Stephen (perhaps a manager?) heard me ask the cashier about this & immediately made it right for us. He also noticed that I had only ordered one kids meal (my youngest is just 13 months & we were "sharing" a box meal.) so he immediately grabbed a second toy for him & also offered to help carry our bags out to the car. I thanked him but declined. He still helped by holding the door for us as we exited. This Cane's location is a great fast food restaurant with impeccable service, especially Stephen. Side note: Cane's slaw is delicious! It has a horseradish kick that takes it over the top. Highly recommend eating it very cold straight from the fridge!

It was advertising ""Raise the Roost" chicken and their assorted deals. The "Classic chicken meal" caught my eye and it was $6.99 for a sandwich, potato Wedges, and a big gulp drink. After I was handed my food I asked for the drinks and was told I'd have to buy the drinks. I kindly pointed out the signage and the menu which clearly showed the drink in the picture of the "meal". The worker still said no so I asked for a manager. The manager agreed with the worker. I posted to the picture of the meal and showed them that the drink was included as it was a meal. I was told the sign was a mistake. So I decided to just leave as I was about to lose it with these inept folks. Thank goodness there was a Wendy's next door and we drove there to get our drinks which cost over $4. So i was basically ripped off and I will never go back to one of these highway robbery joints again and the same goes for 7-11 as they are the owners of "Raise the Roost". In all my 61 years, I have never had a store or restaurant refuse to give me what i paid for and 7-11 and their chicken shack will never ever get my business again...I can't afford to be ripped off at this point in my life as I live on a fixed income.
