I completely get it and understand, but my advice to them is to have more of an online presence to help people to help themselves. When I come in, I wanna feel good and be welcomed with a friendly face instead of feeling at times like I'm a bother for even coming in... Maybe it's close to their closing time however they continuously change your hours so it's really hard not to do that sometimes. Most recent time I went in I forgot I had a punchcard I wanted to use, however unfortunately, it was in my other purse and unfortunately, the person who took care of me didn't offer to give me a new one or when I come in next time I can get two or anything. this definitely was a missed opportunity and left me feeling like I wasn't appreciated as a customer.
