Pizza is awesome. They forgot our sauces, but they brought us a 20oz bottle of ranch! No better way to make up for forgetting the sauces.

I've previously ordered from jets for delivery. Three times before to be exact. Always good drunk pizza with friends. Today I placed an order, chose to pay in cash, and suddenly I get a phone call from a person, slightly rude, telling me that they don't deliver to my address in Logan square. I attempted to explain to her that I placed the order, received confirmation for it, and have ordered on multiple occasions yet I get a call saying that they won't deliver to me ALL OF A SUDDEN. This place keeps sending me coupons so I went to try it. The pizza is average to my taste. I thought the crust was too thick and greasy. I like more of a thinner crust with lots of sauce. The cheese was kind of dry and tough to chew. I did like the uniqueness of the boxed pizza. Overall, it's just ok in my opinion. read more

This crap place sent me my order with items missing for the second time and also had open condiments spill over my food. I called the location (I'm not referring to them as a restaurant because they're way beneath that) and the employee told me that it's not their fault since I ordered through Yelp. She refused to do anything for me and told me to call yelp for a refund. Are you kidding me? Why is it so hard to fix things and make it right? As much as I hate to give someone's business such a bad review on Yelp... This place has the worst tasting pizza I have ever eaten. I ordered via UberEats and although it arrived quickly; the actual product is crap. We requested 1/2 with bacon and it came with bacon throughout. Honestly that mattered little because the actual quality of the pizza is horrible. Think, greasy and tasted worse then a a pizza you find at 7/11 buffet. I called back the next morning to see if they would redeliver the pizza (8 corner cheese - 2 sides of ranch) and the man said, "Yes, as soon as we get a driver." So blessed. So moved. Thanks for the Greek Salad that came with two (2) sliced beets and 90% iceberg lettuce, The one (1) tablespoon of Italian dressing for the GREEK salad was decidedly unspecial too! As for the garlic crust? Where's the garlic? I see you must get a bulk discount on the sausage for the pizza that is obviously from the same vendor that supplies Tombstone. Do not order a "New York style pizza" unless you are just wanting a $20 pepperoni pizza they chose to name "New York style." This is literally the worst pizza place I have ever been to. It's a shame too because we live right next door and love getting Jets as a late night drunken snack. After continuous orders and let-downs we're going to have to put that to rest. read more

I hate doing this, because I love Jets food. We order jets 2x a week, if not more. Tonight, we ordered jets for delivery. 1.5 hours later we called and checked on our order. They told us the order was placed for pick up, and that it was a mistake on their end, and that the pizza would be delivered ( it was already made and we confirmed that it was fine to deliver the pizza even tho it was sitting for about 10 minutes ). 20+ minutes later , pizza isn't here. We live 4 minutes away. I called x2 and I was put on hold. Very unhappy. Jets was my go to late night food. They have disappointed a loyal customer. read more

Guys, you have to know what to order when it comes to Jet's. Square Pizza. Jet Bread (Turbo Bread if you're fancy). Perhaps a greek or house salad, if you need greens. Definitely Ranch, even if you're not that big of a fan. If you want to be adventurous, get a Jet Boat. Otherwise, don't mess with round pizzas and all this other nonsense. Ordered a pizza tonight and it was over an hour late. My husband and I called the place to see what was going on and got hung up on several times before a call would go through. You can get the same pizza at Pizza Hut or Little Ceasers! It was okay for free, but absolutely will NOT be returning.. Staff was rude !! Cannot stress enough how rude they are. I know it must seem a pain in the ass to have to prepare all these free pizzas, but they are the ones who put all these flyers around the neighborhood. So when someone comes in and order the free pizza, you shouldn't be treated any less like a customer. Very rude manager, he said his name was Carl. I ordered a pizza via grubhub. Like always. But I didn't receive my order. The manager knew that they were having issues with the app but didn't do anything to check why the pizza didn't go out. He was patronizing me and talking to me like the whole situation was my error. And at the end advised me to call the grubhub myself. To resolve a problem that wasn't even my fault. Very disappointing. read more

Nothing that has happened in 2016 so far has made me happier than a Jet's location opening in Wicker Park. The 8 corner pizza is DELICIOUS. The medium chef salad is HUGE, and the boneless and bone-in wings are SUPERB. The delivery is lightening fast and the food always arrives piping hot. I'm sure there are a billion pizza snobs in Chicago who will be irritated that I'm raving about a chain pizza restaurant...but I don't care. They're wrong and I'm right. Inconsistent. Looks like they just slap sauce on the wings and warm them up. Last time I got them, way too soggy and the pizza is average. Was looking forward to getting some Jet's pizza as I've had better experiences with them at other locations. read more

