The last three orders I have gotten from the store have been missing items are colder than ice cube. And I know it's the Taco Bell's fault because the bags are sticker. Today's order I ordered at 4:30 and by 630 7 o'clock. It had been dropped three times and finally, I canceled the order, especially after the last DoorDash said that they weren't even busy. This is a horrible, horrible Taco Bell and it's a disgrace to the Taco Bell name and corporate should do something about it. If you're looking for a Taco Bell to go to I will go to the one on Saint James Avenue because they're actually really good. I never have a problem with them.. read more

Never again in 1 million years. I placed my order online. Paid for it. My husband went to pick it up and they said they have no record and they couldn't give him anything even though he had the confirmation number. Just got the food. The taco was ice cold with the soggy taco shell. The burrito, that I had ordered with beans, beef, jalapeños, pico, and tomatoes. Had nothing in it except beans This is the end. read more

Service was very fast and mostly accurate. I had added avocado ranch to my Lux box and it had been forgotten but they then gave me 2. We tend to order extra quessodillas to have t he next day. They reheat well on the gridle. I also tried the new salted caramel churros and OMG, I definitely recommend those. read more

Amazing experience. Excellent service even though it was late at night, and received all of my items fresh. Drive thru ordering was easy and straight forward and the speaker was friendly and straight forward as well as pleasant. 10/10 absolutely will return read more

I ordered online and picked up in the store and not only did this lovely lady give me two LARGE free drinks, they got all of the add- ons and stuff right. Everyone was super chill and nice and my order was ready right on time. And the food was DELICIOUS, everyone in my house eating good tn smacking it up like rabid animals THANK U SO MUCH TACO BELL!!! read more

I've been coming to this Taco Bell for the past couple years. My experience has been overall very positive. Recently they have started trying to make you order without the sign earlier in the parking lot. This is extremely frustrating. Taco Bell's menu is vast and changes frequently. If you ask to order at the window they won't let you and hand you a blurry picture of the menu instead. I hate this. read more

I don't know what everyone is complaining about it's a Taco Bell it's not gonna be the best in service or quality. But that being said the food is always great whether it's 2am or 2 pm. I got my food in record time for it being a lunch rush, read more

Went there 2 weeks ago, everytime I mentioned what I wanted, I was told they were out. Finally came upwith enough items that they said they had, got to the window. They told me they were out of half the stuff that they said they had. Canceled the order and left. Just got back home from trying it again and guess what. They can't count to three. Ordered thr taco supremes and three soft taco's. I got one taco supreme and two soft taco's. The mexican pizza looked like it had been dropped from a 3 story building and even the hard shell taco supreme was more like a soft taco. This is my last time coming to this one. Don't know how they stay in business! read more

waiting for a DoorDash order. Have not been helped AT ALL there is no line and yet I still haven't gotten my order. Food isn't even being prepared yet they have enough people to make seven items. They're sitting and standing around taking over twenty minutes to get us an order for DoorDash is ridiculous. You could improve by having people actually assist customers coming in and to prepare food quicker. It is a FAST FOOD PLACE no line inside or outside read more

This place needs to be shut down until there's some solid management in place. I pulled up to place an order and immediately knew something was odd with two employees outside taking orders. I experienced this about two years ago and was stuck in line for an hour. I was like not this time. So I parked and went inside and over heard a customer nicely asking about their order and saw the employee giving the customer a hard time. I was like nope not dealing with this nonsense and left. It looked like total chaos insider with no leadership or direction. Went somewhere else and got something to eat read more

I went to Taco Bell get to drive thru they said there system was down so I couldn't order.. I pulled back around in parking lot watch two cars come in couple min after I order went through no problem so then I order thru the app and magically they were able to make my food.. get back to speaker box and tell them I have a pickup then they informed me they don't have baja blast so I need to pick another drink. I know I shouldn't go there cause I have a problem with them everytime but, when Taco Bell is done correctly it's a good food. they have no customer service skills period because if it got to me that I had a bad review as a manger I would try and reach out to customer to find out how to make there experience better the next time.. it's not my business so keep running it into the ground. read more

we had to wait 30 minutes on our order and the beans weren't available and we are vegan

So sick of these idiots! Everything you go through they have some "system" issue. That's not my problem. They are so lazy they can't walk two feet to the other register. Food is cold and nasty. They need to go in there and fire every single one of them and start over. Funny how they let "some" people order in the drive through and tell others to come inside. read more

