It took a good 15-20 min. after we got there just to place our order, as the bar was tended to first. That was a little frustrating, but it was also busy and there were only a few servers. Our server was super nice and apologetic though and another guy came out beforehand to inform us what was going on. Once we got our food, everything was great! I got the veggie tacos and sweet potato fries. The tacos had a little kick or spice to them, maybe it was the peppers, but I still enjoyed them! And I love sweet potatoes. The portions were perfect; not too much and not too little. My boyfriend also loved his meal and the food tasted fresh! We would definitely give this place another try.

Another issue with this restaurant is they do not give you a traditional bill or receipt. The waitress gave me a small black machine and stood next to me while I was checking everything. The tip calculator was over by $4 for a 20% tip. I do not trust places that operate this way.

It just occurred to me that the other two placeholders in this quest actually ask if I prefer corn or flour and I alway...always...always get the corn tortilla. So, it really did not hit me until this review that at GT, this is a given. They are well cooked, but not falling apart and not a hint of dryness that may be found in other corn tortillas. This is not a fancy place, it is in the flea market, for crying out loud, but that is a great place for it to be, and business is good. Quesadilla, tamale and burrito are other options, but go with the tacos. Footnote: I am not including any "fancy tacos" in this quest, so you will not see any bang bang taco or kimchi taco or such that other places may have because that is a different quest of a different thing (looking at you Willie Taco, White Duck Taco and Tipsy Taco).
