I'm so happy there's a Jersey Mike's here! They run a great company. Nice and new build so it's all clean and fancy. Nice decor, with good lighting. It's a little small so I personally would recommend take out. I got the chipotle cheesesteak. Oh. My. Stars. It was so fantastic I was sad when it was gone. The bread was soft and flavorful. The cheese and chipotle mayo with my sandwich: perfection. I forgot to take a picture of my sandwich before I finished because I was so excited. Definitely coming back here. Food was terrific! However, the manager was giving a very negative performance review in front of customers and other staff. I felt that this was very unprofessional as the team member was being reprimanded the entire time. The manager mentioned moral and making sure customers had a pleasant experience, having this conversation in front of customers does the complete opposite of that goal. read more

Just wanted to try something different in the sub wars and see if Danny is right. I ordered the Jersey Shore on wheat bread. The bread has a nice crust to it. Yes they really do slice the meat and cheese in front of you. I liked the crust on the wheat bread. There was generous amounts of provolone, lettuce and ham. Just a small bit of cappacuolo. I'm not even sure I got any TBH. Everything is fresh. But it's really just a basic cold sub depending on what meats you want. Not much veg or sauce toppings beyond the basics. The seating area is very small and most customers get take out. With better choices in the area I doubt I'll return. read more

This Jersey Mikes blows all of the other ones out of the water. every time we walk in, we are greeted with genuine smiles. Teresa is rarely absent, and the way she interacts with customers is honestly heart warming. Miranda was very patient with me this time while trying to decide what to get. I had such a great interaction with these women, and the fact that the lobby was clean despite the rush they just endured. The floors were swept, the drink bar was neat and clean, no trash or crumbs visible anywhere. It's corny to say, but I really do feel welcomed in this store. Will obviously be the only jersey mikes in my book. The hospitality is unbeatable. read more

What a wonderful addition to Lafayette! I walked in yesterday and was greeted by the owners who gave me and my family a review of the menu. They have cold and hot sandwiches and the place smelled wonderful. I ordered the club. The first thing that stands out besides the service is the quality of the sandwich. You can tell right away the quality is much better that the other sandwich shops. After I finished my meal I thanked the owners for their hospitality but also let them know I will be back! I love Jersey Mikes! Was super excited for this one to open. Always happy with their food. For a gluten free vegetarian, their veggie sub is amazing! I was disappointed with this location because they only put one slice of cheese across when I paid for extra cheese. Most of the time when I order extra cheese there's like an almost gross amount which I love hahaha so disappointed to spend extra $ and not get the extra topping but otherwise super delicious read more

I just ate at Jersey mikes for the 1st time today. Service was friendly and fast. They cut the lunch meat to order. Even the steak was cooked when we ordered it. I ordered the Italian on the herb and cheese bread. The bread was wonderful . I will be going back to try more of their subs. read more
