Since the revamp they gave definitely pick it up. They pride themselves in being super fast and they definitely live up to the fast food aspect of it all. The 30 count grilled chicken always hits the spot and pair it with a Hawaiian pinch and lemonade and you're set for success. The fries are fresh hot and crispy. Service is always with a smile. Yesterday, my daughter asked me to go to the drive thru and purchase a milkshake for her. (she just had mouth surgery) while driving thru I placed my order including a lemonade. Upon getting to the front of the line I was just handed the milk shake no lemonade. I asked politely for a lemonade and the attendant went to place the order. The gentleman that made my lemonade was Braiding his yellow striped hair with his bare hands. ( C. J ) was his name. I was completely disgusted because I know he didn't wash his hands after braiding his hair in-front of me at the window. I will not be eating there again. read more

We love Chick-fil-A and I brought my daughter and 2 nieces for an early lunch. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets but was given chicken tenders. She didn't want me to take it back because she hates it when I speak to anyone in public. She said they were ok, but that's really not the point...if she wanted tenders she would have ordered them. And my one niece ordered the same thing and got nuggets so I know they had them. I also ordered a regular size Mac& cheese so they could taste how good it is. But the cup was barely half full. If that's a regular I'd hate to see the small size. The service was good, but they need to get their orders right (something I've always associated with Chick-fil-A). And the size of the Mac & cheese...because I had it at another location and it was filled to the top of the container. read more

I usually go to this location once a week and have a great experience. However, lately it seems that the employees have not been professional. I went this week and upon arrival at a low time in the afternoon- the employees were on their phones and FaceTiming. As I was ordering, they continued. There was no "my pleasure" spoken and the teenagers working there seemed to not have a clue on what they were supposed to be doing. My fries were hot and delicious so I can't complain about the food quality but I have been disappointed with the lack and quality of service. Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The customer service is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the line is always out the door! That's when you know that it's a great place to go. I always get the same thing and I use the app to collect points. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich I thing of fries and some sweet tea for my lunch, and I always order my Sunday grilled chicken nugget kids meal. I think the best part is that you can trade in your toy to get ice cream, because I get to have some too LOL The bathrooms are always clean and they always have all their condiments stocked. For the drive-through they have multiple people taking your order and it flows perfectly. You never wait more than three minutes for your food and I have never had an issue with them getting it correct. I will forever be a Chick-fil-A fan read more

Used the mobile app to save time because I know this location is always super busy. Check in was easy and awesome; however, they tried to give me two other peoples orders and didn't listen when I said it was a mobile order so they asked if I paid in the line and I again repeated that I used the mobile app and then he said Ooooooohhhhh only to ask me to pull up and wait. 2 out of 10 would not recommend using three mobile app as people who ordered behind me in the line received their food prior to mine even being ready. Had to wait while 7 cars got their orders and I know they placed their orders at the drive thru line........ read more

Not the best experience I have ever had at a Chic-fil-a, but not exactly the worst either. We stopped by for breakfast on the way through the area & the line wasn't too long, so we didn't expect the wait to be bad. Well, it was slow moving. We got to the speaker to order & nobody came on to take my order. The car in the 1st line pulled up after me & their order was taken before mine, which I didn't quite understand. One positive is that they offer spicy chicken for breakfast, which we appreciated because not all locations do. Our order was correct, so that's a bonus too. They just lost some points because the ordering process didn't seem to be that organized and the person taking our order seemed a bit confused. read more

This location is big and busy like most CFA locations. But they have their routine down and know how to keep the lines moving. The dining area is nice with lots of seating. The double drive thru works well and the wait is sufficient. You can find me here for a breakfast biscuit, or a quick lunch for their spicy chicken sandwich. I do admit I like using their app as you can earn free rewards, and also receive free treats via email to get me back in. It works. read more

It's hard to not give a Chick-fil-A anything but a 5 but my chicken nuggets were way overcooked and tasted burnt. When you grab and go through the drive-thru and are 30 minutes from home, it is especially frustrating. Sigh. The fries were good though and so was my lemonade. I was really excited about having this Chick-fil-A so close to me but I've been super disappointed with the service. Forget Chick-fil-A's typical service with a smile here, you get the treatment of most every fast food restaurant. They've messed up now 8/10 orders for me and when I circle back around because it's drive through only, they act frustrated when I explain the problem with my order. I never ask for anything comped but I just want the correct food I pay for and they act like it's a problem. I thought their thing was good service? Will be driving 10 minutes down the road next time for better service. Missed the Mark here with service. read more

This location just opened, and is one of the better restaurants I have seen from this chain. The parking lot is large and can accommodate a lot of vehicles, which if you have ever seen how busy chick -fil-a gets, this is a good thing! When you walk in the front door you are already near the opening of the line queue, which does some thought went into the design, and it works in not causing an overcrowded waiting area that is right in the front door. Restaurant is clean and staff was fantastic. We will certainly go back many times! read more

Chick filet is always a good choice. We ordered 12 nuggets, a chocolate milkshake and frozen lemonade. They had to service the milkshake machine after we had ordered. We got the nuggets fairly quickly. 5 minutes later we got the frozen lemonade and finally the milkshake 10 minutes after that. The food was good as always, however I am glad we did not order fries. read more

This location on Long Point Rd in Mt P sure has their act together. The drive thru experience here is superior to all other fast food places in town. I went on a Friday at noon with about 10 cars ahead of me and made it through in 7 minutes (I was looking at the clock because I was on my lunch hour). Shockingly fast and shockingly friendly, yes friendly service at a drive thru. My chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. read more

Always let down when I go to this location. They have sucked since day 1 which is very uncharacteristic of Chick-fil-A, I used to work there when I was younger so I know how things are supposed to be run. Drive through was TERRIBLE. Went there at 5:30 pm placed order they repeated order to me. At the pick up window they forgot one dinner item. Charged me and got my order . Then found out they forgot my drinks. I looked to see how many employees were working and there were six. Six people to mess up a simple order. When I went inside to get the drinks the girl apologized as if she said it a thousand times. Very bad experience at this location. read more

And while we waited for our food, one of the kitchen staff walked around passing out free frozen punch. It was good! This was the perfect choice for our last meal in Charleston. We were in and out in 45 minutes, full and satisfied. The only thing is we are still confused about pricing. We think there was an error because somehow we paid $29 for one meal and $19 for the other. Can't be right...but we didn't have time to sort all that out. Pay it forward.

I ordered the fried chicken, with cabbage and red rice. The cabbage was absolute fire, it was so tender and delicious. The red rice was good, but a bit on the dry side. I feel like had I been there when a fresh pan was brought out it would have been a lot better. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and had a flaky crust but it needed salt and the tables did not provide any. I would come back, there are so many other things I would love to try and this place is busy for a reason.
