My co-workers through me a welcome lunch and I got to choose the restaurant, I looked on Yelp for nearby places and saw this mom and pop place in a small strip mall near our offices in Roseville, MN. I ordered the gyro plate and it came with gyro meat, rice, hummus and some tzatziki salad, with a nice pita bread. The online ordering system could use some work, since it didn't have the gyro plate, but my friend's credit card didn't go, so we called and they added a gyro plate to our order. 10 people got lunch, and the choices were all over the board. A Philly cheesesteak, lots of wraps and gyro sandwiches and salad, everyone said it was great. The delivery was on time, which was appreciated and everyone thought I made a great pick. The gyro meat was plentiful, I could have used a little more, since it was flavorful and the hummus and salad were up to what I expected, but wonderful, as a spread on my awesome piece of pita bread. I really enjoyed my visit to Lisbeth's. I ordered the gyro plate and was very happy with it. Just what I was looking for. And ordered the "Fried plantain & cheese," which was actually a fried empanada with powdered sugar sprinkled over the top. It was excellent - a perfect dessert. We arrived between lunch and dinner times, and there was no one else in the restaurant, so the staff were in the kitchen and didn't notice us for a couple minutes. Otherwise, service was cheerful and no complaints. The atmosphere is not fancy - not a first date destination. Will definitely go again for a mediterranean plate. read more

It's not a fancy place, but they have friendly service and delicious food. They offer a nice menu where a pickier eater could find fairly standard Americana-type food while someone else wanting to try something more adventurous would also find an appetizing option to order. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Service was fast, maybe because we were the only customers on a Wednesday night. Clean cozy family style restaurant in this part of Roseville/new Brighton. It's a restaurant that's a mix of Mediterranean, Ecuadorian and American. I had the churrasco plate and my girl had the gyro plate. We had buffalo wings appetizer that my daughter really enjoyed. We used to come eat lunch when my job was located down the street. They were only open for breakfast and lunch, then close at 3pm. They offered a mix fusion of American and Mediterranean. Then I saw something online about being open in the evening for dinner. But with a different menu, we had to go try them out. I ordered the steak churrasco and pork belly entree with potato cakes. They were Caribbean/latin style type of dish. Lightly seasoned and fresh. The restaurant still looks the same inside. Lots of room for dine in and coffee/ice cream counter. read more

A little quiet when we were there about noon, but the service was certainly friendly and the food was very tasty.

I met a friend there at 8 AM on a Wednesday. We were the only customers in the restaurant throughout our meal. We questioned if the place was even open. They need some business and they deserve it. I got the breakfast burrito and it was very tasty. It came with a salad that was delicious and very fresh. The coffee was also really good. The waiter took care of us and was able to not make this feel awkward. I'll be back. read more

The most under-appreciated breakfast in the Roseville / New Brighton / Arden Hills area. The food is excellent. Open for brunch and lunch all days too, and dinner most days. When I look at the menu I kinda want to come back tomorrow to try another item. This place should be packed every day. Am I glad when it's not super crowded so that I get quick service- Yes. Fun menu splitting the old Mediterranean from OMG (gyro, shawarma, falafel, wraps) with Ecuadorean (hornado, bolon mixto, llapingacho) - which I have to assume reflects the new owners. This is a great addition to the neighborhood! A mix of Latin/Ecuadorian dishes, traditional American, and a few Mediterranean dishes. A few of my favorites: Llapingacho (potato patties), steak bowl, Cobb salad (best Cobb salad I've ever had), tacos, cheeseburger, and steak and fries. Oh, and try a mocktail, fresh fruit muddled in either ginger ale or juice. Refreshing and not too sweet. The greens are always super fresh and many dishes come with a small side salad with a nice vinaigrette. The interior could use a fresh coat of paint in a warmer color. Aside from that, we really enjoy having something close by with so many good entrees to choose from. Service is attentive and friendly. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having trouble with an online order, so I tried to call it in. A women answered the phone, listened to my issue and hung up on me. I tried to call back two more times, thinking I might have been cut off by accident. No one answered and there is no voice mail function. I drove to the restaurant and submitted my to-go order in person. When the young man brought my order, I explained to him about my earlier experience and the said, "oh, that was my mom. she doesn't speak English." Soooo, I can only surmise that the business owner is the one who thinks it is acceptable to hang up on customers and ignore phone calls because it is inconvenient for her. This is a seriously good restaurant with a fascinating mix of Mediterranean/Middle East, and...Ecuadorian! This restaurant used to be called OMG (Original Mediterranean Grill). I believe it's under new management now. It has kept the Mediterranean favorites and added some South American flair. The shawirma was probably the best I've ever had. Also had a delicious bowl of green curry lentil soup. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Chef really knows what they are doing. Dine-in decor is so-so, buy don't let that stop you. The food was good simple nothing fancy but everything was fresh and not scooped out of a tray or premade. I had a falafel sandwich and my guest had the same but with chicken. We both liked the taste of our food. I tried the yucca fries they were delicious and enough for two to share. I would like something more ethnic to dip them in besides ketchup like chimichurri sauce or Aji Verde (Peruvian Green Sauce) or a fruity ketchup. We ordered a chicken burrito to go and it was well received and I was told it was yummy but could use more of the green sauce, which we believe is guacamole. While we were there, some of the owners friends were enjoying a dish which looked very similar to paella a dish that has rice and many kinds of seafood in it it smelled and looked delicious.
