I saw the great reviews, so I had to try it out. I was waiting to pick up my wife from the airport and needed a bite to eat. This place looks like average mall food, but it is not. I decided to give it a chance, and I made the right decision. This location is next to the Home Depot and Target in Richfield. You'll have to take the roundabout and then take a right into the parking lot. In the picture, you'll see the store front is easy to spot. Also, you'll see a patio on the right side of the building. When you walk in, you'll see a kiosk and an easy-to-read menu above the kitchen. The staff are willing to explain the menu and show you how to use the kiosk. The staff recommended chicken and guacamole rice bowl. It was delicious. The chicken was roasted and tender. The guacamole was silky and well-seasoned. I also ordered a watermelon energizer iced drink. I loved it. Please note they also have one large TV in the seating area. They told me they play all the Minnesota Vikings games. I would like you to try it and give me your thoughts.

I tried Toma Mojo Grill for the first time tonight and I did NOT regret it! I needed a quick dinner after a long day at work so I decided to stop in and give it a try. I was immediately impressed by the variety on the menu and the wonderful, patient staff. The garlic grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful. The mac & cheese was like comfort food in the best way. And the brussels sprouts had the perfect savory crisp. They sell a few alcoholic beverages including beer, seltzers, wine, and sangrias. The seating areas were clean and spacious. I decided to sit outside since it was a beautiful evening! I think this is a perfect spot to grab lunch or dinner, especially if you are also making a stop at the nearby Target or Home Depot. I will definitely be coming back to Toma again!

I'm so glad I we went out of our way to check this place out! It was so good!! We started with the Brussel spouts. They were amazing! My mom got the sample platter. It had a nice variety of food. The fries, pork and chicken were delish! We loved the variety of sauces that came with it. I had the banza (sp) salad. It was pretty good. I really liked the tomato bread on the side. The chicken on top was juicy and flavorful. My son got a sandwich and it was Soo good! My other son ordered a kids meal and it was healthy and delicious. I can't wait to come back. I'm looking forward to having a glass of sangria on their patio!

The people who helped us today were very hospitable and the food was delicious and made to order. I like the piri-piri sauce and the sangrias are nice too. Plenty of seating and the space is not too crowded.

Toma is a Mojo Grill restaurant inspired by Spain and Portugal cuisine. My partner and I bought the sampler which came with pulled pork, a chicken leg, 3 sauces and fries for $14. The sauces are AMAZING. I would buy bottles of the piri piri sauce. The chicken leg was delicious, tender and flavorful. The pork was fatty and had good flavor but might have had too much fat for my liking. The fries were very crispy and well seasoned - my only complaint is for the amount of sauce they gave, I wish they gave more fries. The staff said they'll be adding sangria to the menu soon so I will definitely be sipping wine on their cute little patio when that happens. But overall this place reminded us of Nandos and we are huge fans. Will definitely be back again!

Cool spot for yummy food! I actually went during their grand opening so this review is a little late lol. The service was great though! I ordered a salad & my friends ordered the meal plate which came with roasted chicken, roasted brussels sprouts, and a side of bread. It was pretty good! Chicken was nicely seasoned. Nothing crazy, just simple and yummy. You def need to try all the sauces tho. Those were bomb!! It def adds more to the meal so DON'T SKIP THE SAUCE!

I ordered the Piri Chicken Mac online for pick up about three hours later. When I arrived it was on the to-go shelf so I could just grab it and go, no hassle! The silver and plastic ware are right there on the counter between the o-go rack and the cash register, another easy concept. My food was hot and not good...but...deeeelcious! I am new to Toma so I hadn't ordered it yet and had forgot what was all in the bowl so I was delightfully surprised when I saw the corn and red peppers in it! Thanks Toma for a delicious lunch and a seamless ordering and picking up process. Cheers!

