When we spoke to the employees taking orders about what we could eat as vegans, I appreciate how patient and creative they were to come up with a solution. We ended up ordering a pizza with no cheese and all the available vegetable toppings. The pizza did look beautiful. I thought the presentation was lovely. The best part of the pizza was the crust. I am a sucker for a wood fired crust. The toppings did not taste great. The flavors were a little too acidic for my preference.
