I was really disappointed with our visit this time. I think ownership might have changed (but I could be wrong). The first time I was here a couple of years ago, the food and service were fantastic. Today, I was served catfish that had gone bad and terrible service (it appeared all servers were waiting on all tables and we were advised they were short staffed). We ran out of drinks twice. Weird review here because we had the unfortunate timing coming here a couple days after they lost/stopped their liquor license. We were coming to town for the day and had done some research ahead of time on a place to have lunch and a drink and this was what we had picked. I liked my order of fired pickles and the build your own cheese fries but my friend didn't love her burger.
