Unfortunately, when my husband called today to have the order remade as promised, an employee essentially told him that she was not going to give him free food and refused to remake the order. The employee then contacted the general manager, Teana, without muting the phone. My husband was able to hear the entire conversation, and to our disappointment, Teana agreed with the employee rather than honoring the resolution she had previously offered. What disappoints me most is not just that we were missing food from our original order, but that the management team failed to stand by its word. We paid for food that we never received, and when we attempted to resolve the issue based on the manager's own promise, we were treated as though we were asking for something for free. We were simply asking for what we had already paid for. We have spent a significant amount of money at this location over time, and it is incredibly disappointing to see a business risk losing loyal customers over an order that cost approximately $70. As a general manager, Teana should demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope the franchise owner addresses this situation and provides better training on order accuracy, customer service, and honoring commitments made to customers.
