Biscuitville has been named one of the top regional food chains, so we were excited to try it out on a recent road trip from GA to NC. This breakfast-centric spot closes at 2pm, so plan accordingly! The interior of this location is very neat and clean, and the service was friendly despite us coming in just 30 min before closing time. I really appreciate the focus on sourcing ingredients locally. Signage boasts where certain ingredients are from as well as that biscuits are made fresh every 15 minutes! We got the spicy chicken & honey biscuit and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown. The biscuits are the perfect size and consistency - much better than most of the other fast food biscuits I've had (lookin' at you, B-jangles). The chicken came out piping hot, with a nice amount of mild heat. Hashbrown was also hot, although quite greasy. And the sausage, egg, and cheese was a great example of this classic. So dry that I might as well have chewed on leather. They open at 5:00 AM, so I would have expected fresh. Can't say I will be returning. Waste of $4. read more

Service was timely, food was awful. I was supposed to get four eggs, looked like two and appeared to be microwave not cooked. Biscuit was not fresh and seemed to have been steamed or something. Fries looked awful like they'd been cooked over and over. Ham was good. I ate here when they first opened and it was pretty good. Last few times it is simply awful. I love this location. I consistently get the hot chicken and honey sandwich and a hash brown casserole with the cheer wine sauce. My kid adores the hash browns bc they're like McDonald's but crispier and I've not found a miss on the menu yet. Everyone who works here is also so sweet and I've never had a messed up order. read more

I thought it was really neat you can watch them making the biscuits at the window. The food was good for it being fast food. Everything was prepared quickly and it wasn't too crowded inside. The vanilla latte was delicious! read more

The cashier acted like she was in pain or something was wrong with her. Should have left then.....but we stayed and ordered 2 pancake platters with bacon. Bad move.....the pancakes were so mushy that they fell apart and had to use a spoon instead of a fork to scoop them up. The eggs were HARD but they charged an extra 50cent per egg due to the high cost of eggs right now. The food was terrible and I don't think I would try them again even thought this was my first time. My husband's pancakes were one sided...where was the bottom of the pancake???? Would not recommend this location. read more

Honestly this place isn't bad. It's a good addition to Greer especially once they get all their kinks out. They are on the pricey side. I got spicy chicken and honey biscuit. The chicken was pretty flat but it had a good flavor. The hashbrown casserole was good and so was their sweet tea. I think I paid almost $10 for the combo which is a little pricey imo! read more

I been to Biscuitville a few times over the years but recently visited the one in Greenville and nothings changed. All the food is average. Nothing has ever impressed me. Bojangles,Hardee's, Chick-fil-A, and McDonald's are better. read more

I will say this fast food biscuit restaurant really has a good concept. However, they just missed mark with having cheap cheese. I ordered the basic bacon reggae and cheese. The biscuit was good. The egg was good. Plenty of bacon on the sandwich but then you top it off with cheap American cheese. Change it to cheddar or higher quality American and you definitely get a four or five star no doubt. Overall would go back, but I wouldn't go out of my way. read more

I was just driving around try to find something to eat and almost wrecked my car when I saw a huge sign that read "Biscuitville" I was like "now that's what I'm talking talking abt!" So I did a U-turn and went there. So the outside is very clean and they had pics of menu items along the sides of the drive thru so I ordered the smoked sausage link biscuit with fried eggs, cheese, pepper & onions bc the pic was sooo enticing! The lady who took my order asked for my name (it's giving Starbucks & Chick-fil-A...yes!!!) and she proceeded to say my name several times while walking me through my order. Okay, Ms Girl!!! After I placed my order I heard someone trying to get my attention so I looked back and an employee was taking the trash out and he very kindly yelled "I made that food just for you!" I happily thanked him and proceeded to the window. I was greeted again by the lady who took my order and told her I loved how friendly they are and she said that's just what they do, with a GENUINE smile on her face! She was sooo sweet and she told me to make sure I come I come back to visit! Now back to the food...I got the smoked sausage biscuit, side of cheese grits, a sprite, and their pineapple cream soda...yall, they didn't miss! Went for the first time today. Both lines were pretty long but once they started moving it was fine. Kept it simple and ordered the hash brown casserole and a biscuit. Friendly employees but they did forget my side of butter. But that casserole was so good I didn't even care! Can't wait to go back and try other menu items. read more

This was my first time here and my goodness this was by far the best gravy biscuit I have ever had. The biscuit was thick and the sausage gravy was amazing. Big chunks of sausage and the gravy was so creamy!!! The employee (William) in the drive thru was on point and beyond friendly. He gave me a menu and told me to keep it because he knows I'll be back tomorrow. Oh one last thing that hashbrown is something special. That first bite almost made me get out the car and dance. If you go through the drive through check your order. I got a BEC combo. I got the biscuit and no side. I got the wrong drink. What I got was watery unsweetened tea made from instant tea. Essentially I paid close to 9$ for a biscuit that was similar but not as good as Hardee's. It maybe had a lite more bacon on it. read more

If you look up overhyped in the dictionary, you will see a picture of Biscuitville. Very small biscuit and flavorless chicken patty. People raved about it so we had to give it a try. Been there, done that . We think Bojangles, Popeyes and even Hardees have better biscuits. Think this is headed on the same path as Popeyes and Chipolte as an underwhelming Greer food option. Way too pricey! $5 for one BEC biscuit! Heard Biscuitville had "cat head" size biscuits..it was average size. Not fluffy but gummy and stuck to the top of my mouth. I've had better...he'll I've MADE better. Food was hot since I did eat in. Would not recommend unless you have deep pockets. read more
