I was sooooo patient with this place. Online order has been wrong more time than correct. My wife orders online and I pick up after the gym so it usually is 830 ish. Unfortunately that means if they make it wrong we toss the food. Not because it has onions I asked not to have. I can pick them off. Not because they forget extra meat I payed for. I just stopped ordering extra meat. Not because they forgot the bacon on the one that comes with it as per the menu. I just get shorted AGAIN. My main complaint befor all this is when you ask for no bacon or mayo for dietary reasons on my wife's sub and they put it on anyway. The second to last time I ordered the guy Joe said he personally made the sandwich and it is correct. Unfortunately I went home and they where not I called in at 8:55 no answer kept calling back till they picked up said they are closed sorry can't help you. I said fine I will yelp that's when he said "you are going to ruin my life" funny so I tell him I will calm down 24 hours then think befor I type. Few days go by and I we order again this time a young man I have had alot of interaction with over the many orders when we ordered in the store helps me at pick up for my online order. He even asked if I had extra meat what a memory. I explained the issues and why I don't extra meat anymore. He was very professional and a apologetic for the problems they know they have been having especially with online orders. Now I checked my order befor i left that I payed for and yes it was correct only to see everyone in front of me get free subs due to system malfunctioning. Lucky them. I emailed the corporate office I called got a Peggy nice lady very professional but I feel her hands are tied. Peggy said she would send my complaint off Now I had not written a thing but the day after the sandwich pick up I get a call telling me my sandwiches are ready that I payed for I called in said no not mine they had made my order from the night befor talk about confusion on their part. I hope they didn't charge my card 2 times now I have to watch out for that too. I called the next day got a different Joe this time but all the calling and all the bad service does nothing for anyone I will not go again it is not worth the errors on the part of them to mess up my banking as well as my meal. Corporate said the store spoke with me they did not I asked for the owners name they can't give it out. The worst staff. We come here quite often with hope things will change but nope. They ALWAYS mess up our orders and have to repeat our orders to them multiple times. The food is good but will be the last time coming to this location until they get better trained staff. read more

I came here after reading the 4 reviews on Jersey Mike's. I went with the #17, solid choice. If you're from Philly, you'll always be disappointed that it's not as good as back home , so I say get over it, your not in Philly . This is still a very good sandwich ! It was not the greatest Philly type sandwich, but I'd eat it again, no question about it. Service was great, price was ok, not much more than any of the other places I buy sandwiches. Overall I was very happy with my visit . They have both hot and cold sandwiches to cater to a multitude of wants and needs for taste. I will also note that on my visit the place was clean and full of patrons. I find when places get full, it's new or good, or both. My girlfriend got hooked on this place when she worked in the same strip center. I met her for lunch and she got ME hooked. My favorite I think is the #13 Original. The meats are sliced fresh and fast right in front of you and the rest of the process is just as fast. The normal size is plenty enough - it's loaded with five types of meat and a ton of provolone. Of course, the super fresh veggies and oil and vinegar just make the whole sub fantastic. It can get a bit messy! The only hot sub I've had was the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. While it wasn't as good as any of the cold subs I've had, it was still tasty. The staff is always enthusiastic, friendly, funny, and love to interact and laugh. The parking lot is huge and shared with multiple other businesses including a Whole Foods and World Market, so you might be stuck parking behind the whole strip center and walking, but if you're here, you're here. My family and I decided to have dinner at this Jersey Mikes last night. All I can say is I was very pleased with the service and genuinely helpful staff. When we came in I saw Sonny, Cody and Nadia all busy cleaning what looked like a very clean kitchen. We were greeted and asked if we had any questions. Sonny took our order, and rang our order up, he took it upon himself to organize the order into meals, drinks, chips and sandwiches, as we hadn't ordered that way. This saved us some money. He was genuinely friendly and absolutely took lots of pride in what he was doing. It showed and all 3 employees made our meal in a very caring and professional manner. It's not often that you see a chain, a high volume chain, take so much pride in their work. Very impressed and this place will become a regular stop on busy nights. BTW... the food was excellent! The descent has begun. When this place first opened, it was great. Now, everytime I go here, they never seem to have anything but disgusting fruit tea. How hard is is to get a glass of normal unsweet tea, or even sweet tea, in the South. Apparently very hard! Lunch, after linch, dinner, mid-afternoon.....Subs are good most of the time with stale bread on occasions. Take the extra time and drive to the location on Eldridge. Was craving Philly Cheese steak for some reason, and I some how found this place online so I decided to give it a try...Speechless. The steak was cook to perfection. White bread is simply awesome, crispy thin outer layer, chewy interior. There's few food that would provide me the OMG factor, and I'm very happy to say this is added to my short list! Ugh. Used to like this place but the last few times, and ESPECIALLY today has put me over the edge-and unfortunately we will not be returning. The teens that are working the Saturday shift speak about a million miles per hour which makes ordering full of errors, and mostly irritating for the customer. They aren't unfriendly, I just find it obnoxious to have to correct them and repeat myself multiple times. Biggest problem of all, they pour soooo much dressing on every sandwich or wrap EVERY TIME we order and are left with a soggy messy slop of a sandwich that is completely unpleasant to eat. Yuck. My daughter and I went in for our very first visit. It was kind of a stressful experience to be honest. At Jersey Mikes, you are able to see the freshness just when walking in and taking a look at the meat case. Very fast with my hot subs, usually. Let me start by saying the sandwiches are very good. The customer service however is HORRIBLE. Twice I have ordered online for the sole purpose of not having to wait in line. Twice I have arrived only to be told that they were "about to start working on the order". You prepay for the food so they have no risk that you won't show. Best sub sandwich EVER! Went today for lunch, ordered the #13, Mike's way, regular. Ate half for lunch, other for dinner. Almost an effort to finish off both! So much meat and bread, but so worth it!! Super easy to order at this location. Parking was tough at 12:45, but only because there are other places to eat next door. My daughter and I got the chicken Caesar wrap. Not much chicken was in the wrap. But lots and lots of lettuce. My husband got the chipotle steak and cheese. I had a bite and really wished I got that sandwich! My son got the meatball sub and that one was good too! $52 for 4 people to eat. I will say, the giant subs were huge. This is definitely one of the better sub places out there. They fresh slice their meats and they go back to the basics with just lettuce, tomato, and onion. Of course, there's a few extras like pickles and banana peppers, but not a huge layout of things to add on and take away from the flavor of their meats. And the bread is perfect. Not too hard and not too soft and there's a great seasoning on the bottom. Overall, this is right at the top of my list for best sub places. read more

I was glad to see a location open near my home after frequenting the Kirby location in town. It is a healthier alternative for a quick bite with the family and the kids now all have their favorites. The sandwiches are good and the employees are fair but the absolute disgusting thing about this place is their drink and ice dispenser! They need to get a new machine! The ice dispenser is constantly dripping so when you fill your cup up with ice you cannot help to get the drippings in your cup. By the way their is visible mildew on their ice dispenser. read more
