Butternut soup & Greek salad with watermelon drink. So delicious!
    Luisa H.

Lunch with my daughter in law was fabulous! We both got the soup & salad combo. Watermelon drink was refreshing and had the coconut ball and belly rub for dessert. The service here is always excellent.

When my friend told me she wanted to come here for her birthday lunch I was a little surprised, especially since she's not vegetarian. But, she loves freshly made food, and this is what you'll find here. Honestly, unless you're just a bonafide meat lover, you really won't miss it since everything is just SO good! I tried the Greek salad, which had perfectly chopped cucumber, carrots, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes and olives, with spinach and fresh greens and vegetarian feta. A dollop of red pepper hummus was included with two seed crackers (made in house). The entire bowl was so pretty and fresh, and tasted fantastic with their house-made herb vinaigrette. We also split a bowl of the Thai butternut soup which had some nice spice to it. My friend ordered the special of the week, which was a Mediterranean platter that had more of the above veggies, a classic hummus, along with falafel and their own tzatziki sauce. She offered me a bite, and wow! The falafel is so good, and the sauce is light and fresh. Because it was her birthday, my friend was offered a free dessert. She decided on the spiced chocolate, which is two small bars served with fresh blueberries and cut up strawberries. Amazing! Service was so kind and though small, the dining room is clean and bright. There are also tables outside. Sun Belly is such a refreshing change from the average. Go now!

Came beee because Yelp shows it is a vegetarian restaurant. Tucked away in a non-restaurant area, this place is a gem Super clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I ordered the a vegan black bean burger and salad to go because I have the dog with me and we cannot sit outside because of the rainy weather. Perfect lunch. All ingredients are fresh and the salad and burger were tasty. Highly recommend this cute little cafe.

I love this place! Excellent food, great attitude, and they have their own parking lot. I would definitely recommend dropping by if you're in the area.

Omg. AMAZING!!! I had the summer roll it's soooo good! I'm not a vegan and I'm just trying to eat healthy and I'm glad I tried this place! I'll definitely be going back!

    Wild mushroom tacos
    Paige A.

This place is easy to miss as it looks like a converted house off of a busy multi lane road. The staff are very welcoming and the menu is approachable but unique. I had the cinco de mayo wild mushroom taco special. I believe she said it is also the Tuesday special. I also got a peanut butter cookie. The tacos were so darn good. Memorably good. It's more expensive than I expected for lunch but food in general is more expensive and I'd much rather support a great local restaurant than save a few bucks at a chain. Absolutely worth a visit and I look forward to returning soon.

    Spring rolls, perfect and fresh!

It's taken me quite some time to come here because I'm usually working when they're open and last time I tried it was delivery and it must of been a one off weird day.. I get why they need to have limited hours but dang just a fewwwww hours on a Saturday would lend me to many more visits. The food... amazing. Spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce with it was perfection. I also got a side of chef selected vegetables because health and whatnot. There is no photo because it did not last. A side of vegetable was so good I couldn't wait to scarf it all down. The chipotle house made dipping sauce was so good I would have bought a trough full!! Once I have a week day available, I'll be grabbing lunch from there!!

Really good food that we enjoyed thoroughly. Very interesting menu-fusion of many cuisines featuring many ingredients that found their way into places one would not expect. With happy results! I had the salmon moussaka. The salmon was delicious-slightly blackened. Great quality salmon. Paired nicely with the lovely tzatziki and accompanied by salad heavy with toasted garbanzos and mucho quinoa, 'cukes, endive-heavy greens and a spot on bright dressing. Sister had black bean burger on dressed bun that was accompanied by perfectly prepared steak fries with house made ketchup that had a slight heat to it. Really good as well. Kitchen staff nailed the preparation and everything came out perfectly. First meal out in Greenville (as we cook). I could not have been more pleased. Great value for the price. Certainly not inexpensive, but not outrageous. I will definitely be "stealing" this moussaka dish and presentation for my wife the minute I return home! Menu is in transition per our wait person, and one interesting dish was not available. And a croquette dish had been substituted the croquettes for a latke-like pancake (I presume)-not a croquette. Extremely friendly to the veg crowd! Seems like a great kitchen and well run restaurant. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. Our daughter had the Brussel sprouts, which she said were delicious. Serving sizes are good!!

We originally fell in love with the Chicken Kabobs, but after trying the salmon, it quickly became our favorite dish. The salmon is perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. We live in Asheville, so dining at Pomegranate on Main is always a special treat. We especially love the cranberry basmati rice and always ask to substitute it for the basmati rice mixed with dill and lima beans. Our waiter, Christian W., happily made the change for us. Christian provided outstanding service throughout our meal--friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure everything was just right. We also love the Pomegranate Martini and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys martinis. During this visit, we were skipping alcohol, and Christian suggested the Pomegranate Mojito instead. It was refreshing, flavorful, and absolutely delicious--a perfect non-alcoholic option. What keeps us coming back is the consistency. The food is always excellent, the service is always top-notch, and the entire dining experience is one we look forward to every time. The duck was roasted perfectly with the skin, crispy for the texture and seasoned divinely. Table of 4, we got 3 appetizers and I wasn't impressed by any of them. The baked Brie wasn't gooey enough, the Buffalo oysters had rocks, and the ham/cheese croquet-ehh-- too much mustard and just not worth it. For dinner we got the mussels, the steak and a fish and chips. Every meal is served with a side of fries and 3 options of mayo. The plain mussels were very bland. I was hoping for a deeper richer garlic white wine sauce but it was underwhelming. My friend got the coconut curry mussels and complained that the mussels tasted frozen and weird, but she liked the broth. Another friend complained her steak's pepper sauce was way too strong- I tried it and agreed. Fish and chips seemed fine. Light and Crispy if you're into that. We didn't get dessert. I had a Moscow mule which was decent but also pretty icey. Overall I'd return solely for drinks. I felt underwhelmed by the food, given the expectations and previous reviews.