I understand it's a fast food pizza place, but terrible customer service. Ordered through grub hub and pizza was over an hour late. Called the restaurant, turns out they were calling the wrong number at delivery, but didn't try to knock on the door or ring the unit. The man I spoke to in the phone was extremely rude and slightly aggressive and went on a rant explaining how it wasn't their fault and that it was grub hub's fault for providing the wrong number (the number is correct in the order in the app). He then preceded to start complaining that if I still wanted my order he was going to have to re-make the pizza and re-deliver it. Never apologized, never offered to rectify the situation. They should have contacted grub hub if they were unable to deliver the order and shouldn't have been so rude over the phone. read more

I went to Chicago on Monday with some friends to spend a few days, we were looking for pizza and a friend recommended Jet's pizza, it was the first time we heard about this pizzeria; usually we have eaten at other pizzas. We were surprised by the place. The person who took our order was very friendly, we commented that it was the first time in this place, he heard us and explained about the services that they have and he talked about the different pizzas and options. The style and flavor of the pizzas were different, we liked the service and taste of the pizzas. Ordered through grubhub. The delivery person never buzzed the apartment when they arrived. They called me and I called them right back several times, but they would not answer. Afterwards, I called the the restaurant and the manager said they don't buzz apartments they just call your phone because they were afraid of a car jacking... this was a delivery to the west loop. They said the driver was on another delivery now and I would be the next delivery after that. However, 45 minutes later I never received any food. When calling the manager again I said I want a refund because I didn't want cold food sitting around for an hour in a delivery car. They refused to rectify the situation, accept any responsibility or issue a refund. The manager was extremely rude and told me to work it out with grubhub if I wanted a refund. I will not order from there again and will let others know that this is not a reputable place of business as the manager is rude, unable to rectify such issues and is not fit for customer service. As far as chain pizza goes, this is one of the best to be found. Way better than the pizza huts and papa johns of the world. Butter crust is delicious. Recommend the Hawaiian pizza with red onion. read more

Ordered delivery from JETS and it was majorly gross!! Some of the worst pizza I've had by far. We ordered the "new york style" crust, which is not new york style at all! The crust is still thick, similar to pizza from Domino's. The worst part was, this was pizza was SO greasy that not only was there a pool of grease on top of the pizza, it also had soaked all the way through to the bottom of the pizza. All you could taste was grease. Also, we ordered a large square pizza and it was literally like eating bread....really, I thought cheese came on the pizza? We were expecting more. Not that we wanted more, after tasting how nasty it was. For the amount of money I paid you would expect better! i've been a loyal customer of jets for years. this store is the worst. the guy who took my order was drunk or high, slurring words. he got my credit card number wrong several times, which took forever. nearly two hours later, no pizza. when i called them, they told me they 'voided' my order because they sent the driver out with a completely incorrect phone number and said they also didn't have my NAME. voided my order. no call to let me know. no intent to refund my money. on the credit card i gave them. i had to call them. and sarah, perhaps some kind of manager, acted like there was nothing they could have done differently given that they didn't have my name or number, lol. one job. hard to imagine greater incompetence. read more

I ordered for delivery through Eat24. They had it listed as a pickup. When I called and got them to deliver it, the delivery driver said it was to be paid for with cash when I had already paid for it with PayPal. So I got my meal a half hour late and had to prove that I had already paid for it. It was no longer warm. read more

First of all, this pizza is amazing. This is my go to pizza place when I need something quick and this location is my favorite. Whenever I go in the staff is friendly, I get my food quickly (always still hot by the time I get home) and the vibe is fun in there. This past Thursday I called this location at 11:45pm hoping that they were still delivering since they closed at midnight. The manager took pity on me and personally delivered the pizza to me. I want to thank that manager because that is some amazing customer service. If you are able to order from this place do it! read more

Quite possibly the WORST $23.00 pizza I've ever had. Can't even bite through the crust, this is a large? I can order this same size pizza and toppings at Pizza Hut for $9 with tax and it would be 500%better than this piece of cardboard with a few pepperoni and mushrooms straight out of the wet can. I'm embarrassed that they hail from my home state of Michigan. Please don't try Jets even once. I think Costco has the best tasting AND affordable slice of pepperoni at $1.50.
