I think, to date, I may have found my favorite lemon pepper wing in the area. This is a popular after-church spot. I normally order from Bourbon Street and get the lemon pepper wings with fries and fried pickles. When asked, be sure to get the wings SMOKED! It makes all the difference. These are the kind of wings that makes those glands EXPLODE! GREAT lemon pepper flavor with that smoked chicken hint. This is how lemon pepper wings should be done. The fries are crispy-crunchy outside and great potato flavor inside. And the pickles have an excellent breaded coating and awesome dill flavor inside. This is also one of those places what will fill up quick, so if you have a large party, go early. Also, as more people arrive, yep, it gets loud. Sometimes to the point you can't carry on a conversation, but it usually doesn't last long. And those BAF's do keep the place cool AND circulate great aroma. If you're not hungry when you get there, you will be when you walk in. read more

Business lunch and we had a trailer so parking was a concern. Plenty of it here. A bit overwhelming when you walk in with all the choices. Definitely a place I will need to explore more. We opted for Jee Roos which is Mediterranean. We both had the steak panini and a side salad. Definitely did not leave hungry. Large Greek side salad and the a nice size panini. That sandwich was hot and started that way. Very friendly folks as they cam by and checked us. This is an old warehouse that has been somewhat converted into an awesome food court. Many choices to choose from as there are a few different sections. The area we were in had pizza, sushi/poke and Mediterranean. There are several more options in the other sections. You order the food at the place of your choice and they give you a pager and then you either go get your food or they bring it out to you depending on how busy they are. Rustic industrial look but he store fronts are bright and colorful. Neat spot that definitely needs multiple visits to fully evaluate. read more

There is food for everyon. There is no service. There are lines.... Its load.....hot...... expensive.....trendy.... They do sell Bourbon!!!

Wow!!! How awesome this place is. I ate at the Tackle Box it was so good!!! Blackened Salmon w/green beans and sweet potato crunch. Infused Tequila Margarita Let me just say everything was so good!!! This place is like a ""food market" with several restaurant choices. Food and specialty drinks from The Green were very good. Also have had in the past the burgers at Bourbon Street Burgers, always excellent...nice outdoor area with tables and live music when the weather is . Con's: gets a little loud inside when busy. Too many tables with no condiments, had to grab items from another two tables. Vinegar was about empty as well as salt and pepper items... Even though you order at the restaurants counter, find your own table, get back up and get your food, chase the condiments, bus your table when finished, THEY ASK FOR TIPS... read more

This is my fave spot in Simpsonville for meeting up with friends for late lunch and catch up time. It's not super crowded and has plenty of food options. I usually enjoy a poke bowl from Bingbi and fries from the bar. My friends usually get empanadas and yuca fries, pizza, or a burger and fries. Early afternoon there is usually quiet enough for good conversation. read more

I had the steak Mofongo from the Latin Quarter. I've never tried that dish before but I've always wanted to because I've seen it on the Food Network contests. It was delicious. Unfortunately for me I don't live in Greenville so I won't get to go back but if I lived there, I'd be there constantly. read more

So many different restaurants and they're all so good! The ambiance is top notch. Great place to relax and it's amazing that there's different options for everybody. So far we've had delicious pizza, burgers, tacos and ice cream. The service was amazing at the taco place but there was a lot left to be desired at the ice cream place regarding service. There wasn't anyone behind the stand for a few minutes that we were waiting. We placed our orders and the lady made excuses such as, "well I can try, but this is going to leave a big mess I don't know how well it's going to go in this waffle cone". That was very silly to give excuses to a customer. After paying cash, she shook the tip jar. Ice cream was delicious but don't think I'll be back for that. I will definitely be back at the warehouse again and will continue to try different foods as everything else has been great so far! read more

Don't ask me how or why, but it was my first time to Warehouse at Vaughn. I've eaten in downtown Simpsonville several times and used to teach near the Clock Tower but go figure. Was meeting a friend for dinner and since she wasn't quite sure what she felt like eating, she suggested here. There were various options and she selected the sushi place. (I had actually just gotten done with a late lunch with my husband) but was thrilled to discover they had seaweed salad which my friend never had. They were great to let her sample it and she naturally had that in her roll. We sat outside since the inside was getting pretty loud to talk and catch up. It was a Wed night and later on, there was some trivia game going on which the speaker blasted throughout the location. Great vibes as place was hopping with the "younger" crowd. read more

Tried the meat and three today! Everything was seasoned well. The portions were large. The meal comes with a drink, roll, or cornbread ($12.00). It wasn't too busy on a Sunday and there were still seats for a larger party. We will be back if we are in simpsonville again on a Sunday read more

Great local hangout for drinks and food. Plus nearly every week there is live music, trivia, or game nights. Previously a feed and seed depot, it is now a food hall with vendors ranging from burgers and tacos, to ramen and wings, plus more like beers on tap, and seafood. Staff are friendly and the food we ordered was fast. The guys loved their wings from The Grub Spot and I loved my lunch cod sandwich with fries and hush puppies. read more

Bourbon and Barrels is one of the first things you see when going into the Warehouse at Vaughns, located on 109 Trade Street, Simpsonville, SC. Ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich, no mayo with pickles on the side. There is an option to have the chicken prepared dipped in their wing sauce, which I selected the Pineapple Teriyaki. There are options for add-ons at an additional cost to get lettuce and tomato or other toppings. The service is made to order for a fully customisable experience. There are pagers given to the customers so you can walk around to enjoy the venue and visit other vendors as well. The ambience is a bit noisy, but that is to hear the music above the crowd. The experience in dining here is something for everyone, as there is a teen hangout, a few tourists, some families, happy hours for business locals, and everything in between. There are also some people with their dogs in the outdoor seating area. read more

