Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable--she offered helpful suggestions from the varied menu. We'd heard good things about the burgers and decided to try them, ordering ours cooked medium. The server mentioned that unless specified, burgers are typically served medium well. The wait for our food was a bit long, and it seemed other tables were experiencing the same. Bohemian seems like a better spot to visit when you're not in a rush. When the burgers arrived, both were cooked well done instead of medium. Unfortunately, our server didn't check back until we were nearly finished eating. I showed her the overcooked burger, and she offered to have another one made, but by then we'd already eaten. The flavor was good, but it definitely would've been better at the requested temperature. Lesson learned--check your burger doneness before your server leaves the table, especially when they're priced around $16-$18 and more. On the bright side, the fries were excellent! Overall, despite the hiccup, I'll be back. Bohemian is worth giving another try.
