The Mac was excellent and huge. The bbq pork was okay. Lean, but not too flavorful. Service was hard to get. We weren't checked on for quite a while and drink refills weren't happening. Excellent place for a group event there is a private event that can be enjoyed for a private celebration. The atmosphere is casual and friendly there are tons of games to play provided by the venue. Several televisions as well. The service is accommodating for special requests. The food was very good. Ordered the Catfish and Chips with a side Sprite. Low rating is because the service was not pleasant at all. The two people that were working the tables were not friendly and attentive and acted like they wish we didn't visit today. I was really disappointed with our visit this time. I think ownership might have changed (but I could be wrong). The first time I was here a couple of years ago, the food and service were fantastic. Weird review here because we had the unfortunate timing coming here a couple days after they lost/stopped their liquor license. We were coming to town for the day and had done some research ahead of time on a place to have lunch and a drink and this was what we had picked. I liked my order of fired pickles and the build your own cheese fries but my friend didn't love her burger. But instead of slices of brisket with a serving of grits on top, the brisket pieces were mixed throughout what was way too much grits. It was awful and this is not a word I've ever used in a review.
