We were staying at the hotel that shares a parklot w this Taco Bell. They close the door after 10pm and forced me to stand and wait in the car line. It was kind of funny but as I'm standing in line, in a dark parking lot, cars were coming around the corner unable to see me- it was not a safe situation. Went to this location the other night with my kids and decided to dine in. Big mistake. Staff was friendly enuff but it literally took 40 min for them to make our mobile order. I sat watching in disbelief and contempt as DoorDashers and people who ordered on the touchscreen get their food much faster than us. I know fast food places place an emphasis on drive-through orders over dine in patrons but Jesus! First off, I'm generally a Taco Bell fan anyway, but this is definitely two or three steps above your typical Taco Bell; one that serves larger, higher uality portios than usual no less! The cool, clean interior and the high class exterior makes you feel less like you're in a fast food restaurant and more like an actual eat-in restaurant. Also, when my friend Natty discovered she lost her check card, cancelled her order, and walked away from the cash register, they came and gave her the food she originally ordered free of charge. I love me some Taco Bell, but usually I always get not so great service or my order is ALWAYS wrong. This location has become my go to TBell, my order is always right, the drive thru line is fast, and I always have a friendly face and great service. I noticed the portions and sizes of food is larger and always put together. I ordered an apple empanada and it was almost the size of one of those hand held pies from the grocery store. My tacos and chalupa was put together and not soggy. I also ordered the new Red Skittle freeze, I was amazed that they had the perfect amount of syrup ice ratio, I wasn't sucking with my straw unflavored ice because the liquid ran out!
