We stopped here for a quick dinner with my children after school (at their request). We were instantly greeted with the smell of fresh cut fries cooking. This was our second visit. The food was fresh and consistent, and the dining room was clean. The manager was vibrant and helpful. We will be back! Was okay, ordered delivery. I specifically put in the instructions to knock on the door and hand me the food. The delivery driver Norman didn't listen to the instructions and missed out on a cash tip by leaving it right in front of the door and taking off, so the door hit it when I was going out. He also didn't leave the drink, although there was a straw in the bag. Food was left out of the order as well. read more

Really good fries. Good wings. Nice staff. I've only ever ordered take out so my review only reflects that.. I believe they have an app with an "order ahead" feature but I recommend just waiting the 10 to 15 minutes to guarantee fresh food. Good food if you have an hour to spend... Stopped in with the family for dinner here around 5p on a Sunday. The place was clean with only a few other people in here at the time. The cons: -out of towels in the restroom -out of forks up front -took 40 minutes to get our food Pros: -food was really good. Wings were cooked perfectly and the sauces tasted great. Fries were seasoned perfectly -clean I gave one star because the cons were completely controllable. They were not busy and had 3 people working. 2 of the staff members were doing all of the work while the third really looked like she would rather be anywhere other than here. One couple asked for a refund prior to their food arriving and another had to get theirs to go due to the wait. Overall, I will not be going back as it appears my feedback looks exactly like many of the others that have given low reviews. Apparently this owner isn't interested in improving. read more

Terrible place staff unprofessional and doesn't understand a sense of urgency. They took our order and had us wait almost an hour and we finally went up to the counter they had completely forgotten about our order there excuse was they though we have gotten already or they put the wrong name down. To me that excuse isn't good enough. Maybe new management or lead associate who will drive the team will make it better. I understand it's fast food but if you work there have some passion it's how customers come back but you guys don't need to know that, it's should come natural... I won't be coming back to this restaurant and I hope Others will reconsider where they spend there money on food in the future I can go to McDonalds if I want poor service for the price. read more

Nasty wish I could give this zero stars! I stopped after I got off work around 10 PM and went to the restaurant and order and waited. I originally got this through doordash cold so I tried them in person. The fries tasted like it was fried in old grease. The chicken smelled like it wasn't cleaned properly and it ruined my spicy Korean and Louisiana rub 10 piece. I barely made it through 5. Never again! Won't be going back to this location. Every time I do an online order via the app, something is either missing or incorrect. Picked up food tonight and they messed up my order...again. Went back while the rest of the family was eating and they asked what was 'messed up'. Not a very professional way to handle that. When I originally called the first question was 'is your order messed up'. Ordered an 8pc meal and got 6. No big deal it happens. But to have to drive back and then ask what the problem was when it was obvious by looking, asked did I want the order refunded or remade. Most other places would have done both. Didn't seem very apologetic about the situation. Told them I was done with them, they just said that's your decision. Didn't even attempt to try and to keep a customer. read more

My first experience with this store and it was terrible. I ordered via the online app and was told it would be 20 minutes. I ordered while still at work and then left to go pick up (about 20 mins). I get to the store to check in and my order was not found in their computer so the girl at the register goes to the kitchen and tells me it's back there. From this point no one else checked on me. Everyone waiting in the store finally gets their orders and an hour later I'm still waiting. No one cared to ask if I needed help or what I was waiting on. I went to the front counter and asked for help for about 10 minutes until someone final asked my name and checked on my order. It had been sitting on the shelf. No one bothered to call my name out like the rest of the orders. Needless to say my food was cold and soggy by time I finally was given my order and taken home. A waste of my time and my money. I WILL NOT step foot in this store again. I believe a manager needs to make sure their employees are doing what they need to do instead worrying about boyfriends in the store and chit chatting with one another. Update: A month later the manager called and left me a voicemail. Told me to call her at the store the next day or call another number she gave. Called the store and she was never there. We've ordered online twice and once in the store. Ordered in the store @ 6:00pm... waited about 15 minutes which was reasonable for the traffic at the time (some deliveries going out, online orders being picked up, and 2 small groups that ordered ahead of us). Orders are always accurate and timely. Staff is always friendly. The wings are always hot and fresh. They have a decent selection of flavors (mango habanero is delish!). The fries are pretty good as well. We usually order light seasoning on the fries and they are always prepared just right. read more
