Here is my review: I ordered through the app and the order time stamp 209pm email said pick up order at 224pm. Ran errands and arrive to pick it up at 225pm. Walked in and they had not even started my order. I asked please tell me when i place the order? They said 224pm. I laughed and said that's when it was suppose to be ready. When i showed them I ordered at 209pm the reply was oh ok thanks your order will be ready soon. Yes it was but why order through the app. Lesson learned for this location the other location no issues. So i know you can do better! Maybe stop joking around and when customers are in the store focus on the orders. read more

I used to go there a lot. Stopped for a while when the health department shut them down. Decided maybe they have better habits now. All the employees looked new. Nope. Gloves worn for everything and never changed. Touch the frozen meat, then the bread, then the spatula, then push their glasses up and swipe the hair out of the way, then grab vegetables and more bread while touching every surface. Same pair of gloves. The my sandwich away...I couldn't do it. I'm pretty sure she was the shift leader too (seemed to be telling people what to do). I'm staying away from this location. This was a good experience. It was Friday during lent so we ordered tuna subs and wraps. They had run out of tuna salad and offered to make a new batch if we were willing to wait. After waiting we were told they had no celery and asked if we were willing to wait more. (Whole Foods is around the corner.) Anyway we opted not to wait and were treated fairly with a bit of avocado gratis. The staff here is very friendly. The tuna was runny and messy but good enough. Plenty of free parking. read more

Food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. About a month ago they made a small error on my order (I hate oregano!), I mentioned it on the app comments. I often get my lunch during work here. My go to has been the grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss sub. The times that I've gotten it, I haven't been too impressed because it lacked flavor and seasoning. But today?! Ordered online for specific scheduled pick up time, as I am unable to leave my job for very long. Email confirmation said pick up would be ready at 12:01. I arrived at 12:03 and there was no bags on the pick up shelf. I stood at the counter for 11 minutes within 4 feet of an employee who was printing receipts and fiddling with stickers. He never even looked up. 11 minutes of appearing to purposefully not look up to at least acknowledge a customer and ask if they needed assistance is bewildering and, quite frankly awkward. I finally had to ask another employee who was actually making sandwiches to check to see if my order was ready (I could see it behind the counter the entire time I was standing there!). Was this a race issue?? Was he overly shy or has he simply not received training in customer service/positive interactions? I wish you could rate the food and the service separately. The customer service in this restaurant is awful. This isn't my first time here but my fifth. The workers look at you like we are bothering them. Like they would rather be anywhere else but there. They don't say hello, they don't smile, and they don't say thank you or have a good day. My husband and i ordered 2 sandwiches. When I ordered Mine, I asked for a mini and then I changed it to a regular. But again, they weren't listening and when we got it, I said, I asked for a mini and they rolled their eyes and asked me when did I change it. Like I was lying. Lovely. The tuna was good but way to much mayo. It was swimming in mayo, so it was a little hard to eat without getting stuff all over yourself. My husband enjoyed his buffalo wrap but it was quite messy. As much as we enjoyed the food, minus all the mayo, I won't be back. 22$ for sandwiches with the nasty customer service, is too much for me. I would rather make my own or drive to firehouse. I can't give a 3.5 first off so 3 it is. This place is like any other establishment of its nature. The philly cheesesteak was great. Immaculate. Cannot complain on the flavor sensation one bit. Unfortunately they could 86 the red peppers and toast the bun fully. This contributed to the 3.5 star rating .. another contribution was the service. Basically a get in, get out, where's your ticket .. shut the hell up type deal. I'm never too offended by that because I don't have to work there, they do. Next time I'll opt out of the red peppers, but the other peppers weren't too bad that they included. The young lady who had authority over my sandwich did it major justice. I will return, only to-go. My son is gluten free and he says this place has the best gluten free bun he has had. Personally I think they need more ingredient options, like black olives, cucumbers, etc... but it is a good sandwich still. They have good service and a clean environment. Was saddened to find out last night this place doesn't offer a Military Discount any longer. Guess it's under "new ownership"... When I first moved to Katy in 2015 they gave 50% off the sandwich for Military which I thought was great. My buddy said last time he was here it was 15%... I admit I love their subs much better than Subway but almost paying 13.00 for a Regular Size sandwich, chips and drink I won't be coming here much anymore. Fact is, Katy/Houston is not really a military town so what so how much are they losing throwing a military member a "bone" or a small discount on a sandwich?Somewhere like San Antonio maybe would cost them some profit ? Went to this place on Nov 23....double points day. Placed the order on the App at 105pm...said ready at 123pm. When I arrived it was PACKED with both walk ups and pick up. The whole team behind the counter was awesome, though one more person would have helped. The guy I think was the Lead member was stuffing food in bads as fast as possible. If I owned a food business, I would offer him 5 bucks more an hour and steal him. Whoever owns this franchise is very lucky with their employees. Love the food...always a 10! read more

Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite fast food chain. This was my first time at this location and was not disappointed. The employees were genuinely friendly. They greet you when you walk in, smile and say thank you when you leave. I normally get the big kahuna, but this time I wanted to try one of the cold subs. I had the #13 original Italian, loaded with provolone, pepperoni, ham, prosciutto, salami, cappacuolo and fresh veggies. A very good sub. Don't forget to add the red relish, it goes great with all the subs, hot and cold. The parking lot is large but is shared with several other businesses, restaurants and the Whole Foods grocery store. I have been to this location many times before and have had pretty decent experiences beforehand but today changed that for good. I came here for a quick lunch to go with my parents. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we found there to be very little filling. The sandwiches looked like empty loaves of bread when we unwrapped them from our wrappers. Staff was very rude and non attentive telling us to "pay attention" when we were deciding what to order when it was our turn and the berated us at the register asking us to tip them. Instead of hiring rude teenagers, please look for experienced staff. Never coming back here again after this experience. Poor management, poor service and terrible food. read more

I've been to this location 4 times now over the past month and I haven't had anything less than amazing every time. The subs are always hot, packed with meat, and the bread is consistently fresh and delicious. I've found that the classic Philly is my favorite, but the California chicken is also incredible. They have a good selection of chips as well to complement the meal. And maybe most importantly with any meal, the sodas are that perfect level of fresh and carbonated to make everything taste better. My only challenge is that they seem to have adjusted the slicing number to be almost invisible. While the sub looks good I can tell they started changing the slicing blade size. The pandemic is surging right now, and no workers were wearing masks at all. It's important to protect customers, and many of the customers were wearing them. I find this troubling. I appreciate the manager responding about evaluating the need for masks, but it's the younger, unvaccinated that are continuing the spread. Mask wearing would really help send a message that customer care is a priority. Regarding the food and service, I've upped my rating from 2 to 3 because it was decent. read more

Let me start off by saying I LOVE Jersey Mike's. It's by far my favorite sandwich shop. I've been to several and this one is my favorite. I frequent this place twice a week. Always on Mondays, as it's Double Points day, and usually Friday or Saturday. The inside is rather small and can get quite crowded during a heavy lunch rush but the staff is great and they keep the sandwiches rolling. Wait time isn't bad at all. Seating can be tough as well but I usually get mine to go anyways. Now the food. I've had just about every sandwich they make and I'd have to say my favorites are the #9, #13 and #56. A majority of time when I come in, the kids working behind the counter know me and already know what I want which makes ordering a breeze. Sandwiches from here aren't your run of the mill Subway sandwich. Meat is and veggies are fresh. The Italian bread is great. And if you get something here it has to be Mike's Way!! I don't think I've ever gotten a bad sandwich from here. The only bad thing I will say about this location is the parking situation. Some days it's so packed that you will either have to park by the bank or completely around the corner behind the building. It's not like you are walking 5 miles to the shop but it could turn out to be an inconvenience to some people. But the walk is worth it to me for such great food. read more
