I understand that many chick fil a restaurants have gotten rid of their playgrounds. So I always check the website first if I'm wanting to bring my daughter to eat and play. I checked this chick fil a, and the website CLEARLY stated it had one. I even took a screenshot of it. I drove out of my way to this restaurant because it had one but as it turns out it didn't and hasn't had one for "a decade" (according to the manager). I left for one knew had one and on the way called to complain. Instead of an apology the manager blamed me (I must have read the website wrong/she didn't see it on the website, then when I insisted it was on the website, blamed the corporate office for the error). Frankly, I don't give a rip who's at fault - I want a sincere apology at the very least. And it IS your fault when your advertising an amenity you got ride of years ago. I certainly don't want to be told I'm wrong when in fact I'm 100% right. At best, this is negligence on this chick fil for not resolving this earlier and at worst, it's false advertising to try and drive business to your store for an amenity you don't offer. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a fast food restaurant and by the far the worst with chick-fil-a. Service was terrible!! I ordered on the app, (only done it on the app one or two other times before) and I followed all the directions and prompts. I entered the restaurant to pickup my carry out. Not only was it not ready, it was not being prepared. I had a very narrow window of time to get the food for my kids' school lunch break. The associate was not friendly and told me my order had been canceled. She did not act apologetic or say she was sorry. I waited in line and then asked another associate why the app still said my order would be ready in a few minutes (if in fact it had been canceled). She said my order had not been canceled, they assumed my name was spelled differently. She was kind but still did nothing to make up for what had happened. I was late to my kids' school lunch and very disappointed for the wait and lack of courtesy I was given. I thought chick fil a had higher standards than this. Our experience with this Chick-fil-a has always been positive: the food is reliably hot and delicious, the employees are courteous and professional and, even when the drive-thru line's wrapped around the building, it moves fast. I do wish the curbside service was available more often, as ordering through the app is my preference. But, I understand they're prioritizing their employees safety. read more

The absolute dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Dirty chairs, floors, food on floors, overflowing trash in the bathroom, trash and toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Not one time did someone come out to clean, wipe tables, sweep floor or speak to guests while we dined, there is obviously no Hospitality Crew as other restaurants have. There was one young gentleman that was cleaning trays from the time we walked in until we left. Maybe management should focus on the customer experience a little more with utilizing resources differently.the only reason two stars instead of one was offered is for the friendliness of the staff. read more

The lords chicken never fails me! Now they have take home meal kits which is very cool. I ordered my normal #1 no pickles and a coke with no ice! I have it down to science. They are always friendly and courteous. I also ordered a large Ice Dream. They gave me a small at first but at as soon as I called it out, they were quick to rectify and apologize. read more

Chick-fil-A is always a great option for breakfast. They do a great job with breakfast even if you show up 15 minutes before they stop serving. For the record, it's easy to drop by for breakfast when you are in a hurry to make it to the movies on time for an early matinee showing of Star Wars. It's been sad to see Chick-fil-A's decline over the past 3 or 4 years. I had lunch here Thursday and everything; nuggets, fries and shake, were great except the sandwich, which is the one item they're famous for. The sandwich tasted like someone had left a Popeye's sandwich on the counter overnight and then microwaved it. Upon removing the top bun for an inspection, the patty was flakey and crumbly, also like a Popeye's sandwich. The service was adequate enough but nowhere near where it was back in the early 2000's. Also worth noting is that the bathroom floors were absolutely drenched in piss. So much so that my feet were sliding around while I tried to use the urinal. I would expect this from McDonald's, but never in my life would I have expected this from Chick-fil-A. read more

You can now do mobile orders if you don't want to wait in line or at the drive thru. This is perhaps the best Chick Fil A in Greenville. First, unlike the locations in Taylors and on Haywood, it has an enormous dining room. Therefore lots of seating for lunch and dinner rush hour. I have never come in here and not been able to get a seat. Secondly, their drive thru is extremely efficient. They have 2 lanes going at the same time! On average they serve about 165 cars every day at lunch time. They are able to get you in and out extremely quickly which if you only have an hour for lunch like me, is extremely important. Thirdly, the food extremely good, but what else would you expect, it's Chick Fil A! Great location with fast service and great food makes for happy customers. read more
