i never write reviews but this experience honestly made me really sad. i'd been craving zaxby's wings n things with nuclear for days -- but they gave me barbecue (which makes me nauseous), forgot our sauce sampler (but still charged us), and one of my bf's nibblers had what looked like a bite taken out of it... could've been an unfortunately placed tear but let's be so for real..... i tried to make the best of it and eat around the sauce... but halfway through, i found a long hair in my food. and it's definitely not from anyone here -- we still have the plate with the hair in it. we were nice at the window, just excited for dinner. this whole thing felt careless and gross. i already emailed corporate with pics but wanted to warn others too. check your food. read more

I went here the other day waited at the Window at the least 20 minutes which i was like no problem my food must be getting made fresh! I get home less than 1 minute away take my food out and it was COLD! COLD! Not hot, not warm, not even Luke warm! I spent $20 wanted to try the shrimp meal and some other things and I'm disappointed with everything which makes me wonder what in the world was I waiting so long for? It was late so did they already throw the food out and went in to get it out to put in my box or what cause not even the fries was hot and fresh! Nothing was! Ordered via mobile app which had no issues. When selecting store closest to me at the time, I noticed they closed at 10:00, which to me is early on a Friday night for fast food. It was not last minute. I arrived for pick up at 9:30, in the drive thru, along with maybe 8 other cars in line at the same time. It progressed quickly once a female team member came out to take orders on an iPad, as well as cars ordering at speaker. I ordered wings n things, large fries & large sweet tea, extra ice. I confirmed after I left restaurant that actual mobile order screen listed what I requested. For $16.00 and 20 minutes in line I received a large UNSWEETENED TEA, with barely any ice! My meal was basically ruined at that point because of my love for their sweet tea & ice. I pulled over after leaving Zaxbys because I was hungry, to take my first bite of an ICE COLD FRENCH FRY! 2 down, then a dried up, overcooked chicken finger. At this point, I was done with Zaxbys! I threw out the large tea & threw the takeout plate back in the bag for my husband after his late night shift. I won't be visiting this location again! Do better! You do not stop serving quality food until closing time, 45 minutes later after I placed my order. If y'all are going to sling out that quality because you're so ready to close, might need to rethink hours, go ahead and close at 9:00! I took the family here after church last Sunday night. Given that it was a Sunday night, the restaurant was had decent seating and we didn't have to wait long to put in our orders. We placed our usual Zaxby's order mainly consisting of Buffalo Chicken Fingers (Tongue Torch). I will say, they were a little spicier than usual but still reasonable. This is a great restaurant for the family as they have a Coke Freestyle machine and the kids love chicken fingers and fries. This location is the worst. Every time we come to this location, they take your money at the window then ask you to pull over and wait for your food. "Ok whatever " But today was the last straw. We made our order, paid at the window and of course they said pull over to a parking spot. We didn't order anything huge except for six cookies, a small drink and a cup of ice. They could've handed that to us. When the employee brought the cookies out 9 minutes later. The cookies were cold. I mean they could have made fresh ones for all of that and we would've felt better about having to pull over‍. ... I mean they pull everybody over like they don't have any good ready. read more

This was a fantastic experience! We went right at dinner time, the drive thru was almost in the road so we went inside. We got our food incredibly fast and fresh, and had no issues whatsoever! They've done something to their chicken tenders- I only ever order salads, but the tenders on the salads used to be decent. Now it's like they're splitting the tenders before they batter and fry them, because there's just a small core of chicken inside, and mostly breading. Since the tender is now so thin it's also overcooked and dry. $8 with tax now for a zalad, and the chicken is no longer good. read more

My cobb salad which I requested with an extra egg had no eggs at all, just lettuce and chicken and 1 bit of cucumbers. I went to the Greer location because the one in Taylors has become awful. The rest of the order was adequate. Normally I don't have any issues with this location but when you have children AKA teenagers running the drive thru all they want to do is laugh and play around. I could barely understand the girl behind the speaker. I gave her my order and then she gave me my total but didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink or anything else to add to my order. I had ask her..... She continued to have the conversation with the young man she was standing next to. Use to go here atleast twice a week but not so much anymore, we were here yesterday and it was fairly busy but we stood in line 10 minutes to place an order and then another 35 minutes to get our food, which was a sandwich, a salad, and two kids meals. The whole time we were waiting people were standing around waiting for tables to be cleaned and noone came out to clean them so they could be seated as all the tables were dirty. My salad was the worst salad ever, it honestly tasted like chemicals, like they veggies were sprayed and never got washed or the chemicals for cleaning spilled in my food. I was disgusted. But I could not take it back to the counter as I was afraid to wait forever on a remake so I snacked off my husband's plate and ate when we got home. I visited this Zaxby's for the second time in four months. The first time service drive through was incredibly slow and I was the only one there. Today as it was on the way home so I decided to give them another chance. BIG mistake. I ordered two Blue Zalads buffalo and when I got home they were blackened. When you're looking forward to crispy fried spicy chicken and get grilled, it's a disappointment. Plus I had to listen to the kid at the window discuss after work plans with a co-worker while yet again waiting too long on my food. This is the third time this or something similar happened in the drive through. My husband orders chicken and fries and a drink for my granddaughter you know kids meal. Get home the fries are in the box but no chicken. I can't believe they are still in business. Who does this. I can see one time but three times.
