care. It's currently 7:30pm I paid at 7 on the dot. I will say I've been entertained by staff cursing each other out, sarcastically saying if the manager was here she wouldn't be happy, staff talking about people in the drive thru who are upset about their orders and the wait time. One girl she was heavy set with black and green long curly braids said well she can wait for 1,000 minutes when the person has already been in line for 17 minutes. I ordered two large green beans and two Mac and cheese and the girl in the kitchen told another girl she wasn't making anymore so I'd have to figure something else out. ( I swear the more I pray for patience God truly sends a test bc excuse me!?! ) I got a container and a half of green beans no Mac and cheese. As I'm typing this another girl walks past me and says damn she still here? Pointing to me. Yes I'm still here. I stopped in the restroom and when I came out, there were now 5 people in line (two additional to the 3). It took about 10 minutes to take those orders and maybe took another 20 to get our food. Everyone seemed to move in slow motion. They apologized to almost everyone about the wait, and after reading the reviews, that seems to be the thing here, just slow paced service. Now to be clear, the food was piping hot, so you know it's fresh. So would you rather get a bad product quickly or a great product slowly?
