I'm really sad to write this as this location has been my usual weekly stop for our family lunch on the weekends. However the last 3 trips have been negative experiences. One order we called in was totally inaccurate when I got it home. Another had paper thin sandwiches with almost no meat. Followed by the final stop today where my order was met with new extra charges and an overall lack of friendliness and customer service. Sad to say we will most likely not return as it has become unpleasant and not worth the money. read more

This is a great place to eat. I don't eat bread, and you can order any sandwich in a "tub" which is the meat on a bed of lettuce and then add the toppings you like. Easy to eat healthy. The turkey is very good. read more

Honestly, and sadly, it's better than most delicatessens in the area. The bread and cold cuts are always fresh, the sandwich is always piled high and dressed well with lettuce, tomato, and all the accoutrements. Also, the young staff they have working there are always friendly and fast even when the line is out the door. Maybe it's a tad pricier than some chains, but it sure beats all their competitors...and not marginally, quite frankly JM's crushes them. read more

Used the online ordering and it was easy and all sandwiches were correct. A big plus! Sandwiches have plenty of meat on them and bread is fresh. Signed up for the loyalty club and they have sent me quite a few coupons, including one for my birthday that gave me a free sub and an entire year to redeem it. Mikes Sub in Wayne is exceptionally clean with really nice staff. It is far and above superior to Subway, but not the quality of s great Italian deli, but as a chain they are excellent. I stopped in for my usual Italian and it reminds me of being down the shore. The meat is cut fresh with great balance between the lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. I love the separate oil and vinegar unlike the mix that Subway uses. Remember to sign up for the loyalty club to build points to allocate for free items. They add up pretty quickly unlike other places which take forever to reach. read more

This place is amazing. I go there all the time and everyone is always so friendly and great. We wanted to order a box of subs for my friends wedding and Zain offered to deliver them all the way to Hamburg from Wayne so that they would be fresh and we wouldn't have to worry about it while getting ready. It was incredibly nice of him to offer and he was great about the whole thing. They even included free cookies and gift cards for the bride and groom. I have never had such a great experience with someone who went so above and beyond to help us out. He even checked in the next day to ask how everything went. Truly amazing! Good food, good price and great addition to Wayne. Jersey Mike's Subs and Firehouse opened about the same time directly across the street from each other and after trying both Jersey Mike's is definitely the better choice. This is a great alternative to subway, more pricey but worth it for the quality meat which they cut right in front of you. Will be returning often!! read more

Jersey shore up north! The subs are sooooooo good! Meat is fresh, sliced fresh.. bread is yummy, and "Mike's way" tops off the sub.

1st time at this place very friendly fast. I was impressed and close to my house ordered the turkey hero 99% fat free tasted great.

I'm a regular at Jersey Mike's and I have to say since I've started eating there when they opened earlier this year have I ever had a bad meal or poor quality service while dining there. The staff is the friendliest group of people I have met and I come in and they know me well enough to know my order. Everything is always clean and catered to what you want. My order never disappoints and the facility itself is wonderful just from walking in right off the street. Very expensive for the amount of sandwich you get. It is fresher than subway but you don't get the choices of toppings that subway has to offer. Jersey mikes is more of a simpler fresher sandwich place with less variety. read more

The food is always good; however, today I tried to call in an order and the phone rang 20 times -when someone finally picked up I was put on hold for 10 minutes ! I hung up and called again and no one answered. I finally arrived there and yes they were busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I finally ordered and waited again for a very long time only to realize that my order was sitting on a shelf for 15 minutes for no apparent reason . I alerted the female worker who seemed annoyed that I asked about my order and handed me the sandwich with attitude. I did leave a tip because the guys making the food were working hard. Went there and had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, I asked for the giant size.. Total price alone $14.93. Sandwich came and it was very large "that's what she said". But 2 inches on each side was light on steak.. It was very good but just got the job done. For that price I expect not to finish it.
