Horrible! Watered down mayonnaise, skimpy meat, bread tough as leather, stay away from this one. If I could rate zero, I would!

I have to say it's the complete opposite. It's well kept, clean, welcoming, and family friendly( during the daytime) The menu has ample options with a handful of very non traditional ramen options. There's something for everyone and it's almost hard to decide with out just ordering way too much. I ordered the ricotta with honey and pecans and grilled focaccia. I was tempted to change it to a burger but soooo glad I didn't. The dish was amazing. The perfect creaminess of the cheese and sweetness from the honey, slightly salted and the delicious grilled bread. Omg it was hard to stop eating it. I'd go here and just order this and be happy. Next was the hot chicken ramen. I'll be honest in more of a traditional ramen guy but they make these weird combinations woe. The chicken was crispy and the broth was flavorful. This balance of sweet savory broth that some how balances out just right. The noodles were overcooked for my liking but that's an extremely easy fix considering everything else was good. I'd love to go back when passing through again and try some of the other menu items. They seem to take pride in the food they send out and I can we why people love this place.

Coming in, there were many tables available, so I just sat at a hi-top community table, since I was alone. The young lady taking care of me was very friendly and did a nice job giving me her feelings about the menu. I opted for one of the subs she liked, the STP Dipper. I asked for their pasta salad as a side. It was made pretty quickly and delivered to the table and looked pretty good. Unfortunately, it came with their potato salad instead of the pasta salad I asked for. I say "unfortunately" because they make a sweeter version and I think it might have pickles. So, I tried it - Didn't like it. So, when she came around to check on me I pointed out to her that I got potato salad and she quickly apologized and went and got me a side of pasta salad. The pasta salad was a little odd, it was sweet too, but had some interesting ingredients. I tried a few bites, but wasn't a fan. As for the sub - it was pretty good! The sauce they give with it, the Formula 45 was also on the sweet side, but the description seemed to make me think of fast food special sauce (A.K.A. Big Mac sauce) and this definitely was not that, it was much better. It works pretty nicely with this sub's ingredients and I really liked the bread and the pop of bacon bits on it really brought it together nicely. Overall, I would most definitely return and wished there was a location closer to me so I could try more of the menu, as I feel I missed out on other options that might have been better. I'm VERY disappointed in their horrible sides, as least the two I tried. I feel they could improve there. Service was very nice and made up for the poor sides.

The entire staff was very friendly, checked to see how everything was several times during the meal and also as we left. The burgers and fries were GREAT! If you are looking for a "better use napkins or the juice will run down my arms burger and super crispy seasoned fries, this is your place. It goes to show, an establishment that focuses on a few things and works diligently at them produces fantastic results. The seating is very limited but they do the best they can to find a place for you to sit. Definitely better when the weather is nice so the few outside tables are an option. Thank you Windy City Burgers, we will be back. P.S. Please consider opening a sister location in Seneca!

After walking around shopping all day on a Saturday during the holiday season in Greenville, we…read morereally had no plan for dinner. We started checking restaurants and found long wait times, but we had a baby that we had to get back to the hotel. Even though trio had a line out the door, we decided to ask for a wait time, and it was way shorter than most places nearby. Even better, we didn't even have to wait as long as they quoted us to get a table. We were three adults and a baby and we were starving after having not eaten all day. We started with a pizza as an appetizer plus the baked Caprese as well. That was probably already too much food to get started with and then the house bread came out, which we couldn't resist. Honestly, the bread was so good. It was probably my favorite appetizer and it was free. I would guess their location makes them extra popular, but they offer family friendly Italian dinner at an affordable price. The prices are similar to your chain Italian restaurants and the quality is definitely a step up. If that's what you're looking for you're in the right place none of the dishes really stood out to me, but it definitely did the job. The staff know what they're doing here. They were turning tables quickly, and the staff were on top of everything... my friend even burned her hand on a dish which she admitted was completely her fault after being told the dish was hot. They immediately made sure to get her some ice and sent the manager out to make sure everything was OK. I think they even took some soft drinks off the bill for the trouble which wasn't even their fault.

Water, bread, food, checks... all of it took a long time. Our server was kind, but the pacing was frustrating. We were also confused when five of us were given only three pieces of bread while nearby tables had one per person (the bread itself was good though) I got the margherita pizza and all of us agreed it tasted like the margherita pizza we used to get in our college dining hall. Not bad, but definitely not what you expect from a restaurant. My friend's caprese pizza was better and had more flavor, but still nothing special. Another friend got the spicy scallop and shrimp pasta and felt it wasn't spicy and was lacking flavor. While the company was great, each of us had our own reasons for leaving a bit disappointed.

Not pictured was the charcuterie board and Brie appetizers that were all split and devoured. What was documented was the roasted duck breast with potatoes and asparagus. The duck was roasted perfectly with the skin, crispy for the texture and seasoned divinely. Yall the potatoes were crispy on the outside, well fluffy like little clouds inside, and had a punch of flavor. The asparagus was rich with a butter and lemon note. If a plate could sing!
