The two ladies who served me were awesome! I ordered a grilled chicken salad, a loaded quesadilla, and loaded nachos. The employee who prepared my order took extra care to pack it so that when I got home, my nachos would not be soggy. I did not manage to get her name, but she was wearing a pink shirt and spoke with a slightly raspy voice. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided me today. Both the toilet paper AND paper towels were sitting loose on the sink. There was a paper towel dispenser mounted directly over the toilet--which is disgusting in itself--despite there being plenty of other wall space where it could've been installed. The faucet was also extremely loose and felt like it was barely attached. The restroom just didn't feel clean or well maintained. Overall, the service was friendly and the cafe is cute, but between the disappointing waffle and the condition of the restroom, 3 stars feels fair.
