Finally tried out the Quesabirria Jalisco and I'm obsessed! If you're looking for a new spot for birria, this is it. The staff is super friendly, and the service was quick, which is always a plus. The beef birria tacos were stacked and loaded with cheese and perfectly crispy. The consommé was delicious too, super flavorful and not greasy at all. Loved the orange sauce !! We also grabbed the El Michelin ribeye tacos, along with some rice, beans, and an horchata to wash it down. That horchata was on point ,not too sweet, just perfect. First of all, I would like to thank Quesabirria Jalisco for great customer service! It's so hard to run into nowadays!!! Nowwwww the fooodddd! Their quesabirria is very delicious! Nice and tender meat very cheesy! Comes with a delicious consume that's not greasy at all and limes on the side. Their pinto beans were good. They had a different flavor that I'm used to. It wasn't really heavy on cumin or onions and garlic, but still delicious. Now the star for me was the strawberry Horchata very creamy delicious not overly sweet. Soooo goood! You get two different sauces. The green one has some spice! Now they offer steak tacos with avocado which are good (they have another name for them but I forgot)! The quesabirria tacos are amazing! I went again during the afternoon when it wasn't as busy and they were able to grill them instead of frying them. I recommend getting both. The crunch is really nice but the regular grilled corn tortillas feel much healthier. The chicken pastor is extremely underrated too. Extremely flavorful and I might even like it more than the birria. The staff are super nice as well. There's seating indoors and outdoors. I was visiting from out of town (Los Angeles) and I can assert that the record here are bomb! This is a small, unassuming joint. They have some seating but you might be fighting for one. I got a tree tacos dish. 3 diff tacos. Chicken. Birria. And shrimp. And let me tell you to my surprise the shrimp was the best! Might be hard to tell from a photo but these are decent side tacos. I'm 6 foot 180lbs and could only eat about 2.5 with some beans before I was stuffed. These tacos come in double fried double shells full of cheese along with a filling consume. Downside is it's extra for rice and/or beans. Which is a bummer. I did get the beans and they were delicious. The only negative is we came around lunch time and it took nearly 45 min to get our food. There were quite a few hungry people waiting for their order at the counter. And the food seemed to expedite sloooow. So either plan ahead or maybe order ahead if you go here. read more

Ordered delivery to break the monotony of my meal prep routine during the week for work. The order came in a timely manner and was still hot and crispy. I got the 8 pack. It comes with cilantro, onions, limes, red sauce (sweeter), green sauce and 2 consommé. I thought the tacos were filled pretty good, meat was tender and very cheesy but I wasn't really feeling the consommé and I felt the food needed more flavor honestly, I also don't like how they packaged the lime, onion and cilantro (I needed more of it and it gets stuck to the foil, small complaint). Amazing stuffed taco's with your choice of proteins. I choose the 6 pack, which means as the name states, 6 taco's with any protein which I decided to get is chicken, shrimp and beef. Instead of putting all the taco's in 1 basket, she divided the taco's by protein to their own basket which was easier to share. The tacos are a bit greasy and topped with melted cheese. the order comes with consume (soup) that you can use it to dip the taco's for more flavor but I did not use.
