I love Jersey Mikes, however, the owner of this franchise may want to sit down with the staff to teach proper customer service skills. I asked the meat slicer for two subs and I guess you're not supposed to say "make it Mike's way" until the sub is moved to the next person. She seemed irate after I ordered the 2nd sub "Mike's way" and proceeded to lecture me on what and whom I'm supposed to tell that to. I get we can have a bad day at work, but don't take it out on me your regular customer. After her talking down to me, the next person didn't even assemble my sub "Mike's way" (no oil & vinegar added.) I guess it's time to move on from this Jersey Mikes location or try another sub shop. If you don't hire people who treat your customers with respect and value their business then don't open a franchise that deals with the public. Please don't hire rude people. read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub, without having to drive to Arlington. I'm thrilled to have one closer to home in Keller, though it is a smaller shop than the one on 377 in Watauga. With that smaller size, it is a bit more cramped. Others have pointed out it's a bit hectic during lunch time. Off hours it's not bad. I usually get any sandwich with cappacuolo and provolone. That combination, "Mike's Way" with CPR (chili pepper relish) perfectly hits my sub sandwich sweet spot. The number 2 (Provolone, ham and cappacuolo), is my go to. But this time I tried the hot roast beef (with CPR and provolone of course). I liked it, but not as much as the cold sub. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or all of the Mike's now, but Happy Hour (free chips and drink during the after lunch hours) was not an option. In fact it seemed like the guy behind the counter never even heard of it. I'm docking a star for that... Just because I still don't know the answer. Regardless, Jersey Mike's puts out a good product, including hot (steak, chicken, pastrami, meatball) and cold subs. Came in on a Thursday at 1:30 pm for a quick bite. I got the #8 which is a club sub then I put it in a tub. It's basically a sandwich without the bun in a container. I like it Mike's way which is with oil & vinegar and the spice mixture. You can get it with mayo if you want as that is what gets put on the sandwich but I usually pass on it. The guys that fix your tub are super fast and I was in and out in less than five minutes. I didn't get the meal deal so my meal was under $10. The tub is big and full of yum. I usually split it between two meals. Can't be that. read more

So...because we've been stuck in the house a week we needed to get out. We ended up here. There's an order for boiled water due to the previous weather, fine. I get it. However, we added chips and a drink to our sandwiches but because there isn't a fountain to get drinks from we got bottles. Not a big deal. Instead of being charged the $2 and change it would normally be we where charged for the bottled drinks as well as chips. We got a kids meal and was charged for the cookie and never go a drink with it. When it CLEARLY states comes with drink AND COOKIE. The lady at the register and the guy helping her started to whisper, but because I'm a mom, I hear everything. Nice try. He told her to charge us separately for it and blamed no fountain drinks on it. Wrong move buddy! We should have been charged the same amount. It's not our fault the city put Keller on notice. We spent $50 on lunch! That is beyond outrageous! The time I calmed down enough to talk like a civilized human the line was to long and wouldn't have gotten the attention that was needed. I'd visited Jersey Mikes several years ago and i enjoyed it so I don't know why it took me so long to come back. I ordered the regular size chipotle cheesesteak on white bread. The food was put together quickly and by the time I made it home it was still hot. The sandwich had peppers, onions, cheese and chipotle mayo. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the regular size was. The sandwich was pretty good, the few things that made it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 was the peppers had to much crisp on them, they should have been cooked down more to meld in with everything. Also, even though I asked for easy chipotle sauce my sandwich was kinda wet, especially when I got to the second half. It wouldn't hurt if they toasted the sandwiches, I don't know if that's an option. Even with those little annoyances I enjoyed my sandwich very much and will definitely come back. read more

As a philly/south jersey family we love our subs , cheesesteaks and sandwiches. Jersey Mikes is my favorite chain sandwich shop so I have been to many different ones. The Keller location is the newest J mikes around and it is very close to my crib so this one is the most convient for me. The shop itself is very clean and the staff is very young and seem nice enough. Went with the family and decided to eat there. She got the meatball sub and rated it as good. The kid got a giant cheesesteak with shrooms and rated it as very good. I got a cheesesteak with sweet peppers and shrooms and it tasted fine. They messed up our order and it took a while but everything got resolved. Overall this Jersey mikes is average with not much flair or atmosphere but the food was fine. I like the 377 and the Southlake location much better but will continue to come to the Keller location because it is so close to my house. Jersey Mikes continues to be the best sandwich chain around! Jersey mikes is the best sub place around! Coming from NJ we were thrilled when they opened up here in flowerMound! The place is always clean. The subs are always filled so you can get two meals out of one sub and the employees are always clean, kind and quick. I hate going to other sub places and they give two pieces of meat, 1 piece of cheese and the rest of the sandwich is all lettuce and onions. I'm becoming a huge fan of Jersey Mike's! I tend to get the #2 sandwich (provolone, ham, and cappacuolo) on white bread. It's super tasty! There are plenty of sandwich options to select from- both hot and cold subs. I like that the staff slices the meat and cheese right there- no pre-packaged meats here! The bread is (usually) always fresh- besides white there's a wheat option and an oregano/cheese bread as well as a wrap. Kid's menu is pretty simple- any sandwich on a smaller scale with a drink and a cookie. When you are adding toppings to your freshly made sandwich, you'll be asked if you want it dressed "Mike's Way", which is lettuce, onion, tomato, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. You can always modify this and add/remove whatever you like. They have great sliced dill pickles that are really tasty on a sandwich. read more

I got the Californian, I got it because I'm a "clean eater" and expected to have a good deli turkey. Was I wrong. That was the worst deli turkey, slimy and full of sodium. I never ,ever buy that. I don't think we've ever eaten inside though. We usually order and head for the park, or home. What makes Jersey Mike's so heavenly? Well, let me try and put this into words. It's like they put a little bit of heaven in every single bite. The bread, delicious. The meat, freshly sliced, and gobs of deliciousness. They pile this stuff on. The cheese, let's just say "yum". The lettuce is that perfectly shredded kind. Don't bother picking out your own sandwich with some of your own substitutions. Everything on their menu is perfect just the way it is. Order your sandwich "Mike's Way" because that's what really makes it delicious. What's my fave, you ask? Well, a #9, Mike's Way, add pickles. Cripes is it delicious. And for the light, order any sandwich as a salad (i.e. sub in a tub). #9 is delectable served this way. TIP: Download the Jersey Mike's app, save your favorites and a family order to make it super easy on you in the future. They usually will have your order ready in 15 minutes. I have yet to have a Jersey Mikes sub that didn't impress. The meat is always fresh and the bread is not to hard. I usually get the Club Ultimate for cold and Chicken Chipotle Cheesesteak for a hot sub. PROTIP: 1) get the chipotle mayo 2) sign up for the loyalty program if you plan on coming back. You can earn free subs pretty quickly and they have double point Mondays! read more

First visit to JM's yesterday. Store was packed at lunch so it took some time to get a sandwich. New store, new employee's but they seem to be getting in their grove. The food was great, the store is small. What i don't like is the "forced tipping" screen on the CC machine. Why a tip? You get paid to work, you're not a wait staff who makes much less per hour. You're not walking the floor checking on customers or bringing meals to the table etc.... No offense, but i am going to not tip. read more

This is my fave sub place! Used to go in Florida all the time so happy to see its in dallas/ft. Worth area too. My go to is the chicken Caesar wrap, and hubby gets the Italian or the steak and cheese sub. They slice the meat in house and everything tastes fresh and not processed like other sub places that claims to be fresh. read more
