Super fun vibe, great place to stop for a drink and food after strolling downtown all day! Our waitress was friendly, and as attentive as one can be on a Saturday night! The food was phenomenal though! We ended up getting the 3 for $10 fries, which was quite the steal! The sweet potato fries are to die for, especially with that little sweet orange sauce they give you for dipping. I also got the sliders which were all delicious, any my husband also really enjoyed his burger which I believe was the Beer Essentials burger. Beautiful day in Greenville so we decided to stop at Grill Marks Main Street. There are three seating areas available. Inside, outside covered and outside patio on the street. We opted for the outside covered. We decided on the Three for $10 fry and onions selection to go with our burgers. Hangover Burger and Impossible burger. Both burgers were good. There wasn't much BBQ sauce on the Hangover burger so asked for more ( we were charged 50 cents for it Waitress didn't mention that either! Lemonade is good and sharp! Bathroom was clean and tidy. Smelt like a bleach block. I was going to pay by scan on receipt but server insisted she did it on her machine. Minimum tip is 20% so I can see why . We enjoyed a fun long weekend in Greenville, which included a good burger here. They were very busy on our visit, and we ate at the bar. Good burger... but not really the best we've ever had. It was quite cold, so I ordered a hot chocolate as well. Again, good... but nothing to write home about. Stopped for dinner before the Peace Center. The staff were cordial and accommodating. I ordered the Wedge Salad. Very interesting: "deconstructed"-wedge in center of plate and corners of plate piled high with bacon, tomatoes, bleu crumbles, and chopped hard cooked eggs. First time at this joint. Very curb appealing and atmosphere was very enjoyable. We mainly chose this joint because they have a large amount of gluten free options. We started with the three app deal and that was very good. Would definitely do apps and drinks again. However let's get to the burgers we ordered. These are on the much higher side and do not come with any fries or chips, you're just getting your burger. There is no note about this that we recall and our waiter definitely did not ask if we wanted to add any. This was disappointing especially for the price. Unfortunately our waiter came back out because they ran out of the homemade veggie burgers. Then we had ordered the K-pop burger for our daughter with the toppings on the side, the waiter dropped it off and didn't mention the fact they were out of the Asian crunchy slaw. Not to mention she's 10 so a kids menu would have been a better option but they do not have one, again disappointing. We were in town on a girl's trip and was looking for a good place to grab some lunch. We arrived here with a large party and no reservation. We were prepared to have to split up our group. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us all together at one table with very little wait. Our server was fantastic! They are able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions with ease. Our server was very knowledgeable. Our food was very good. A few people also tried the boozy milkshakes and said they were good. My only suggestion would be to order a dairy-free milkshake option since they already accommodate so many other restrictions. can't give a review about the food because we left after sitting at an inside table for more then ten minutes without a server coming to the table. While sitting there we could see the manager standing at the bar yucking it up with a friend of hers no doubt and joking with servers who walked by. she could.see us sitting there. When we got up to leave we passed right by her and she didn't even acknowledge. This is my first time in South Carolina, and I randomly stumbled into this restaurant because I was starving. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and seated immediately by Jesse (the tall man) ; he was amazing! Truly a breath of fresh air. He recommended some great options, and I ended up getting the three-way fries. He was fantastic with refills and I never even had to ask. I could see he treated every table with the same level of care. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, not expensive, and the portions were huge. I left feeling so full after the three-way fries, tomato soup, and the sliders in which I shared with the friend who was with me. Only $36. Came in with a BIG group taking up multiple tables. We were in the open air seating area with a view of Main St and the street performer singing was a great background noise. Service was fantastic! Our drinks came quickly and stayed refreshed. Appetizers were out in no time and food came out much faster than expected with the size of our group. My burger was cooked perfectly and the beer cheese was definitely worth the few extra napkins. Failed to get a picture because I was too eager for a bite. All of it could have used more seasoning since the food was bland. It's a table-service restaurant, so a burger, fries, and soda will run you at least $20 pre-tip. Nice little burger joint in the heart of Greenville with vegetarian and multiple meat options. The burgers have innovative aiolis/sauces and creative combinations. They have a few different types of fries and we got the truffle Parmesan fries which were excellent. The kids meal comes on a cute little frisbee that was a nice added touch. The firehouse meat was highly liked by the table and My vegetarian burger was fantastic. They have a full Bar and no worries on shellfish allergies here because they do not carry shrimp et Al. First, the bison burger, double patty, ow wow!!! Second, the Chicken Corn Chowder isn't on the menu, but it has to be 1 of the top 3 foods I've ever eaten. Just try it, you'll go crazy over it. Umm personally I'll never go back. Our server who never told us his name,he had the shaved sides, curly top and goatee, was a joke. He seemed kinda there and never checked on us. I got the double smash BCB and my friend got the an-Thai sandwich. Oh and the fry trio. I got my burger and I was confused on how small the burger was. My friend got her burger and it was literally patty and bun. We addressed her sandwich first because at this point I didn't know about mine. Went in on a Tuesday night about 7pm and the place wasn't packed by any means, but staff was running around looking clueless. No one seemed sure who our table belonged to, tables took 20 minutes to be cleared, and many servers were standing around talking even though several tables didn't even have drinks yet. We went in to share one their "famous"milkshakes with our son, and it was a ridiculous experience. It took us 15 minutes to even see our waitress and ask for water. We also immediately placed an order for the milkshake and waited another 20minutes to receive it. And when it arrived, it was very lack luster and didn't even include all the items the menu outlined. Being a weeknight and not being packed, I expect better. We weren't the only table waiting forever. A friend we hadn't seen in over a year suggested this restaurant. We were a little late since we had to find a parking spot. Finally found one 3 blocks away for 2 hours free. When we got here, we loved the atmosphere and exterior mural. It was very interesting inside and out. The two bathrooms were clean and unisex (urinal, toilet and changing table for baby). We needed them after a two hour drive from Augusta. Our wait staff was attentive and pleasant. We ordered 3 burgers 3 ways and a side of fries with iced tea. All of us enjoyed the food. Not sure these are the BEST burgers in upstate SC as touted on the menu, but they were good. Also pricey. My burger was on Texas toast and even though I asked for lettuce & mayonnaise only, sliced onions were on the burger. I hate wasting food. Husband's burger was on a pretzel roll with cheddar cheese. Friend's burger was on a traditional bun. They were happy with their burgers. We all shared the string fries which were as good as any we've had. He asked if he could answer any questions and said the food was great. We were impressed by his kindness and asked if he could seat us in his section. Titus said he has worked their for a couple of years. The place was packed on this Saturday afternoon but you would never know it with the level of attentiveness we received from Titus. My mother ordered a double smash burger and I got the combo. We shared the fries. Titus suggested the house lager - Mark's and it hit the spot after the 4+ hour drive. The burgers were tasty, good flavor but skimpy. I had one tiny pickle on my burger. One. Their caramel espresso milkshake was hands down one of the best milkshakes I've ever had, and believe me, I've had a lot of milkshakes. The only reason Grill Marks gets any businesses at all is because they're on Main Street and have alcohol. We've been there several times and each time the service is apathetic at best. Burgers are not very good, fries are cold and the children's chicken fingers are not even edible. We were there last night and I ordered a burger with Boursin cheese and it came out with possibly a teaspoon of blue cheese on it.
