The rice has a phenomenal flavor and perfect level of moisture. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. The falafel are cooked perfectly with a tender center and evenly crunchy outer layer. Even the pita bread was warmed and crisped to a most palatable level. The service was friendly and prompt. The interior was also neat, clean, and comforting. I've been wanting to try this place for a while since many friends have said great things, but their customer service is totally lacking. I placed a delivery order for 3 entrees but after waiting an hour, I only received 1 dish. I called the restaurant and they said they had run out of the beef dishes. Last minute I called the restaurant to order stuffed lamb for the next day,the lady gave said that she will talk to the owner and give me a call back. The owner himself called me and I explained him the situation and he said that he will do everything possible to help me despite that it's hard to order a stuffed lamb for the next day. He called me back after 15 minutes and said we got you covered .. I ordered over the phone a stuffed lamb for the next day as mentioned above. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant after I saw the great reviews on Yelp and thank God I did. I went the next day and picked up the food. If you're placing an order online make sure to call shortly after to confirm your order. I placed an order directly from their website, payment went through, the site showed my order was placed but almost an hour later I received a call saying that they barely received my order. I asked to cancel and do a refund, the woman on the phone said she would ask the owner because she didn't know how and would call me back. Both were moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The pickled turnip was a delight and a vibrant touch to the meal. I had such high hopes for this place. I ordered a meal for my family (including my two year old child) through Grubhub two hours ago. After the delivery time passed, I called the restaurant when it was 15 minutes late. I was told the food was ready but driver wasn't showing up. I then chatted online with Grubhub, and they said they couldn't get ahold of the restaurant. They said the drivers aren't their responsibility, but offered to cancel the order. I then called the restaurant again, who said they did speak to Grubhub (?!) and that the driver left a long time ago. When I said "it's been two hours, surely the food is cold by now" I was told that I could contact Grubhub for a refund if I was unhappy.
