I'm picky about wings (lived in Buffalo for 10 years as a kid) and heard good things about this place, so figured I would try a few flavors. The flavors weren't bad. There was an Asian one that was surprisingly tasty. Overall, though, the wings were small and without much meat on them, and they didn't have the nice light crisp to them that I personally think wings should have on the outside. After they sat for a bit (~30 minutes) they were really unappetizing (got really chewy), so we threw out what we didn't eat by that time. I will say that their blue cheese and ranch dips are awesome. And bonus points for the fact they give you carrots (must have carrots with wings!). I called the store and was told their policy was that we would have to bring the wings back up to the restaurant to have them remade or I could text a picture and we would still have to go and pick them up. Every time I've ordered in DoorDash, delivery or pickup, the staff have prepared my food well, put plenty of sauce on the food, and maintained a clean restaurant. Was looking to try a different wing spot and came across this place. It's located over by the shopping center near Target, and it's a nice joint that has a good seating area, you can drink beer and enjoy your food. We ordered online for a pickup which made it convenient for that night we just wanted to chill at home. Service was very friendly and our order was done right on time! I ordered the 2 combos with 8 piece traditional and fries they come with a drink. The flavors we customized were Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Korean BBQ and Mild and they were amazing!!! Also the fries had the best flavor and were unique along with being hot and crispy.. and the best part.. their ranch is BOMB! Definitely not store bought, I'll be ordering extra next time! I rarely offer comments on a restaurant but what I saw tonight and have seen in the past, I want to warn others! MANAGEMENT should be the utmost importance to any business but apparently Wingstop(in general) doesn't care. I walked in and 8 employees were standing around in the kitchen, cutting up, joking around while I stood by the register for 5 minutes. I ordered online and finally got my food from a girl who just happened to be walking by...as you can imagine it was cold and stale. I noticed the franchisee was VIBE RESTAURANTS or something like that. VIBE should probably close that store, hire an actual manager who knows what they're doing and how to do it. 8 employees just standing around is NOT a good look. I will NOT be back unless they completely redo that store. The kitchen was pretty nasty as well, I understand coming off the dinner rush but c'mon, SOMEBODY could clean up a little bit. I called the restaurant to make them aware and they didn't answer, I decided to drive their and called again and remained on hold, I get there thinking they were busy and that's why they didn't answer. They were not busy, they just don't think that answering the phone is important. I spoke with the girl at the counter and told her what happened, she took care of it but not even an apology. While I was waiting, another customer came in with an accurate order. The customer service here is not good and I agree with what another reviewer wrote, the restaurant appeared dirty and unkept. We like wings and Wingstop in Taylors is reasonably close with some good wings. Their sauces are pretty tasty and they have a good selection to suit your mood. That's where the good part of this location ends. We have had nothing but consistently poor experiences here. Most recently we walked in to place our order and waited. One of the workers grumbled when the phone rang and when he spoke to the person on the phone I heard nothing but snarky replies and attitude. At least one time he hung up the phone rather hard and said, "G*d d**n" loud enough for anyone to hear. Mind you, the other workers were actually polite and courteous. We got home and I noticed that we'd been shorted our order by a couple of wings. On one occasion I had ordered online and when we arrived to pick up the order, the door was locked with a sign saying to go to the drive through window. At the drive through window there was a sign saying to call into the store because the other system to notify them was broken. Nobody would pick up the phone and nobody would respond when I knocked loudly on the window. I could see several workers standing around talking in plain view though. Eventually they unlocked the door but unwillingly and we got our food. These are just a couple of examples but they are wholly representative of what you're likely to encounter at the Taylors store. There are other locations we've visited but they're farther away. Those other stores haven't shown the same problems so they may be worth a shot for you. Unfortunately I've contacted the Wingstop corp and have never heard a single word from them nor has the store changed so I guess they care as little at the top as the store management does in Taylors. YMMV but I won't be returning to this store anytime soon. read more

I found myself in need of dinner solo as my family had already eaten so I decided to give Wingstop a try. As soon as I walked in the staff appeared to be struggling to take orders over the phone, and figure out which cash register they should be using. Even with three people at the front, it took quite some time for them to figure it all out and take the order. I asked about the differences between the Cajun and the Louisiana Rub, and I still don't think I understand the difference. In the end, I ordered an eight pack, four Louisiana Rub and four Original Hot. First, they do have a Freestyle Coke Machine so that's a win, but I didn't see napkins, instead I found a single roll of paper towels at the front near the Coke Machine which some condiments and utensils. I grabbed my utensils and some packets of ketchup as they don't have a pump for their ketchup or any containers of ketchup on the tables. The Louisiana Rub had a great flavor if a tad salty and the chicken was cooked tender and juicy. The Original Hot was decently Hot, but its a very vinegar heavy Buffalo sauce so after a while it irritates my mouth. The fries were unremarkable and a little over-cooked. The staff seemed very young and mostly untrained, and I think fairly unsupervised so that was off-putting. The food was decent, but for the same money I could have driven a little further to Zaxby's and enjoyed it a lot more. read more

I ordered directly through the Wing Stop website and had the food delivered (they use DoorDash). The delivery aspect was fine and earlier than estimated. However, the food was awful! The wings were lukewarm and very rubbery. I ordered hot and the sauce had no flavor at all. It tasted bad fryer oil. But to boot the order of fries was not included. I called the store and explained my situation. They did not seem to care and the female (who did not offer her name) said if I wanted the fries I could come in to the store and get them. The store is 20 + minutes away and thus me using the delivery option. I asked if she could refund my credit card the cost of the fries. After "speaking with the manager" she said they can't refund the card over the phone and would need me to come in with the card to do so. Well, first time in and the first thing you notice when walking in the door is the awful dirty sticky floor and the place looked sticky as well, I ordered ahead of time so o felt obligated to give it a try, while waiting for the person in front of me I looked around this kitchen best I could ( I manage a very large dining facility here in Greenville ) to see if it got better. They looked busy, no one wearing gloves, well the gentleman wearing the red hat cocked sideways and white high tops ( not slip resistant ) and a white tee had on one glove. Another shorter gentleman wearing all black no gloves. I was getting concerned. And then the young lady at the front asked to help me. And Wingstop, this young lady was incredibly nice, professional, well spoken, exchanged pleasantries and was just amazing!!! She was the reason I didn't get a refund, she represented the brand wonderfully and gave me a sense that maybe the foot would be good. So I got my large order and headed home. The wings were subpar, not anything like the wing shop I went to back home, edible, but that was all. They were cold and the bones wings were akin to wood. So thank you for having such a wonderful young lady to represent the brand and being the one thing that was good about this visit I was there 1/4/20 around 12 pm.
