I made a few changes, to my bowl and customized it to my satisfaction. The staff was very patient and accommodating with each request or modification. I recently ordered two different subs from Jersey Mike's. The BLT was absolutely delicious as well as the tuna fish. Both of these were done well, and they did not size through the bun as another place did. The food was served to my home ahead of their estimated time. It's interesting that food quality differs from location to location with Jersey Mike's franchises, but it does. This location has really solid ingredients and is always super busy. My mom and I have been coming here for years. There's a group of young men who bought the franchise together and you see them there all the time. I ordered a ham and provolone made Mike's way with no salt and an iced tea. The regular is plenty big, I could even do the mi I and be happy. Love that they're taking extra precautions during the COVID outbreak. It doesn't seem to have impacted their business--this location is always slammed. read more

This was not my fave experience at this Jersey Mike's location. My family and I came here yesterday for lunch. However, it was later, around 1:30pm. The staff all looked different to me from past times I have visited. They seemed to be a little scattered and short staffed. The location was a little messy. The subs were good, no complaints there. For someone who has a gluten allergy, as myself, I crave a good sub sandwich. It's difficult to find a place a makes them and is careful with cross contamination. I've been here several times in the past and staff didn't really take me seriously and I ended up getting sick; however, the past two times I went, I had a wonderful experience! My wife and I ordered 4 subs. Spent $59, 2 of the cold sandwiches were totally wrong. Called up to the store to speak with the Manager. Told I was speaking with the shift manager. I was telling him that the order fit the 2 cold subs were totally wrong. It was 7:05 at this time. He said I would have to wait until tomorrow to get this straightened out with the General Manager and we could not go back up there to get the order corrected. My wife then started talking to him and he refused to help us. Told us we would not tell him what he was going to do. All we wanted was for our food to be corrected. We ended up just hanging up on him. this is a food establishment and when you mess up someone's order, you should have to correct it. I even said I would bring up the wrong sandwich if they would make us another and he said he could not do that. My wife had to take the bacon off of one of the cold subs and put it in hers. Both were suppose to have bacon. Only one was suppose to have oil & vinergar, Both of them had vinegar so my daughter would not eat hers. Also had to add mustard to one of them. When my sub was missing some minor items they not only fixed my sub but made me ANOTHER ONE! They informed me that they had a recent hire training and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Never in my life have I had such professionalism from a sandwich place. Or restaurant in general. Daniel, Nicole, and Jeremy all introduced themselves and took great care of me.