If I can give it a 0 star I would. Do not park in their parking lot if you are going to nail salon. New to the area and thought the front half of the parking lot was dedicated to the nail salon. The manager saw us go into the nail salon and instead of being courteous and asking us to move our car, he called the tow company. Absolutely ridiculous and makes me lose hope in humanity. Like what happened to southern courtesy?! They need to post signs if they feel that strongly about people parking in their crappy fast food restaurant parking lot. read more

Not a good choice for me the evening I went. But then again, it is Taco Bell. The drive thru line was to the street. The staff was unprofessional. They were all on cell phones when I finally approached the window. No one said hello, thank you, nothing. As I was going home, I noticed my order was missing items. I did not have it in me to go back and deal with it. I understand the staffing shortages, but customer service should still be a top priority. read more

Half of my food was incorrect and one item they made wrong they refused to replace it. Terrible service

The employees are absolutely horrible, possibly sub-human. They cancel app orders. Refuse to take in person orders. They are terribly slow and in no way even deserve minimum wage. Absolutely terribly managed and Corporate should investigate. read more

Taco Bell - Taco Bell Restaurant aka Hell. - Fast Food Near Me - Summerville, South Carolina

This is the worst Taco Bell I ever visited. The service is terrible. They're slow and can't get the orders right. Stay away from here

I've been here a handful of times now but the last time they were out of anything fry product related which cuts down on the new featured items. I also ordered a burrito supreme and a few bites in I had to trash it for a very Off flavor with one of the filling items. Maybe they'll improve with this feedback but right now I don't recommend. read more

Me and my husband waited over 30 minutes for a doordash order. After about 10 minutes, when I asked if it was close to ready , I was greeted with an attitude and told they didn't make it yet. We waited for about 20 more minutes until we finally dropped it. I hate dropping orders but after a half hour, it's inevitable. They weren't short staffed at all, they were just laughing and goofing off in the back while a line of customers were waiting for their food. Ridiculous! read more

I want to preface this by saying I'm a Taco Bell fanatic. I'd say I've probably been to 50 or more different Taco Bells. I can confidently say this is one of the worst, if not the worst, I have ever been to. On any drive through order I'd say there is a 90% chance they will get something completely wrong and 100% chance they prepare/cook something wrong. For example, I always get chips and cheese with my order. Half the times my bag of chips is completely crumbs. Another example is if you get anything that's supposed to have melted cheese (like one of my favorites the cheesy Gordita crunch) it will be not only unmelted but cold. Lastly, it's not just the workers who suck here but it's also the management. Other people on here talked about how terrible their drive thru with the person has been so I won't go into that. However, I've reached out to the management through TB's website several times about really messed up orders and gotten radio silence. Top to bottom this place sucks. read more

Love me some taco be but they definitely need faster service! I was tempted to back out this driveway a few times... food is always good though. read more

Taco Bell - Lines!!!!! Ugh I dislike them very much - Fast Food Near Me - Summerville, South Carolina

It's like they intentionally get my order wrong. After confirming no sour cream on either of my burritos and ordering extra sauce, I get sour cream on both burritos and no extra sauce. And this is at least the third time. Loved Taco Bell in my old town but fast food cost too much for Taco Bell to consistently not give me what I order read more

Stopped by for lunch. Decided to go through the drive thru. The line was long but surprisingly it moved quickly. The young lady at the window was friendly enough. My food was good. I like the updates to the outside of Taco Bells. They have a modern feel and look less like a typical fast food restaurant. read more

Taco Bell - Drive thru menu board - Fast Food Near Me - Summerville, South Carolina

Taco Bell on North Main Street in Summerville is a well run and managed Taco Bell and does everything you want from Taco Bell. The food is consistently well prepared and the orders come quickly even when they are larger orders. I have had a really good experience coming here over the years and this is a really good option later bat night when you are hungry. read more

The service is horrible, why do the employees feel the need to yell at you when they're clearly the ones Lolly gagging and taking their sweet time. read more

Customer service was the best i've ever had and was really fast worker were nice and even gave me an extra order for free

Havent been to any taco bell in over 2 years. Decided to try this one on the way home. The employees wouldnt take my order since they had a kiosk. I started to try my order on it but remembered i was paying in cash so i left. The whole time i was there an employee was dropping "F" bombs from behind the counter and he was not quiet about it. Now I remember why i stopped going to taco bell. Stay away from this one. read more

