Just ordered delivery from Jersey Mike's in Richfield because we are short staffed. Out of 6 orders, two of the sandwiches were incorrect and NONE of our drinks/chips were included. We called and was told that we can come pick up the items or choose to get a refund on the missing items. We chose refund as again we are short staffed in our office today. A great sandwich for a wonderful cause. I love it that they donate all their sales toast, March 26 to Special Olympics. Prices are reasonable and comparable with Jimmy John's and Subway. I had the portabella mushroom, peppers, onions was great but I wish that all their subs are customizable for online orders. Service was slow for the online order pick up since they were busy with in store order. Once they were caught up, then they were quick to get the online orders out to customers waiting. The place was clean and open. Love reading their story on the wall. Their big khauna is tasty. read more

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because my sub was a little saturated in oil/vinegar. Never been, thought I'd try it out for take out. It's nice and bright in the restaurant. There seemed to be a lot of business at 5pm on a Friday. The guy making the subs asked if I had been there. I told him I was a newbie and he seemed excited to tell me about the place. He was a very friendly guy, super smiley (I'll ask his name next time). I asked him what was good and he gave me several options. I chose 2/3 options he mentioned - one hot and one cold, Philly and Italian. He told me about the topping options while he sliced the meats and cheese right in front of me. He was quite entertaining, trying to guess my name and just really friendly! You could tell he had a lot of pride in his work. Told me to hang out and my subs would be out soon. He called me by name, wrapped them in what seemed like love, and told me he would see me tomorrow lol. Nice touch! I came back with, No more Chipotle for me, huh? He said, exactly lol. My Italian was really good, although a little too much moisture. In their defense, it took me 30 minutes to get it to my aunt's place. She loved the philly (we got two philly's the next night, they were so good. Dif location). It was a pleasant experience and I will def return. read more

This was my first time for a Jersey Mike's. Got here by accident. I was going to another location but got the street wrong so I thought it was closed up, pulled out my Garmin and found this one. All told, braving the blizzard, this...(a brain fart - no, not inclusion, diversion or subversion ) excursion took just about 90 minutes to complete. I got the Club Supreme on the Rosemary/Thyme bread. Quite good. I'll maybe try a Philly next time if they'll let me have Swiss on it instead of generic Velveeta. I do prefer real cheese. The fellow making it was friendly and even checked to see if there was a coupon I could use. I did try entering on 66th, not realizing that was the back. I look forward to the warm weather next year so I can eat my food by Nokomis. Too bad it's too much of a hassle to get Manhattan Special shipped in, otherwise that would top it off to perfection. I'm a fan! It's a little more expensive than some other sandwich joints but I feel like they taste better. I frequent the clubs and any of the steak and cheese. Make it easy and get "Mikes Way", all the right fixings for a sandwich. Get the Giant size and you'll have a couple meals, it's pretty big and yes that's what she said. It's easy to order ahead online and pick up, my order has always been ready. The only downside, soda fountain options aren't great. Few cream soda options and Pepsi products. read more

I know that it's a chain, but this sub shop is legit, in particular, this location. They are a lot more fresher than Jimmy John's or Subway nearby, and have a high regard for exceptional customer service with a blunt east coast style and fun humor. The prices are on the high end, but well worth the money. Chicken cheese steaks and the cold number 7 turkey are my favorites. read more

Definitely not what I expected for my first time, I ordered the #17 Mike's Famous Philly 14inch. Cost roughly $15 bucks and some change. To my dismay the bread of the sandwich was soggy, steak had no season/flavor, steak and sautéed veggies were barely chopped up. Literally whole banana peppers, jalapeños, sweet peppers and chunks of steak on bread. The choppy cuts and whole pieces of uncut food, along with the undercooked vegetables and overcooked steak made the sandwich less desirable. There was no consistency in the bites and lack of flavor throughout the sandwich. Not to mention I consistently pulled out the stems of onions and jalapeños from my sandwich. :^(( read more

