At least one of us out the family is usually in there at some point during the week or weekend. It's consistent - the food is good, the facility as a whole is clean and well kept, and the staff are well-trained and personable - whoever does their hiring/employee development and placement does a great job - they operate as a team. Taking a page from Disney, they have a roamer, at least on the weekend, who is one part sweeper, one part expediter, and one part "small town mayor" making the rounds to ensure the constituents are taken care of. One suggestion if you're getting a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, try the other cheese options besides the default American, I've been eating the B/E/C biscuit for years and just tried the other options... they're great and a healthier option compared to American cheese. read more

Since the revamp they gave definitely pick it up. They pride themselves in being super fast and they definitely live up to the fast food aspect of it all. The 30 count grilled chicken always hits the spot and pair it with a Hawaiian pinch and lemonade and you're set for success. The fries are fresh hot and crispy. Service is always with a smile. Yesterday, my daughter asked me to go to the drive thru and purchase a milkshake for her. (she just had mouth surgery) while driving thru I placed my order including a lemonade. Upon getting to the front of the line I was just handed the milk shake no lemonade. I asked politely for a lemonade and the attendant went to place the order. The gentleman that made my lemonade was Braiding his yellow striped hair with his bare hands. ( C. J ) was his name. I was completely disgusted because I know he didn't wash his hands after braiding his hair in-front of me at the window. I will not be eating there again. read more

And my one niece ordered the same thing and got nuggets so I know they had them. I also ordered a regular size Mac& cheese so they could taste how good it is. But the cup was barely half full. If that's a regular I'd hate to see the small size. The service was good, but they need to get their orders right (something I've always associated with Chick-fil-A). I usually go to this location once a week and have a great experience. However, lately it seems that the employees have not been professional. I went this week and upon arrival at a low time in the afternoon- the employees were on their phones and FaceTiming. As I was ordering, they continued. There was no "my pleasure" spoken and the teenagers working there seemed to not have a clue on what they were supposed to be doing. My fries were hot and delicious so I can't complain about the food quality but I have been disappointed with the lack and quality of service. Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The customer service is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the line is always out the door! That's when you know that it's a great place to go. I always get the same thing and I use the app to collect points. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich I thing of fries and some sweet tea for my lunch, and I always order my Sunday grilled chicken nugget kids meal. I think the best part is that you can trade in your toy to get ice cream, because I get to have some too LOL The bathrooms are always clean and they always have all their condiments stocked. For the drive-through they have multiple people taking your order and it flows perfectly. Used the mobile app to save time because I know this location is always super busy. Check in was easy and awesome; however, they tried to give me two other peoples orders and didn't listen when I said it was a mobile order so they asked if I paid in the line and I again repeated that I used the mobile app and then he said Ooooooohhhhh only to ask me to pull up and wait. 2 out of 10 would not recommend using three mobile app as people who ordered behind me in the line received their food prior to mine even being ready. Not the best experience I have ever had at a Chic-fil-a, but not exactly the worst either. We stopped by for breakfast on the way through the area & the line wasn't too long, so we didn't expect the wait to be bad. Well, it was slow moving. We got to the speaker to order & nobody came on to take my order. The car in the 1st line pulled up after me & their order was taken before mine, which I didn't quite understand. One positive is that they offer spicy chicken for breakfast, which we appreciated because not all locations do. Our order was correct, so that's a bonus too. This location is big and busy like most CFA locations. But they have their routine down and know how to keep the lines moving. The dining area is nice with lots of seating. The double drive thru works well and the wait is sufficient. You can find me here for a breakfast biscuit, or a quick lunch for their spicy chicken sandwich. Forget Chick-fil-A's typical service with a smile here, you get the treatment of most every fast food restaurant. They've messed up now 8/10 orders for me and when I circle back around because it's drive through only, they act frustrated when I explain the problem with my order. I never ask for anything comped but I just want the correct food I pay for and they act like it's a problem. I thought their thing was good service? This location just opened, and is one of the better restaurants I have seen from this chain. The parking lot is large and can accommodate a lot of vehicles, which if you have ever seen how busy chick -fil-a gets, this is a good thing! When you walk in the front door you are already near the opening of the line queue, which does some thought went into the design, and it works in not causing an overcrowded waiting area that is right in the front door. We got the nuggets fairly quickly. 5 minutes later we got the frozen lemonade and finally the milkshake 10 minutes after that. This location on Long Point Rd in Mt P sure has their act together. The drive thru experience here is superior to all other fast food places in town. I went on a Friday at noon with about 10 cars ahead of me and made it through in 7 minutes (I was looking at the clock because I was on my lunch hour). Shockingly fast and shockingly friendly, yes friendly service at a drive thru. My chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. read more
