You've been to one Panera, then you've been to all of them. I use the kiosk for self ordering but sis still likes to use the counter. You get a black square that will buzz when your order is ready. There is also a monitor so you can see where you are in the lineup. I have my favorites but both breakfast and lunch. I tend to stick to those vs trying new seasonal offerings.

Breakfast is served until 11 on weekdays and noon on weekends and lunch is served all day! Their menu is labeled clearly with what's vegan and vegetarian. Their focaccia has a fluffy interior and lightly crispy exterior, and the toasted sesame seeds on it add a nice layer to the flavor. The eggs are perfectly fluffy, and the cheese is perfectly gooey and melty. It is, in my opinion, one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the cities. I also think the hash browns are THE best hash browns you can buy. They're house-made, with the potatoes grated more finely than your typical hash brown.
