It lacked flavor to me, and I'm usually one that believes seasonings should enhance the flavor of the food, not cover/overwhelm the palate. What I tasted was CHEESE, tomatoes and a bland crust. I saw the herbs/seasonings underneath the cheese, but did not taste it at all. To each their own, but this in no way tastes like the classic southern tomato pie I grew up loving.