Chef Pedro took our order (bonus points) and we had a lovely conversation about New Orleans. The menu here has a lot of New Orleans food intertwined. Based on where Pedro previously worked in New Orleans, he has an outstanding culinary background. I was going to order the Muffaletta, which can be served hot or cold, but they were out. When I heard why, I was impressed. In New Orleans, the gold standard of bread is Leidenheimer. Minnesota doesn't have the same bread (Trung Nam Bakery is the closest substitute). Pedro uses Leidenheimer for his Muffalettas. Pedro also makes his own olive salad. I am looking forward to trying a Muffaletta. My husband ordered the Zambon Dip and really enjoyed it. I had the Herb Brooks Focaccia. It was great. Big portions. What is really funny is I knew the North Stars as I worked at the Met Center. Fun memorabilia too. On street parking and some tables outside. What we used to call a neighborhood joint. Stop in and say hi to Pedro. Now I just wish he would make Gumbo with some okra and filé.

The quality of the pastrami, its seasoning, the textures and bright flavors of the breads and bagels the nova the chopped liver the extra creamy marinated Cole slaw and perfect half sour pickles ( wISH they had bialys!). All perfect. All old world. Our favorite very old deli in West Palm Beach was sold 1.5 years ago and gone gone gone are the DELIGHTFUL happy charming old staff and the perfect old world flavors, cooking. In Sarasota where we just lived the last 5 years, a new deli closed after just 2 years, and there is nothing left. We've been visiting family in Sarasota every year for 40 years. Gone too in the Twin Ciries is the ownership by brothers Scot and Stu of Hopkin's beloved Crossroads Deli just last year. The new owners, a corporation owning 6-8 other restaurants have CHANGED almost all the recipes for breads, cakes , wonderous cookies and 80 % of all pastries! No more butter, no more fine ingredients and no more of their once " Grossinger's taste/quality" STELLAR seeded rye bread! They even eliminated the lemon flavoring. In their incomparable lemon coconut cake! Their stuffed cabbage is one of their only true deli dishes left. Sandwiches are half their original size...... heart breaking after going there 3-4 times a week for 25 years........ Cecil's of course had to cut back on the $$ use of butter in their pastries. But they have WORKED VERY HARD to still retain their wonderous long long ago heart warming flavors. ALL their sandwiches are AUTHENTIC. Old world New York City flavors! Made with care and love. My husband loves their beautiful generous Nova salmon platte. Noshing away happily! I love their pastrami Rachel's with plentiful half sour pickles lots of Russian dressing and creamy Cole slaw. Mmmmmm. I hope and pray Cecil's owner refrains for a long long time from selling his rare business. We must support Cecil's too.... Or lose it with all the others, and lose part of our joy and heart. Being 5 minutes from our destination we decided to give it a try And boy are we glad we did! The sammiches weee absolutely outstanding. They come with a smorgasbord of toppings, so you need to peruse the list to determine if there is anything you DON'T want. We had three turkey sammiches and one ham, and everyone chose to modify their toppings slightly (note/ if you desire tomatoes, those need to be added as they oddly aren't on included in the smorgasbord ‍) I opted for everything - perhaps a bit anxious about how well all the flavours would mesh (mayo, mustard, horseradish, oil and vinegar along with various toppings). But you know something / it worked really really well. We also chose the potato salad as a side and it was also quite tasty. Lighter, northerly mayo's. While the sammiches weee being constructed we perused the offering in the attached grocery. Everything oooed fantastic and if we lived Locally, I would certainly be a regular - with an eye to trying many of their offerings beyond the sandwich counter.

On one side is a meat market with a variety of cuts of steaks, lamb, and other meats, which all looked fresh and quite nice. They also have a variety of items such as canned goods, pasta, eggs, etc. on the shelves opposite the meat counter. The entire place is quite sunny, pleasant, and cozy. On the other side is the eat-in, take-out deli sandwiches, that are made to order. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The bread is freshly made (crispy baguette type) and you have a choice of Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Tuna Salad, Smoked Ham, or Corned Beef. All sandwiches are $16.50 each (including tax) and come with a choice of mayonnaise, spicy stone ground mustard, red leaf lettuce, thin sliced red onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, raw grated horseradish, pickled jalapeno, and roasted bell pepper. The default includes all toppings so if you don't want everything, be sure to specify what you do NOT want. Surprisingly, they do not carry any diet soda, nor do they stock any national brands (only local pop). There is a large menu on the wall, and you order at the counter and pick up the order (no table service). The food was attractively presented, and very, very good. My only gripe (besides the lack of diet pop) is that it's on the expensive side for lunch. Two sandwiches, a couple of bags of chips, and a couple of cans of pop will easily top $40, although I'd say the quality is top-notch.