Never thought I'd say that they make bomb cheesesteak sandwiches around here. I have been searching for a cheesesteak sandwich that is close enough to what I'm used to eating. The meat is thinly sliced - not sure if it was rib-eye or top round, cooked on an oiled griddle. The steak slices are quickly browned then scrambled into smaller pieces...with slices of American cheese placed over the meat - letting it melt. Then sautéed onions and bell peppers are added, before placing it on a roll. I opted to add mayo - gives it a bit of an edge. It was recommended to me by a friend, and boy, she was right about the sandwiches! We had a tuna and a Reuben, both extremely generous portions. Much much better than Subway! I was able to order online, ask for a simple change, pay online, and pick up at a table right by the door. A great new find, I hope the do well, give them a try! read more

I went there once and I won't be back not when they just put the bread wright on the counter no paper under it. Sliding it all down the counter top. Really!! I don't fix food for my dog that way. I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before going to this brand new location in Richfield. I checked out the menu ahead of time so I knew what to expect when I got there. This location is in a new little strip mall that will have a Caribou and some other mystery store- Jersey Mike's is the only thing open right now so it was pretty busy. There is a big parking lot though, which is really nice (just a little weird to get in to but I assume they'll put up more signs as they finish the development). I ordered a chipotle turkey sandwich. It was pretty much what I was expecting- better than Subway, for sure. It was cool that they slice the meat to order right there at the counter. I ordered a mini sandwich and it was way bigger than I thought it would be- I'm interested in seeing what the sizes actually look like (I'm thinking because the staff is still learning that perhaps my mini was bigger than it should have been?). There are lots of chip options to accompany your sandwich. The owner was working the register- he was really nice and enthusiastic. I appreciate that he introduced himself to me. Overall I thought it was a good sandwich and good experience. I don't often find myself wanting a sub sandwich but next time I want one, I'll come back to this Jersey Mike's. read more

This place is my favorite sub place, but a couple days ago I was disappointed it wasn't busy at the store at all, but the whole lobby was a mess, and the slicer they slice their sandwiches was gross! My cousin works at one of these restruants in Wisconsin, and I told him how dirty the slicer was and he told me he's watched videos on it, and his store with constantly busy hours (around $500 hours) still has a cleaner slicer, Plus while I was waiting in line the female topping my sandwich was not talkative and seemed to have an attitude with me. The male slicing my sandwich seem to be in an upset mood and wasn't talkative either, i was taking my order and he rolled his eyes at me. My last visit was amazing, but this one was horrific. The sandwich was amazing but the customer service was not. On top of that I wanted to eat there but the whole lobby was a mess and they took 10+ minutes to make my sandwich. read more

This is my first review and it is a hard review to write because I LOVE Jersey Mike's. It's my absolute favorite sandwich shop and I talk about it all the time, but my experience at this location was terrible. I was there on Sunday May 5th at around 2pm with my daughter and my girlfriend. It was my girlfriends first time so I was super excited for her to try it. Not busy at all. Walked right up to the front where 5 employees were available and then I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. My daughters kid size sandwich was given only 2 of the tiniest pieces of ham and I had to request a couple more slices because it was all bread. I ordered a #13 with bacon on wheat. What I got was a wheat bottom and a white bread top. The sandwich was not cut all the way through so I had to rip it in half. Took two bites and realized they forgot to put my bacon on it. The sandwich was very sloppily slapped together. It was falling apart faster than I could eat it. My girlfriends wrap was a disaster. She got a chicken Caesar wrap and it hard hardly any chicken and it was all stuffed to one side. It was packed full of lettuce, like an obnoxious amount of lettuce. And it had a disgusting amount of Caesar dressing in it and on it. The entire wrap inside and out was soaked in Caesar dressing to the point where she could barely eat it. For some reason it took two people to make that wrap and that is how it came out. I placed the order for her wrap first and it came out last, like we had to wait for several minutes after my daughter and I received our sandwiches for her to get her wrap. Keep In mind there was no one in front of us nor was there a line out the door behind us. The service was absolutely terrible. A few of the employees were more concerned about discussing their upcoming vacation and how "lit" they were going to get, rather than providing customer service worthy of $13 an hour. I am no snob by any means and I work in a restaurant so I understand the business. But this was a terrible experience and I don't know if I'll return to this location. read more
