Thankfully, an employee kindly grabbed one from the back when I asked. I couldn't help but wonder--why wasn't the sleeve already on the cup, especially for a hot tea that had been sitting in the pickup area? The tea itself was slightly cooler than expected, but still had the flavor I enjoy. The store was clean, but the drive-thru line was incredibly long, so I'm glad I chose the walk-in option. All in all, a decent visit--but the team should pay a bit more attention to the small finishing touches that make a mobile order feel as thoughtful as an in-store experience.

The pan was warm they were served in but the fries themselves were not hot. They brought me fresh, hot fries and placed the ranch on the side he said to keep it from getting cooler quick since the wrench is cold and in the fridge. I thought that was considerable to even mention that to me, so I did appreciate that while they were not great. They weren't gross either. The hostess ended up also being our waitress, very nice and accommodating. The decor is very much so sports pub and bar with sports memorabilia and games playing so I was very surprised not to see many people inside watching any of the games on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was pretty bare and by the time we came back down after the book signing, there were no customers sitting in the restaurant.
