It just occurred to me that the other two placeholders in this quest actually ask if I prefer corn or flour and I alway...always...always get the corn tortilla. So, it really did not hit me until this review that at GT, this is a given. They are well cooked, but not falling apart and not a hint of dryness that may be found in other corn tortillas. This is not a fancy place, it is in the flea market, for crying out loud, but that is a great place for it to be, and business is good. Quesadilla, tamale and burrito are other options, but go with the tacos.