We are occasional customers here. We go for the fish and chips. It is an open indoor area with multiple restaurants and diverse selection including alcohol. We are always greeted by cheerful faces and kind words. When stepping up to the counter of your choice to order we have always been acknowledged and waited in quickly. The selections are very good and process are average. The food is delicious. I will say that we were here in a Saturday and capacity was about 20%- not busy. Waiting on food after ordering is always the only significant problem we have. It took 21 minutes for our food to come out ( they give you a beeper to notify you that your order is ready). Considering there were about 9 tables active, this is consistently a problem. Again, nice atmosphere, good food, great selections- but don't go if you're super hungry. There are no chips or bread at the tables and you'll wait awhile. It's clean, has clean bathrooms and has live music at frequent times. read more

We sat on the outer porch at Vaughn's. It was the only place with low tops. I have a broken foot so the high tops weren't a good choice. No table service. A variety of establishments to get food from. We got burgers that took a really long time to get cooked. Over half an hour to wait for a burger was a bit crazy. The bathroom could be way cleaner. Live music out back was decent... I'm a bit of a live music snob. Parking is a bit hard to come by on a Friday night. The ice cream shop offered a nice variety flavors. I'd come back better prepared to wait. read more

Food: 4 Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: 5 Cleanliness: 5 This Warehouse at Vaughns establishment is situated in the heart of Simpsonville, SC and truly an one stop place for travelers or locals wanted a relaxing environment. We decided to try 2 individual businesses inside this building, and I'll do separate reviews to give credit to them as well. read more

I'm really on the fence if I want to return. The burgers were smashed to death and just dry and practically burned.

So close to being the best thing in Simpsonville! We love the warehouse at Vaughns. Just needs some more quality control. Trash outside and tables left unclean with flies everywhere. However great selection of food, dessert and drinks! Great businesses inside and out and fantastic concept. Would love to see a dedicated kids area outside! read more

We always sit at the bar counter at The Tackle Box. We've ate here six times in six months and have always had consistently friendly service and consistently good food. The menu has a variety from fried foods to salads and sandwiches. The cocktails are good and the wine selection is fair- nothing spectacular but acceptable. The atmosphere is typically lively but not too loud- even on nights with live music. read more

What a great gathering spot in Downtown Simpsonville! Gathered here to meet some friends, and we had a great time! The only reason for the lack of a star was due to how hectic the inside area was, it made it difficult to find all the eateries and navigate through on a busy night. It would be much easier to navigate if all the food stalls were against one wall and the alcohol on another or something similar. Just the layout and setup was not the best. However everything else made up for the chaos! LoL We ended up there on a Tuesday night for musical bingo! It was so much fun, check their instagram page for their nightly events, to see what's happening! This is a family friendly place, and people of all ages can enjoy. They have numerous food stalls/eateries for you to choose from, as well as cocktails and beer on tap. We got the Hawaiian chicken meal, and it was delicious and plentiful, enough to take home for leftovers. Just overall a great space to bring everyone together, I'll definitely be returning! read more

The Warehouse at Vaughns is a lot like The Commons, and I have no idea which started first. I only stopped by for ice cream at the Crazy Cow Creamery. I treated myself and my niece to a soft serve waffle cone. The only soft serve flavors I saw were vanilla and vanilla/chocolate swirl. I wanted strawberry, but I only saw strawberry cheesecake. They do have several mix ins and toppings for milkshakes. They also had some really nice looking cookies. The ice cream was only ok to me, soft serve was too soft, you really needed a spoon to eat it read more

We are just in town visiting my sister and her family. Stopped in here. This place is great! It's almost like a mall food court only no mall. Lol. Lots of different restaurants to choose from, bars, coffee shop, ice cream, and even an old school arcade where you pay $10 to get in and can play unlimited games. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well. On this night, there was also live music. The band Adjacent Hays was amazing. They did a blend of country and pop music. The vibe was so fun. We ordered from Pineapple Express (Hawaiian food), Humble Pie (pizza), and Bourbon Street Burgers. The food was delicious. We even picked up boiled peanuts to go from the peanut company. So good! Great place for a family and for a night out with friends. You can even rent the space for parties. According to their calendar, they also do trivia and karaoke. read more

We've been here several times and have always had a good time. Tonight however, we couldn't find an actual clean table. The first one we sat at was so sticky it was ridiculous. We found another table that was a little better, but still. If we come back, I'll bring my own wipes. read more

Stopped by here while in town for work, and found it to be a very cool space. Conveniently located in downtown Simpsonville, the place seems to have something for everyone! My friend and I wanted to get out of the house for a moment and check out something new. We decided to drop by the warehouse. Food, music, drinks, and a good time is what we walked in to. Upon entering we were awestruck by their setup. Multiple food venues and drink choices everywhere. My friend was happy to see the wide variety of beers and decided on a sour, she was quite pleased. We also noticed an area with a wide selection of bourbons for those who enjoy them. The outside area is huge with more than enough seating available. There is a dance floor in front of the stage and what appeared to be some type of fire pit to the side, I didn't get a good look at it so not sure. I would recommend dropping by and checking them out. It's kid friendly, not sure about dog friendly, and more than enough options to keep everyone happy. read more