Understaffed, poor customer service. So basically it's slow and rude. I know fast food places are hard to staff, and they aren't paying employees much these days, but this Taco Bell has progressively declined. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. HORRIBLE! I got charged for a god damn drink when I ordered $18 worth of food. 15 minutes waiting and I didn't receive any updates on where my food was. Door dash and Uber all being made 1 by 1 as I'm standing there like a complete moron waiting. Let's get onto the person who after me waiting for 15 minutes said to me "I can process ur refund but you're getting charged for the drink". WHAT THE HELL KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!! The black kid got mad and gave me an attitude because he's taking forever on the line to make the food? I worked for Taco Bell in NY for 3 years and let me just say that IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER. SHAME ON YOU I WANT A CALLBACK TOO. I got charged for a damn drink when the only reason I ordered the drink was so that I'd have something to drink while eating the food. If I waited any longer my next birthday came up before I got the food. What a sick joke you got going on here. That 1.8 star rating that you have is quite comical management must be doing a great job. How does the hiring process work they just submit an application and you hire anyone? Disgusting. My order number is 412 and my cashier was Jamya B but they printed the receipt from drive thru so it wasn't a female it was a male. Let's not mention that the drink machine was completely broken and out of service in the living room, there were no napkins in the living room, and the dining room looked like a tornado hit it. I'd love a call back please because this is disgusting and I'm calling corporate too because this is BS read more

Stand there for 10 minutes and was ignored. The place was a mess. No respect for people's time. Food is always trash or worse. Why is this place still operating. read more

This location is trying to do the Chick fil A thing and it's not working. Why do you have someone standing out side taking orders when the menu board is 25 feet away? 3 times I went there and the person standing outside did not have a menu and told me to look it up online. Who ever came up with that idea needs to rethink it. For this reason, I will go next door or to the Dorchester Rd location. read more

I guess I've been going here at the right times (usually around 2-3 pm) because the drive-thru has been great for me. The employees have been friendly, my order was correct and all the food was hot. On both of my recent visits, there was nobody in front of me and I barely had to wait for my food. This is a good time too because from 2-5pm they do a happy hour on drinks and freezes. Will be back when I'm in the area and needing Bell. read more

7:00 on a Saturday morning I walk in, say hello and the response I get from the 1 person working is....we're not open! Well the sign says you open at 7:00. Yes but I'm the only on here and I don't know how to cook the food...... seriously? HORRIBLE! Went 2 doors down to Wendy's and ordered 14 breakfast sandwiches for my office. Y'all missed out on a BIG order. read more

Waited 1/2 hour for my meal...asked the guy for a cup for water, he grabbed it (with his fingers inside the cup, so I couldn't use it...the order was wrong... he then blamed me (somehow) with an attitude. First of all it's Taco Bell nothing super special about it just some cheap tacos and a great workplace lunchtime stop in it's not Gourmet it's Taco Bell the service is normally pretty good and the food also is pretty good definitely a good value for your money..... They are trying to be Chick-Fil-A, having someone outside on the drive through lane with a tablet taking orders. This is supposedly to make the line flow quicker and keep people from lining up in the street. Problem is, it's having the opposite effect. There's a space of about 5 or 6 car lengths between where they have you ordering and the menu board, people don't know what they want and have to read a sign hanging off the tablet they are using to take orders, and the service is slow. Then, when I get my food, it's not a cheesy Gordita crunch, it's a Crunchwrap supreme. Don't recommend this location. read more

I had Taco Bell's new crave box with chicken quesadilla. It was delicious. In addition to great tasting food the service was very good despite the large amount of customers. I will re-visit this store again sometime in the future. read more

Slowest Taco Bell in the world not just because the amount of people but the fact the workers F off instead of work. It should not take as long as it does to go through a tacobell line. It takes longer to get the food than it takes to run through you. read more

Taco Bell is so bad for me, but I love it so much. The $5 Crave Box is a LOT of food, and it includes all of my favorites (burrito supreme, gordito, taco, nacho/cheese, soda). My food was hot and fresh, just like I've grown to expect. Here's my problem - the service is terribly slow. There were about 10 people in line and only one person on the register. She was doing all that she could to keep up, but management was asking too much of one person. The kitchen had very few employees as well. I'm not sure if the restaurant was understaffed or if Taco Bell has gone to a skeletal crew. Regardless, they need to get some more help in the restaurant if they want customers to keep coming back. read more
