Excellent! The little burger with everything on it is my go-to when we visit Five Guys. The fries are always plentiful! Obviously some changes have been made since the most recent reviews. We've never had issues with the fries nor service, and I'm very particular. The minor issue I had was with the drink machine not having the right mix of syrup and carbonation for the Diet Coke, so I tried the Diet Dr Pepper and it was fine. Ketchup dispensers were full. Plenty of napkins, which you will need! Restaurant is clean with lots of staff on hand to get the job done. read more

I walked in today. It was steadily busy but not slammed. I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger with no other toppings and a regular cheeseburger with no other toppings (both of which come with two burger Pattie's) and two of the smaller fries for take out. Simple right? It cost a bit over $30 for all that. Okay, my choice to go out. I got home and the bacon cheeseburger was fine. The other ended up being a SINGLE patty cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, fried onions, and some nasty spicy sauce. Meanwhile I paid for the double. Delicious, fast, and clean. I loved my quick stop for a small burger and fries before seeing Aladdin at the Regal Cinemas just a couple blocks away. The store was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The order was correct and freshly prepared. I like the "all the way" toppings but there's lots more to add if you're adventurous! Our local Five Guys is managed beautifully. When you walk in you can tell the process is choreographed to streamline the flow for each and every order. My order has never been wrong. Terrible food & service. Ordered 4 burgers- all different. They didn't mark what was on the burgers so was a guessing game. I just moved to fountain inn so I was excited to try the neighborhood five guys. In the last 2 weeks I've eaten here three times, and each time the fries just get worse! How can you continuously mess up the fries? They taste as if they've been sitting in the heat for 30 minutes marinating in their own disgust. They're soggy and unappealing and overall not appetizing at all. Fries I feel completes a burger meal. Without decent fries your meal is just an expensive burger. Ordered a dog and fries with a shake. Asked for ketchup and relish on the dog. Got a plain one. Asked for banana in the shake. Got a plain vanilla. Fries over cooked. Pretty sure the guy taking my order couldn't hear me due to how loud the music was playing. Normally I listen to classic rock, but it was to loud when trying to order the food. Now I will say the hot dog itself was pretty good. I did grab some ketchup packets that I thought I would use for my fries. Glad I did. I would have complained, but I was already back in my hotel room when I opened the dog from it's wrapper. It was edible, it just could have been better. read more

i am disgusted , i came in december 7th and when i walked up to the register this greasy headed scraggly young man with black hair stood in the corner and just stared at me as i stood there waiting for him to take our order. when he finally came over to take our order he gave us the meanest look i've ever seen and that's not even all ! when he came to tell us they were closed the other workers poured the mop water in front of our feet and just stared at us as we had to step over the puddle to get to the exit , one of the workers had also kept giving us side eyes and glancing over at us numerous times , it seemed like the other gentlemen had to FORCE the young man to take our order . it felt as if we were not welcomed and very uncomfortable. and when he came to where we were seated he stared at us and clapped loudly to tell us they were closed !!!! read more

WTF has happened to Five Guys? What used to be one of the best burgers has become worse than dog meat. One of the worst tasting burger messes I've had in awhile. Two was always very filling so I always ordered the little burger but this... this was a this useless tasteless mess.. And the price has gone nowhere but up! Upon exiting the Hampton Inn, you can see this Five Guys by turning your head to the left. It is easily in walking distance, so you can assuage some of the guilt for calorie bombing at the burger joint by walking. This Five Guys is like any other Five Guys, the food is solid. I guess I should have ordered the small sizes instead of the standard, because I was not able to finish the fries and the burger was huge. My immigrant grandparents would have been appalled at the quantity of food I trashed. Go small. Last minute decision to visit Friday evening. The store was busy but the service was outstanding. Prompt and accurate. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with Mayo, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato; fries and a drink ( I like the Coke Freestyle dispenser ). I wasn't very impressed by this location - I came in on a Saturday around 6 so I was anticipating the wait, but we were waiting almost a half hour. One of the Coke machines was low on Diet Coke syrup - I went up to the register to let someone know, and the woman working could not have been less interested in what I had to say - mostly ignored me, didn't make eye contact, and gave a weird half-nod once I finished talking. Didn't see anyone come out to replace it the rest of the half-hour I was there. We ordered three cheeseburgers and one fry - I've never liked the french fries from here, I think Five Guys fries are soggy and gross. But by the time we finally got our (to-go) order and left, we realized at home that they had gotten all three orders wrong. On us in part for not checking, but they were pretty simple orders so it was disappointing to not get what we asked/paid for. The patty on the little cheeseburger didn't even fill up the bun, it was way smaller than the other two or other little cheeseburger patties from other Five Guys locations. Made from scratch and worth the wait if you want a real burger. Love the fries and the malt vinegar over them. You can get any and all toppings you can think of but you have to bring a little patience since they don't cook things ahead which in my mind is why you come here and not other places. During lunch or dinner rush the place can get a little chaotic and maybe not as clean as it should be but I would rather keep folks cooking a clean when they get a minute.
